Worst customer service Iv ever experienced at a gym . The girls at reception are extremely unfriendly & rude . Iv been working in the fitness industry for 15 years & the people who work at this gym are unbelievably rude . First issue after about 4 visits I was told I had to pay for a lock . I explained I hadn’t had to pay my previous visits . She told me that’s not possible & demanded I pay . I said well I have my own lock at home & I would just bring that but I definitely wasn’t charged . Again she told me that I was that it’s just not possible you weren’t & got all the other staff shaking their heads agreeing with her that it wasn’t possible. I asked so I’m lying ? Which she just shrugged at . I paid my money and went in . As I walked past reception again I showed her my bank statement, which showed the amount for entry ( without lock fee ) to which she replied oh yeh that staff member made a mistake. No apology, no here’s a lock for today . Nothing . Next visit was 10 times worse . It was a hot day 36 degrees, so I needed a little extra rest between sets . I also spotted a few people here & there & helped a guy out who got stuck on the bench press . Sometimes I had to wait for equipment also , which is fine . On my way out however I was told “ you must pay !! “ as I went over the 90 minutes time limit they put on casual visits . I said it’s hot I needed a bit of extra rest between sets . She again just said pay this … ! It was like 10 minutes over . Never in 15 years have I seen a time limit placed on casual visits. She wouldn’t open the turnstile to let me out demanding I pay . I told her they are the worst gym I have ever come across & by far the rudest . Call the police I said as I jumped the turnstile to leave .

Very good equipment and quite spacious. Just be careful with your stuff in the locker room because you can get your stuff stolen downstairs, I had money in my wallet and someone broke into my locker room and emptied it. I told the lady at the reception and she told me yeah that happens here that's why we have safe boxes at the reception. The whole idea that someone can easily break into your locker and considering that as a normal thing is enough reason for me not to go there anymore.

Gym is fine so far. However, one of the members (tall women with long hair) of staff is rude and absolutely not trying to help. When I got the membership, nothing was explained. Specifically regarding the classes , which I asked about. When I went there in a day and wanted to ask for login and password other members of staff didn’t find it in the system (but genuinely tried). Next day, that member of staff (who signed me up) rudely explained (when I was politely asking why she couldn’t simply explain how everything works in the beginning, so I wouldn’t take time of her colleagues) that they don’t give the login automatically and if I need any information I NEED to ask for it myself (very basic info, like locks, classes etc). The reason why I wanted a login and password for the website is because I assumed I needed it to book a class (my previous gym had this rule). Which later, again in a rude form, was explained - I don’t need it and can go directly to classes. This whole situation caused a LOT of confusion. I specifically chose this gym because of classes and the fact that they spoke English. I understand that not everyone speaks fluently English there, but that member of staff does. Which means that there was absolutely no problem in spending 2 minutes and explaining how their gym works. This situation leaves a terrible impression of the gym especially as I just signed up.

Went to sauna, it was ok. But the guy on the reception made annoyed face when I said that I am first time and need to register. I did not feel welcomed. P.S. thank you for your reply. Let me add here. My visit was 06.08.23, about 20:00.

in this club you can run into a rude attitude of the reception staff. there was no one from the management who could explain to these young people that their job is to serve and not be rude in the club. due to the low professionalism of these people, your club has lost at least 5 Clients, my friends and I will never return to your club and I do not recommend this place to anyone.

It’s a good gym but today they started charging for to drink water in the sauna and they let a 10 year old in there which felt uncomfortable when the minimum age is 15 years. (I bought a 3 month pass. I don’t have a multi sport card) Overall good gym.

BE WARNED! All the below reviews are right, the gym is a nice gym with good equipment and nice relaxation zone, HOWEVER how they treat their customers is unheard off and very DISAPOINTING! Without any warning, they took all our possessions which were left in the lockers overnight and then demanded 800KC to give it back to us, saying that we are breaking our contract because it is stipulated there that we should not be leaving stuff in the lockers. Yes, they are right, and the intention was not to break their rules (being a new member I just was not aware of this, plus I saw most people leaving their stuff in their lockers, so I thought it was accepted practice in this gym). What I find really upsetting is that they could have put some signs in the locker rooms, warning the customers about this. But it is obvious that it is not their intention to educate their customers but rather RAISE EXTRA REVENUE by charging a large number of their regular customers for this misunderstanding! I was told by another member, this is not the first time they have done this, they do this every 3 months and yet there are NO SIGNS in the locker rooms to let us know we should not leave stuff in our lockers! All of this is short sighted from the management as charging 800KC will make existing clients want to leave. I will not be recommending this gym to anyone and make sure I tell everyone how UNFAIRLY they treat their customers!!

220 kc for 90 min... sadness, nice cardio zone only for personal trainers))) too hot, difficult to breath inside when so many people. Plus is , still good and fresh equipment. But they are to close to each other, not sure if its according technical rules.

Great gym. Good location. Very close to metro, tram, bus, train… It is big enough. Many machines you can work with. A bit old equipment but that is having no impact on the results I guess;) Hard and heavy zone downstairs. A possibility to lock your wallet etc to a safe beside the reception. Wellness area. Variety of classes with good lectors. Recommended.

Nice gym and many options in terms of machines and weights. There is also a big free weight bar/area downstairs, very nice!

Gym equipment is good and they have sauna too. But management is very poor, manager never says hi and behaves very arogant. What a shame because otherwise it is great place to train. Fast forward to 2023 - New manager, New people, same great gym 👍🏻💪🏻 taking my 1 star review back and giving 5 stars 👏

Spacious gym with lots of machines but the staff is just disappointing. There are usually 2-3 people at the desk and no one pays attention to customers unless directly asked. Staff is rude and seems annoyed when nudged about their responsibilities.

Please, would you be so kind to add information about the required site registration before the first visit? To fill out a form and to make an account in your site are different actions. I don't want to see any marketing letters in my mail or messages in my phone. This registration is useless and harmful for me. I have a multisport card, but still must do such thing.

It is quite a good fitness center. There is a very well equipped zone for heavy weight training, a zone for stretching, zone with general usage old training machine and quite new zone for kind of CrossFit. A lot of personal trainers. Little bar with protein and nutrition. Huge dressroom and comfortable showers. Working hours are surprisingly good enough to have a training session after late work. It would be great if staff improved the general fitness culture of the visitors as most of them just truly believe it is their personal gym.

Mix of old and new machines. Many people. Not comfortable that you always need badge with you, plus keys for shelf.

I had the worst Thai massage at this place. The masseuse clearly didn’t know what she was doing. The environment was not nice either. I wouldn’t come back that is for sure. Stay away and safe your money. I was happy at Oriental Spa & wellness s.r.o. who have great services or Planet Zen spa. Both were great.

Worn out unfunctional equipment, complicated parking, paying, not worth the money

+ The location and the accesses: You can easily arrive by metro, bus, tram or car and the parking place is right in the front of the entrance. This is very important when the weather is cold or when your motivation is a bit low. + People in the reception are always helpful and they speak english. + The showers are always clean. - The equipment: It is old and poor maintained, and the overall space is reduced. The machines are very-very close each other and the places for functional training and heavy lifting are always crowded in the afternoon/evening :/ - People: Quite a few working without shoes and leaving their smell everywhere they go (There is a rule for it, but many disrespect it) and some idiоts dropping violently the weights like they were training in their private gym or at home. Really annoying and disrespectful to others.

Nice equipment and kind stuff with reasonable English. The only negative point for me is that the gym is quite small to the amount of people there. From 17-19:30 sometimes it is impossible to do something because it is too crowded

Best gym. Decent value for money

One of the best gym in Prague if not the best. The only thing missing , which used to be part of the gym is the swimming pool. As part of subscription you will have all the pro lessons like Yoga and Les Milles, as well as free entrance to the relaxation zone including sauna and whirlpool, which are great! If you are lucky and can go any time except the peak time, which is around 5pm - 8pm, the gym is almost empty. Even if you come at this time, you should find something to exercise. The changing rooms and showers are clean, and you can bring your towels and drinks. Highly recommended!!!

I left my wallet with money 4400 czk in locker, i had lock. But somehow someone opened it and stole everything. After gym I was whole day in my home, today I went to shop and realized that there is no money. For what you selling those lockers if it is not helping. After finishing membership I will change gym, and im not recommending to all you go there, its not first time

I am not a member of Factory Pro but going there with MultiSport card membership to attend Les Mills classes. The classes are excellent (depends on the instructor of course and I have seen the same instructors in other Prague gyms). Annoying thing is the access tourniquets/ticket barriers everywhere creating queues when entering/leaving different zones.

This gym is down to earth cozy pleasent space to wok out. I appreciated the wellness area with different type of sauna and jacuzzi. Right next to metro. Very well accessible.

I need to split the review into the two parts. 1) 3* for the gym part which was quite alright. Nothing special nothing bad. I missed few things here to be satisfied. The air in the gym was horrible as always. 3* 2) 5* for the spa part. The spa is simply an amazing here. It's huge you can choose from various of saunas or just chill in the quiet and separated rooms. One of the best spa I've ever seen in Prague as a part of the gym.

Great gym. With a wide range of equipment. I just go for the weights. I haven't tried the other relaxation area for example.

Very nice staff in my experience but they started charging 20kč for tap water in the sauna when they already have cups. There’s another place nearby with an excellent sauna for slightly cheaper.

Great Tabata group lesson with Lucie B on Tuesday at 5pm. Nice spacious mens changing room and showers also very good air conditioning.
