Greatest bar in Prague. Metal, and even non metal people love it!

Metal. That's the first word that comes to mind of how to describe this place. But metal music is not all this place is about. If you're looking for a place where you can throw away all formalities and everyone can become friends, the look no further. Midgard is a great private bar, where you can smoke inside and you have an abundance of beer to choose from. If you're a bit more shy, you can easily find new friends by joining a game of darts. The service is very good, they periodically check in case you're in need of anything. It's a very clean, neat place. Since the bar is underground, there isn't very good signal, but they have Wi-Fi.

Great staff, fast, well spoken, actually can recommend from a variety of drinks. Have special 1 L beer. There is usually crowded. Darts can be played. Wheelchair not accessible.

It’s a stylish local looking very good, but I was very upset by the staff and the drink’s quality. We went there during the week, it seems the staff had a private drinking party with some people in the local, because everyone serving us was drunk, acting pretty wierd (we were forced to have a shot which was charged afterwards). The beer wasn’t anything special, leaving a sour taste. I think the pipes need cleaning. When leaving we waited a half an hour standing at the bar before we could finally pay. When we asked the owner sitting near the bar for the bill we were told we should wait for his collegue. The owner meanwhile played with his phone and totally ignored us. Then my friend had a doubt about the amount she paid, is it possible that one drink Thor Hammer costs 270,- Kč ? Unfortunetely the price of it hadn’t been stated anywhere, so it was a sort of a surprise when paying the bill. It’s a pitty that such a nice local has a staff with such an unprofessional attitude.

With good-quality beer at rlly good prices and an owner full of warmth and good humor, this bar truly sets itself apart. It's nice to find such a combination of value and atmosphere ! NB : We were lucky to find this bar day 1 of out trip :D

You have to be Very Handy to find Doors of this almost medieval bar 😉 but When you do, be sure you are also almost medieval person, bcs this is Nothing for poshes 😄

Nice underground club. The girl behind the bar could have been a little nicer, but in the end everything was good and we got the beer.

Beer was really good but that's it. They have really disturbing interior lights and it didn't even feel like it's a metal bar.
