A small, shabby and discrepit shopping center built in socialist times to afflict inhabitants of nearby block buildings with anxiety and depression during their attempts to buy some goods. It'd be one star if not for some changes to the better in recent years - some local businesses opened up here, and the city library branch makes it worth to visit the location.
