Nice Supermarket where you can get everything that is typical English grocery stuff. Nice variety of products. If you feel hungry, they also have a lovely café inside. With fresh dairy. Worth a visit.

Today I visited the bakery. My little girl and I were thinking about what to buy. Then a kind lady at the checkout came over and told us we could try donut samples so I took one for my daughter and she said it was delicious so I gave her mine. At this time, the employee standing in the baking area came over and told me that this's not a buffet! Hello! Is there a problem with two people taking two samples? I was very angry because it was completely insulting. This is the first time I have encountered such a rude clerk. If I hadn't been so shocked, I would have taught you a lesson on the spot! anyway in the end I bought two donuts and complained to the kind lady at the checkout who was very sweet and an absolutely great clerk!

I find the clothes often kind of outdated and perhaps a bit too classic. The quality is ok, though, and the thing to praise are actually the British groceries on the top floor that are super high quality, tasty, and such a wide selection as well. Not the cheapest but totally worth it. …the ketchup is to die for!!

The 4th star is for the top floor food hall and cafe. Great range of frozen and dried goods. But sadly after Brexit there is no more fresh food such as the range of English cheeses and various fresh salads and microwave meals. The coffee in the cafe is the best i've tasted in all of Prague and really good cakes to go with the coffee.Price for a large coffee and a cake us very reasonable.

The old lady with the short hair in the changing room is just so Rude .. she was staring at me all the time with weird looks and didn’t want to help when I asked about sizes , her attitude was very disrespectful and unprofessional ! She just made my shopping experience ridiculous and ruined my mood. I know exactly how amazing and friendly M&S back home in Dubai. NOT Visiting this branch again.

Nice place to get your clothes if you are a tall and larger person as myself. There is also a lovely caffee on the 1at floor where you can also buy some fresh cakes. They have a small wine, sweets, savory treats and frozen section too. Staff was helpful and the shop was clean.

I loved that shop, but got quite expensive over the years. Good coffee on the top floor, the cakes have their 'own' (British?) taste

An ok store on wenseslas Square, clothing on ground & 1st floor, snacks, beers, wines, & cafe on second, in my opinion they need to expand on more fresh products for people doing airbnb apartment like myself👍 as I experienced on arrival, went to a back street store for essentials : small bread, 2 pints of milk, & 2 small deodorants, £19.50 😔 stay clear of them !!!

Fantastic selection of men's and woman's clothing. Ended up buying numerous items here on my trip. Sizing, selection and cost was nice to see. Pricing much better than equivalent garments in Canada. Both Czech & English speaking staff. They even have a small place on the top level to get food. We ate lunch there too, which was a nice surprise.

Visited the cafe. 🍽️ Good selection of meals. 🍰 Good selection of cakes. Situated next to the food court, there were plenty of tables available, and customer toilets for use with a pin code. Sadly coffee was not very nice. Curry was missing naan bread.

The store is very nice and neat. However, when we were at the cashier. The lady at the cashier didn't help us. This is bad customer experience. The lady was speaking to her colleague and then assisted us.

My husband and I were visiting this store today to buy the swimsuit for me. This section was disorganised because of the sale and all the sizes were mixed up. When my husband was trying to help and me to find the right size he was going there and back to find the items. The worker from the store stopped my husband and asked him something when neither me nor he speaks cz, he answered her that he doesn’t understand her and doesn’t speak the language. As I could hear nothing happened so I was just waiting for my husband to bring the right size, the same worker opened the curtain and started talking to me in cz when I told her that I don’t understand her. For the record luckily I was dressed but I was standing only in swimsuit. I get that she was on duty but she invaded my personal space. I’d never return to this place. Also none of the stuff speaks English, ironically to expect it from the uk store located in the middle of the city center.

Disappointed by the cafe personnel Place looked nice, but my daughters and I were rejected to order that lady has it all cleaned and is closing in 15 mins. Girls were disappointed and I was despite being Czech shocked. This is definitely past times behavior. 😵🤢 I almost wanted to return before this purchased marmalades. The rest of Christmas shopping will not be happening here. ☹️

Amazing, the largest M&S I have seen. Staff were helpful and the food hall provided all we needed for a day's stopover in transit. Good place to visit.

Food getting smaller and smaller which is a pity and necessary to go a long way to get there :-). Is upstairs. A small place to drink and eat as well
