Very pleasant experience in this small hotel. Super friendly and helpful staff. Room very comfortable, clean and quiet. Very good breakfast. Excellent location, just a few meters from Wenceslau Square, metro and tram; it is less than 1 km from the old center. I recommend staying at this hotel.

It is situated just opposite of the National Museum Prague. Museum metro station is in 3 min walking distance. Wenceslas square is also in 3 min walking distance. Room is big enough. It has LCD TV, electric kettle, free toiletries. You have to deposit a refundable amount to get the AC remote control. I think that you don't need AC because the room is cold enough during the summer also. It has a beautiful small garden. If you get the ground floor room, then you can directly enter into the garden where you can find a rabbit 🐰. The staffs at the reception speaks English. Breakfast is free and is available in a hall as buffet. Free WiFi is also available. Overall the experience was nice, mainly because of its location. I have given four stars because we have found the room floor uncleaned.

A quiet and friendly hotel with everything needed for a relaxing stay. Good location, helpful staff, lovely rooms and plenty on the breakfast buffet. Currently finishing my 6th visit to the hotel and will be back again in December.

I liked it as it is very well located. Simple and good breakfast. The rooms are more like flats in the building then in a classical hotel. Everything works. Furniture can be a bit updated, but one can argue that it is the style on purpose.

Loved the place, the yard and specially the rabbit. It's quite with lots of space, great wifi. Very good in general. Could empty de trash cans more often thou.

Very good location right next to the main strip, hotel was nice however we had to climb stairs to our room every day as it was located at the very top. Room was dated but it’s expected here. Cleaners are very very noisy. Banging and vacuuming from 6am. Breakfast was awful, cold beans, dried out eggs, no bacon, no sausage. Just cucumber and tomato slices. Staff on front desk were friendly but maids and kitchen staff had attitude. Would stay again because of location but other than that no other reason to stay.

Nice hotel in the center of Prague. Great value for money and very attentive staff. A great place to explore from, being right by the Metro and close to trams and the main station. The lovely garden is the game changer. Utilise it for a a evening sunset picknick. Not all things are perfect, but if you approach the staff politely they will do their best to accommodate.

Great little hotel, good situation for visiting all areas of the city

Schönes, kleines Hotel direkt gegenüber vom Museum, am Anfang des Prager Zentrums. Metrostation 150m. Von aussen unscheinbar, aber moderne Zimmer. Kleiner Innenhof. Reichhaltiges Frühstück, liebevoll angerichtet. Das Personal ist auf Zack, Service wird groß geschrieben. Top, jederzeit wieder. Bedingungslos zu empfehlen.

Es ist kein Hotel sondern eine Pension nach tschechischen Standard. Zimmer sehr einfach. Möbel zum Teil alt, Lampen zum Teil defekt. Sehr starker Straßenlärm, auch Nachts, da an einer Hauptstraße gelegen. Nur tschechisches Kabelfernsehen, kein Satellitenfernsehen. Einfaches Frühstück ohne Abwechslungen.
