A good useful set of stores including food hall and supermarket all based around a huge multi storey Tesco, Narondi tram stop (22 goes to the castle)outside the door. Not as grand as the Palladium Centre but good for a visit for non luxury shopping. Not all staff have extensive English but are ok with directions. Go to Vapiano restaurant, a real Italian experience and not expensive for the quality there, chefs cook in front of you. COSTA YES !!

Tesco express on the ground floor can indeed rapidly cover some quick basic shopping needs (snacks, drinks).

Stopped to buy some personal hygene product for my children last week, I asked a cashier where i can find a certain product. She lets me know she don't understand english, and i wait in vain she cares to let me talk to someone who could help me. Tried to ask two or three times, but she turns away. Not a nice experience, but luckily this city is full of nice people who makes your day happy. A suggestion to My Narodny staff: it's ok if one can't speak, but be caring and try to help, maybe suggesting a team member who can help customers if you can't.

Nice place to shop for women , men and kids. They have washrooms on the first floor. Staff here are rude if you are foreign. We tried asking for the washroom to three staff members; one simply ignored us, the second started yelling in Czech and the third told us there was no washroom.

Great location for a lunch break in the upper etage. Also got a big Tesco !

Extremely rude and unfriendly staff. I tried to buy jeanw there and it was a pure pain, thay even can't tell you if they have jeqns of required size (cash desk man told me that they can't check if they they have jeans in their base! In 2017 year!). The only one good thing is a free toilet. Rest is awful, especially cash desk guy. I hope manager wilp fire him away soon - his work is not good enough.
