Good pizza, but not enough veggies on it: big difference between what is on the picture and what you receive. Overall - nice!

I tried their vegan pan pizza today and it was great. The staff was very friendly and the place is next to the train station. However, the seats/tables were not cleaned well.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the food that I received from your restaurant. I recently ordered a fresh pizza for pick up, but was very disappointed to find that it was served cold and lacked the freshness that I was expecting from Pizza Hut. Additionally, the chicken wings I ordered were also very cold. As a loyal customer, I expect the food to be fresh and of good quality, especially when I order it fresh and pick it up right away. I was very disappointed with the overall experience, and I hope that you will take steps to ensure that this does not happen again in the future.

The worst pizza I ever ate in Prague. The staff seemed very annoyed by me wanting to order lunch and the whole place smelled rather bad. Overall it was a waste of money. I'm never visiting again.

20th January 24 afternoon The staff was really nice! Helpful and smiling. The food is not worth the money though. Pizza, 6 wings, few fries and 2 bottomless drinks (59 crowns each!) altogether 500 crowns. Plus 25 crowns for tiny tiny container of garlic dip. There were 8 tiny slices of pepperoni on sweet pepperoni pizza and some corn. Chicken wings tasted OK. I don't get the Pizza Hut hype vibe.

The pizza on the right was supposed to be a spicy chicken. Instead they made margherita and put 3 pieces of chicken on it and burnt it in the oven. It was also supposed to be a fluffy dough, but sent San Francisco style instead. And they charge 600 czk for it 😃 go figure

We often like to visit Pizza hot in Germany and are very satisfied with the quality and in general. What we experienced here is really unique! Very unfriendly staff (indescribable to understand when the big city lives largely from tourism) I asked if the salami was pork or beef. Got very annoyed the answer they don't know. Then I said ok no problem please just give me something without meat. It is simply impossible to describe the handling and the guests of the person who was at the cash register and took the order (was also the manager). I always said thank you and stayed nice but it can't be true that you treat people who pay for their food and don't want anything for free or extra just to be treated the way it has to be! I'm just shocked and speechless! After the back and forth (with the facial expressions, gestures and posture, it said it's time to get out) but we stayed very nice and professional because we really didn't know what or where the problem was. Unforgettable and never again! ( This is also my first review in years so you must be able to see how oppressed we felt )

Quite nice. The pizza was tasty and even the medium sized pizza was quite big. They also offer free refills. Only bad thing was that when I visited they were out of the lay's pizza which was actually what I wanted to get but other than that it was a good experience.

It was awful. My friend and I went to the center to grab a bite, hoping for some tasty and quick pizza. The girl who took our order, if I remember correctly her name was Christina, was chatting on the phone and showing us the "wait, I'm talking" gesture. It was just infuriating! We asked for cheese crust on our pizza, but when it was served to us, it wasn't there! The service was terrible. The toilets were dirty. It was impossible to even wash our hands because there was no soap! It was such a disappointment to have such a poor hygiene standard in a place where people come to eat. We expected a basic level of cleanliness, but it was completely lacking. The price was absolutely not worth it for such an establishment!

While waiting almost an hour (!!!) for a very simple order of just one pizza, I had the time to count the amount of dine-in seats at this Pizza Hut. Just tell me one thing: how do you think it would be possible to serve all 50+ seats in this place with just one pizza oven and 3 staff on shift? Seriously, whichever project manager was responsible for opening this place should be fired. Will never ever go back :)

Super small (fast food) pizza for 250 CZK (pepperoni 200 CZK + (invisible and almost not tastable) cheese crust 50 CZK). For this price I would recommend going to some normal Italian restaurant.

Ich war zuvor noch nie bei einem Pizza Hut!!! Seit heute weiß ich wie genial diese Pizza 🍕 🍕 🍕 🍕 schmeckt!!! Ausgezeichnet!! Ich habe eine medium Pizza 🍕 bestellt, diese Pizza war mehr als ausreichend da sie sehr sättigend ist. Ich werde bestimmt gerne wieder zu Pizza Hut essen gehen, wenn ich wo einen sehe und gerade Hunger habe.

The atmosphere was gloomy, there was a lack of an English menu, and the wait time was excessive. We ordered a vegetarian pizza in the evening. However, we woke up the next morning suffering from an upset stomach and bouts of vomiting. We've had good experiences with Pizza Hut in the past, but we do not recommend this particular Pizza Hut restaurant.

Ein guter Ort, um Ihren vorübergehenden Hunger zu stillen. Kein attraktives Restaurant. Die Preise sind mäßig attraktiv, aber wenn jemand großen Hunger hat, empfehle ich es. Das Essen ist frisch und lecker.

My margarita was so dry, it’s as if they force you to pay extra for sauce. You can definitely get better pizza els where. But prices are good. Garlic bread was delicious.

The flavor is ok but they doesn't inform you that the "Largest Size" depends on the flavor , also the garlic bread is literally only ONE PIECE. And I would like to include that the employees plays with the food and touch each other uniform and hair and they touch you food!!!!!👎

a good place! not expensive, in Poland Pizza Hut is more stylish and large-scale, in the Czech Republic, unfortunately, it will work out as an eatery.

Worst possible place to eat, the cashier made a mistake in the order and his attitude was horrible. Waited 30 min, while there was nobody inside (one more table). The sad thing is that the food was not that bad. Of course they don’t care about the reviews because is in a central location and there will always be people that want a slice of pizza.

Ordered 2 Pizzas. Both were as ordered, and very good. The young man that was taking the orders and operating the ovens was polite and efficient. The order came out quickly.

Erwarten Sie keine Luxus-Ambiente. Der Service ist top, aber wirklich top. Aber die Pizzen sind für meinen Geschmack mit zu wenig Käse belegt. Die Auswahl ist nicht so groß wie ich es von Pizza Hut gewohnt war. Achso, ich empfehle das Softgetränk in Becher zu bestellen , denn dann dürfen Sie so oft und so viel wie Sie trinken wollen, trinken. Trotzdem empfehle ich den Laden.

What a shame, the young guy named Jancek and especially his friend were very very rude, they cant explain their offers right and if you ask them they point to the menu on czeck and get really agressive, first and last time in this pizza hut thats for sure.

You shouldn't assume that everyone enter your store after 2 AM is drunk and treat them like they are.. I was waiting for the cashers to take my order for 10 minutes while they were smoking outside.. when they come back I asked few questions about their menu and they ignored me like I wasn't there.. that's just ridiculous.

I arrived to Prague late and this was one of the restaurants that was still open. I should have known better but I was hungry and tired. I ordered a small pizza and there might have been 2 or 3 people who ordered ahead of me and it took over 30 minutes to get my food. When it arrived, it was completely mediocre and way overpriced for what it was. Totally not worth it.

The pizza is amazing, but the service and atmosphere is really bad. The servers especially Tereza who took my order was not kind at all, doesn’t know how to talk with the costumers. They also messed up my box order, and when I asked them to change for what I ordered they didn’t even apologize. Not professional serving at all.

Definitely not a fast good, was there before a movie and almost missed it. Pizza took almost half an hour to prepare, the stuff didn’t seem to bother or hurry up with lots of people waiting for their orders. Do not go there for a quick meal

Decent enough pizza, it’s usually basically the same wherever you are. Not great service, pizza was sat on the side for ages while others were served, so when finally got food it was luke warm. A busy place so expect it to be like that especially late at night.

The worst Pizza Hut in town. Pizza was smaller than in other franchise and it was burnt. The dough was really tiny like a tortilla and there was almost no topping. I ordered pepperoni and there was 6 pieces of pepperoni and the cheese was nowhere to be seen. For that price you can get decent food somewhere else, don't bother to eat there.

Pizza hut’s employees are racist. Be especially careful with female employees. On October 2, 2023, around 1 o'clock, I ordered two slices from Pizza Hut and asked for the pizza to be packaged. However, she refused to package the pizza, saying she did not have a bag. There was wrapping paper behind her, and the person who ordered just before had also wrapped and to go. When I asked her why, she said she didn't have a take-out bag, and when I asked her again, she said I don't know. Does Pizza Hut train its employees to be racist? She is clearly a racist. I would like to ask why the only female employee at that branch was racist. I doubt she was trained to do that at Pizza Hut. Very disappointed and will never use Pizza Hut again. I want her to do something right.

Food was excellent! but The menus are not in English so it’s difficult for foreigners to order. A young girl at the cashier wasn’t nice and unfriendly, she had no effort to use English to communicate with customers. She seemed unwilling to provide service and acted like she was annoyed with me when I ordering in English.

We waited a way too long, the pizza was tasty but small as button! We were shocked! The potatoes were raw!! We had to ask for our money back And were very dissapointed..
