Terrible place. Stopped by for a quick lunch, from the menu the food looked good and the prices were decent. Once I got the food it didn't look appealing and it didn't taste good either. When I went to pay, the total price on the receipt was outrageous! They sneak in a bunch of extra prices. A 10% service tax??? Really? The "goulash" was five small pieces of meat. The menu showed a meal of goulash with some bread slices next to it, turns out that was extra too?? What was gonna be a 10 euro meal ended up being 30 because of the crazy hidden prices! I'd advise everyone against ever going here!

We've been in some restaurants, bars and clubs but this place is actually one of the worst in the town. The waitress was unfriendly, very slow and we had to consume a certain amount before paying with card. Once we asked for the bill it took 15 minutes to get the bill and another 10 minutes to actually pay. The woman seemed not interested in the guests and once we said we're just here for the drinks she totally lost the interest and the service was not existent.

The food is nice, the restaurant is in a relatively central location but they added things that we did not order and ordered us to do things we were not told at all. We ordered goulash soup when the soup cost 75 kronor including the bread - according to the waitress, but when we got the bill we added 35 kroner to two dry slices of bread. The soup was no more nice. We then ordered a pasta that costs 35 kronor. The pasta came with cream sauce and chicken breast when the waitress did not say it was extra charge. After we received the bill, we saw that we had "180" carrots added to the sauce. It's just a cheat restaurant trying to steal money from tourists, stay away for your sake and for your pocket.

Summers evening 2020... What beer do you have? Do you want an English menu? We won't be eating. Just two beers. Which do you have? Do you want an English menu or not?! We just want a beer but okay.... He then walks off tutting and rolling his eyes. He comes back and gives us the menu and says we have just one beer, it's that one and points at a sign. We get up and leave. I wonder why we were the only guests there.....

The worse place to have lunch in Prague.. the food was not that good.. the pork knuckle was a very small piece and 80% was fat .. everything else was extra priced.. we were 3 people and ended up paying 1000kc for almost nothing.. they don't accept credit card so we have even to pay the exchange rate in a near ATM.. (45€ total). The waitress don't speak very good English and geted our order all wrong.. the so called "Boss" was very rude. Overall very bad and expensive experience.

No toilets avaiable???? Don't waste your money here, please. We just wanted to have a drink after having spent 4000 czech crowns at the restaurant next door (U glaubicu, fantastic place, great service), but we've never met anyone as rude as the blonde woman who was working there. No credit cards accepted, but that's fine even if it wasn't posted in the outside. However, we were told to be quiet (two families, a total of eight people!) and when we wanted to use the toilet, we were told that we had to go to the restaurant next to the bar (I've never seen this before, have you?). After all this, the woman started getting nervous (four kids , you know), recorded us using her mobile phone and theatened us with calling the police after having payed for our drinks.

Restaurant named by baroque architect family. Nothing fancy but prices are very low in comparison to another restaurants around. At least 2dl of wine for 46czk against 230czk next door made me believe not every restaurant owner in Prague is crazy.

Good draft beer! Unlike many comments, the place is cozy and cute plus waitress woman was quite friendly!

Unbelievable. One can't pay by card, one of us had to leave just to go and change some money. The beer has an honest price problem is after not even 30 min that we were there the waitress asked us to leave because "we've been there for more than an hour and she just had a reservation" for our specific table apparently since only 3 table in all the café were occupied

Very rude waiter! I wanted to use toilets before ordering and she did not allowed us! And forced us to order first! Then she said use toilets in next restaurant! So far the worst bar experience in whole Europe for me…

Waitress brought wrong order. Of course what she brought cost more and then yelled when I said it wasn’t the right order. Refused to fix it. Got stuck eating and paying for food that I didn’t want. Plus the food was not great. I would have been better going to the McDonald’s down the street.

Gulas is a soup known by everyone. When we ordered goulash, the owner of the restaurant brought us the food, which we learned was considered a meal, not soup, since bread was also placed on the plate. For two extra pieces of bread, twice the price of regular soup was charged. When we stated that we had ordered soup, the woman owner of the restaurant began to argue loudly with us. If you are a tourist, stay away.

This is my favorite restaurant in Prague. I was there for about four days and I think I went there three times because the food was so delicious and really inexpensive and it's right across from the church with really pretty views. You should definitely go.

👎 Ps: Bin Gastronom.(Seit 27 jahren)

Very nice restaurant, small place but enought for a lunch. The menu is at 7.5 euros with a main dish and desert. Very good apple strudel. Not so expensive for Mala Strana . Low prices for the menu. A good restaurant.

The waitress was not attentive at all, she was rude. Apart from that, the food was not great, the goulash had 4 pieces of meat and sauce. The bread and the bread dumplings were ridiculous. They asked to leave just when we finished. Not recommended.

NOT RECOMMENDED!!! The waitress had a horrible level of English and she was beyond rude. The food was real bad. The goulash were basically 4 tiny pieces of hard meat drowning in sauce. Not to talk about the nachos, they were not even Doritos and the sauce was store-bought and came in a real small proportion. No food for vegetarians. Do not come here!!!
