Great place where a person finds everything and everything is cheap. Especially considering it's Prague. I like the restaurants as they are really authentic and the meals are made as for locals so you get great quality for very good price. Another reason why am I visiting the place are exotics fruits that can be bought in small shops there. A disadvantage is that the place is further from city center and it takes about 1 hour to get there using public transportation. I also checked taxi, it's not much better. Another thing are toilets - I wasn't sure where to find some at the areal. I guess that visitors need to go to some restaurant to use the toilets there. As the last thing, most of the signs is in Vietnamese. Its makes harder to orientate as I don't speak the language.

The place has Vietnam vibe, you don’t feel here like in Czech Republic. People don’t really speak Czech and you can get here anything - asian food, flowers, toys, clothes, cosmetics, you can get also haircut, manicure and so on. It’s actually like little independent town. Of course it’s a bit messy and you can have hard to find something you look for or even get lost. I come here to eat nice vietnamese cuisine or try something new, buy asian food or do exotic fruits tasting.

This place is like a small Vietnam in Prague, but just in my eyes, cause I have never been in Vietnam. Definitely I will visit SAPA again.

Open market area, great place to try real vietnamese food and buy some special ingredients. Make sure to visit Tamda Foods supermarket, it's very clean and modern, and their prices beat any other store out there - you can buy food, drinks and home supplies for bulk prices

A Little Hanoi in the Czech Republic!! I find it soo interesting that there is a Vietnamese community here! Even more impressive is that most of the Vietnamese here speak very good English on top of probably fluent Vietnamese and Czech. That is so impressive!

I love it. It's basically third world shopping but great. My favorite food shop in Prague is Tamda Foods, which is here, it's huge and my go to place for everything. Huge selection of Asian staples best in the city.

A typical ghetto market of Chinese - Vietnamese community. Cheap and fresh food. Full of low class people and working class people on weekends. Can’t find a place for parking. Rude service and expensive ( my cousin paid 600$ for permanent makeup and face massage while she could pay less in China town in Manhattan or Brooklyn) Saw a baby girl 2-3 years old was locked inside car and wanted to call police. But my Czech friend said nobody care and police won’t come since the law is so loose in Czechia.

Little Hanoi. Best Vietnamese food in middle Europe. A bit chaotic and messy like Asian streets. Pagoda is a little gem.

Little Hanoi, even the name of this huge shopping and living area says it all, this is the place you should go in Prague, as well as in Europe, to feel like you are in Vietnam.

In most cities in the world, there is usually a Chinatown, in Prague we have Sapa Market (Vietnamese Town) 😎! Come and enjoy the culture, cousine and and fun! For the cousine, be sure to visit Pho Tung first, and then sweeten your life with some specialities like Bubble Tea! Buy some clothes, Asian Food, or have a stylish haircut, for that just go to Toc Viet's Barber! There some many things, I bet if you are in Prague for longer period, this place is your regular part of Prague! Highly recommended!!!

(Translated by Google) Vietnamese market, where you will find many incredible dishes and goods of world-famous brands, which have never seen the original factory. Everyone will find something for themselves here, just remember, it's still SAPA. 😉 (Original) Vietnamská tržnice, kde najdete mnoho neuvěřitelných jídel a zboží světoznámých značek, které zas nikdy neviděli originální výrobní továrnu. (Translated by Google) A place where you can find anything you want! Large Vietnamese wholesale market, almost always a lot of people. It helps a lot when everything is closed before the New Year. Not very unfriendly staff, who smells like containers from China. The product is cheap and not of high quality, but the choice is uhhhh (Original)

I like visiting Sapa. It is very cheap and very interesting place. You cal find almost all the Asian products here and this place makes me feel like I am in Vietnam 🤪 But this place locates in Prague so I expect it to be more organised and clean but it is very crowded and messy. Cars and people everywhere sometimes very hard to walk from shop to shop. 😬

This is literally little Vietnam in Prague. I feel like I'm home. They have all the Vietnamese northern food here

  • 4/5 Georgi B. 8 months ago on Google
Stores and open bazaars with mainly cheap wholesale food, clothes, toys, electronics, cosmetics made in Asia. I was very impressed by the decorative fish shop offering all kind of aquaria, tropical fishes, plants, stones, all kind of equipment, fish food and even medicines.

  • 1/5 K S. 6 months ago on Google
Terrible experience, got yelled at for asking a question, no one speaks English. Some online guides said it's a good place to visit as a tourist. But don't bother to be quite honest, this is made for shop owners and sellers to buy their products, and for them it's surely a good place.

  • 4/5 Gino S. 7 months ago on Google
Vietnamese community with some good places for vietnamese food. The big halls with textile and other stuff not my favorite but nice busy atmosphere, like y are in Asia

  • 4/5 Michal K. 7 months ago on Google
This place is amazing! Although it is quite chaotic, you would be able to purchase anything there, I believe 😁, including very tasty food! It is a bit strange to feel like a foreigner in my hometown, but overall, SAPA is worth the visit.

  • 3/5 Kristýna V. 7 months ago on Google
Amazing food and overall cheap stuff, but the atmosphere of the place really isn't inviting at all - there are cars everywhere, paid toilets without toilet paper, etc. The food is really to due for though.

  • 5/5 Blue K. 6 months ago on Google

A place where you must go when in Prague if you are a Vietnamese food lover. There are many restaurants, a lot of dishes and drinks for you to try and it might be the only place in Europe where you can enjoy a cup of sugar cane juice. The place are open until 18:00 but you should arrive in the morning to get full of it. And pay attention to bring cash with you since almost all restaurants do not accept credit cards.

SAPA feels just like Vietnam, a very nice place if you need some asian grocerys or if you just want to enjoy some vietnamese food. Definitely can recommend Halo Banh Mi. They got super tasty Banh Mi just like in Vietnam!

SAPA is the biggest shopping area to find asian type food or ingredient in Prague. You can find various products, starting from food, snacks, fresh product, chocolate, kitchen utensile, home appliance, kids toys, restaurants, etc. You can find almost everything related to daily needs in this store. To reach this area it needs about 10 minutes from the bus stop if you use public transport. You can also use online transportation mode to reach this area.

Interesting place that has all the delicious authentic Vietnamese foods and all the things you can buy at great price.

  • 5/5 Martina D. 1 year ago on Google
If you are missing the atmosphere of Asian markets, make your way to Sapa, where you encounter exotics fruits and veggies, and a variety of Asian restaurants and shops that offer various goods - from clothes to seafood. There is also a buddhist pagoda where you can meditate or pray, barber shops, manicure and pedicure studios and much more. You also encounter some common Asian street food and drinks, including sugar can edrinks, bubble tea, matcha tea etc. The place is huge so you might easily spend a whole day here. There are parking lots by the various entrances or you can take a bus that stops by the main entrance. If you speak Vietnamese, you can also take part in the programmes and events here, language courses, dance courses, yoga etc.
