A cozy place to stay when you visit Prague with group. Rooms are big enough for family of 9. The host is kind and understanding. Always try to help when we have any questions.

Was there in May 2012... a really nice old Prag building. Very welcoming host. Speaks fluently French!

We arrived there and she was surprised that we are 4 people! she said she thought we are only 2!! Then she became even more surprised when she found out from the budget place papers I had printed out that there are 3 rooms booked for us! and she become again also more surprised that we do not stay for one night (as she had thought!) but for 2 nights! so she didn't know what to do...and reacted angry when I said this is no good that she does not know what we had booked! She said WE are not happy so we can go somewhere else (it was 10:40 pm!!!!) and she said we must leave unless she calls the police! we said YES please call the police! She spoke to 2-3 people for about 15 minutes as we waited there sitting on a couch...then FIVE policemen and their huge dog arrived...they did not ask us anything at first but just leaving the dog threatening us howling wildly...!!!!!!!!! they could simply control the dog but they didn't! they shouted at us as if we are their prisoners! SUZIE from Guest house (Legerova 616/78 Prague) was watching and enjoying this! they took our 4 passports and said we should shut up! when I started to ask why they do this, one of them beat me in face!!! my mother and sister were screaming and this increased the wild howls of the dog... We were thrown out in the street at about 11 pm and had to find another hotel! we could find for one night nearby and next night in another neighborhood. When they gave us their passports back, they insulted our nationality and religion! we had never experienced police or even a guest house like that, even never heard of a similar behavior except in movies or some you tube videos! they ruined our trip to Prague and influenced our psycho badly. I am going to do what I can to defend our rights and recommend you to stay away from this person!!! She did that because as she herself declared at the beginning : she had not clearly received the infos how many people we are and for how many nights we stay! so she preferred to throw us out with the help of police! although the place was small for us, we had accepted to stay at least for the night but she chose to behave like that! she said a group will arrive tomorrow and she has to give them rooms here and there!
