Worst
customer
service
Iv
ever
experienced
at
a
gym
.
The
girls
at
reception
are
extremely
unfriendly
&
rude
.
Iv
been
working
in
the
fitness
industry
for
15
years
&
the
people
who
work
at
this
gym
are
unbelievably
rude
.
First
issue
after
about
4
visits
I
was
told
I
had
to
pay
for
a
lock
.
I
explained
I
hadn’t
had
to
pay
my
previous
visits
.
She
told
me
that’s
not
possible
&
demanded
I
pay
.
I
said
well
I
have
my
own
lock
at
home
&
I
would
just
bring
that
but
I
definitely
wasn’t
charged
.
Again
she
told
me
that
I
was
that
it’s
just
not
possible
you
weren’t
&
got
all
the
other
staff
shaking
their
heads
agreeing
with
her
that
it
wasn’t
possible.
I
asked
so
I’m
lying
?
Which
she
just
shrugged
at
.
I
paid
my
money
and
went
in
.
As
I
walked
past
reception
again
I
showed
her
my
bank
statement,
which
showed
the
amount
for
entry
(
without
lock
fee
)
to
which
she
replied
oh
yeh
that
staff
member
made
a
mistake.
No
apology,
no
here’s
a
lock
for
today
.
Nothing
.
Next
visit
was
10
times
worse
.
It
was
a
hot
day
36
degrees,
so
I
needed
a
little
extra
rest
between
sets
.
I
also
spotted
a
few
people
here
&
there
&
helped
a
guy
out
who
got
stuck
on
the
bench
press
.
Sometimes
I
had
to
wait
for
equipment
also
,
which
is
fine
.
On
my
way
out
however
I
was
told
“
you
must
pay
!!
“
as
I
went
over
the
90
minutes
time
limit
they
put
on
casual
visits
.
I
said
it’s
hot
I
needed
a
bit
of
extra
rest
between
sets
.
She
again
just
said
pay
this
…
!
It
was
like
10
minutes
over
.
Never
in
15
years
have
I
seen
a
time
limit
placed
on
casual
visits.
She
wouldn’t
open
the
turnstile
to
let
me
out
demanding
I
pay
.
I
told
her
they
are
the
worst
gym
I
have
ever
come
across
&
by
far
the
rudest
.
Call
the
police
I
said
as
I
jumped
the
turnstile
to
leave
.
