If you take the lift to the top of the store, there is a great terrace bar which gives you fantastic views of the city. Relatively quiet as I am not sure how many people are aware of it. Great place to escape the busy Prague streets.

A nice shopping Mall located close to the old town. In the basement there is a supermarket selling everything from alcohol to snacks. Carousing at the front door is forbidden.

They completely modernized Kotva, great place to explore and it's never too crowded. Lots of really cool boutique stores to enjoy.

Amazing building, huge variety of stock.

We just visited for a coffee and a lemonade (we were there as a tourist). Good atmosphere, and friendly place. Missed the toilet, we found it only on the top.

Pleasant surprise. Much nicer than nearby Palladium. Great boutiques and health shops.

Nice kind of retro department store, still the same concept as it was years ago, you can find literally everything in here, plus food & groceries are right under you in a basement shop named Albert

I have never been in very many to department stores in Czech Republic. I don't have much to compare this to. Everything was clean and very well laid out and easy to find. It meant all of our purposes for the time we went inside.

The kids area on the 3rd floor is great. It's cheap, they have simple drinks and food and it's big enough that the children won't be bored for a couple of hours.

They have an extremely loud high pitch sound playing outside. I'm over 30 and it's painful for me. I see teenagers covering their ears as they walk by. The mall itself is disappointing. The selection of products is uninteresting. They have an elevator, but they don't allow you to use it to go down.

I've been coming here for 22 years. it is a welcome addition to the Palladium offer in terms of offer and atmosphere. On the top floor there is a recommended restaurant with a terrace and a view.

Almost no customers, in the middle of a crowded center of Prague. Somehow stuck in the past 15-20 years. Lifts going only up, not down.. mind blowing. Not sure about the prices either.

Bought some Bohemian crystal here. Very nice department store and everyone was very helpful. Very big selection of crystal, and a lot of it was on sale. One thing is was MEGA hot in there ( whatever better than cold)...

Kotva is an old sentiment, being once the smartest and most modern mall in Prague. Now it is under strong competition pressure by the neighbouring super store Palladium and I have to admit, Kotva is the looser

Just don’t like this place. For me, they need to think about adding some new shops for younger people. I needed to find a dress and here are only grandmas shops

Newly reconstructed rooms. Little bit hard to find reception - it is in the restaurant. But good place to stay at.

Had brekkie here, as a vegan I ordered the av on toast and it didn't feel like I ordered the 'poor vegan option', it was very good, sourdough bread, well presented.

During our holiday we parked our car in the Kotva parking garage. when the battery ran out, we needed help. We spoke to a tall, strong man and he immediately helped us. His name is Patera and he is the boss of the security. Big thank you Patera !

I came here twice during my stay in Prague. It’s a wonderful place to sit with a drink and a book for a couple of hours. The views are incredible, the service is great, it’s tidy, quiet and the prices are reasonable. I’d highly recommend it if you want to relax for a while and look out over the city.

Summer time spot. Has AC we all know thats important but other than that go to the 5th floor to get an amazing view of the area. This mall has it all from the top selection so very similar to other malls and you can't miss it.

Quite strange and empty feeling shopping center. But on the roof you find a great Cafe and club. F - fashion club. It's a nice place.

We just had a look around the ground floor of the mall since it was close to closing time. They had quite a selection of different things located on the floor. It looks like there are 5 floors with parking and restaurants as well. The building itself was lit up quite nicely and quite inviting to go into. It seems a bit older than the Palladium across the road.
