I really enjoyed my meal from this place, it looked stunning, portion size was great for the price and the flavor was excellent. I wanted to customise the order and everything was perfect. I am very pleased with this restaurant.

I was terribly disappointed, and not just once, but repeatedly. It is scandalous, how much are they charging for such low quality and poorly served food and beverages. The paradox is, that whole idea of UGO salaterie, is to bring fresh and healthy food to you and in practice, they do the exact opposite.

Waiting for 15mins for a salad just to find out that the buzzer does not work and noone even bothers to tell me that my order is ready. Paid for farmer’s salad with grilled chicken, corn, potatoes and caramelized onion. The picture attached is taken after eating one piece of chicken and one small potato..

why not possible to rate no star? I rarely write reviews only if its worth it. In Prague I thought I would only write praises but then... UGO Flora is the first ever in Czech Republic which calls my attention on a diff way. one of the worst service ever. way to go. I don't recommend this place.

Small soup is just 4 spoons of soup… :/ is it normal?? Not friendly staff :(

To go here when I’m only a little bit hungry and want a healthier option of the food court options. The taste is always good, however portions are on the smaller side. I often leave hungry. The prices are a little high too, but I think it is due to the fresh ingredients which is nice. Staff is always nice and English speaking. Tables are always clean and the design is an inviting experience. It is in the top level of the flora shopping center.

Since the lock-down significant drop in food quality and unmotivated personnel. Even not willing to make fresh salades 15 min before closing time. Such a pity since I was a regular customer before Corona.

I always appreciate english speaking staff, always great food and drinks are amazing, when I don’t know what to eat they always help me choose and they are never wrong about the choices. I always go here after long day at work since it’s close to my home. I recommend 10/10

The food is extremely good and super fresh. I like the staff more than the food to be honest. Staff makes me come here again and again. Martoš in Flora branch is an extremely nice worker. Thanks!
