The fat woman needs to be fired, she did not even try to speak english she just said “no english” and laughed at my face. And then I saw that she ate the orders that not “get picked up”, even though people waited in line showing receipts but didn’t get their order. This is not even a joke. Plus I did not even get my order right but I didn’t even try anymore because it was so sad. As a company this needs to get resolved (this happened on the 7th of august at midnight 2023)

Decent burgers, its mcdonalds you get what you pay for. I did find one anoying thing, you have to pay in order to use the bathroom. The stalls also had this weird feature in order to pass toiletpaper between the stalls. Weird feature indeed 4/5 stars.

One of the better McDonald's in Prague. Perfect location, and it looks decent inside. Never had any trouble with the service, but I always have to give a huge minus point for toilets you need to pay for.

McDonald's is McDonald's. Fairly standard ordering procedures and typical bland food. Also saw a cat roaming around upstairs which was cute but posed questions on food safety. Convenient location next to tram stop.

The lady who made my wrap was picking her nose. If you dont know how to behave in the kitchen dont show the kitchen to the client. Have mercy for us.

I haven’t seen the worst establishment of this network for a long time. I had to wipe the table with wet wipes from past visitors. And most importantly, I couldn’t wash my hands for FREE before eating !!!, it cost me 20 crowns. I buy food from you, why wash your hands for a fee . I am attaching a photo of the paid entrance.

It's the worst McDonald's ever my girl had happy meal and i found in her drink plastic bag in side and i went to speak with the munger and he told my he doesn't understand English I will never go the again

It was takeaway good, made on the spot and the cheeseburger was a golden one! Two pickles, enough mustard and ketchup, the hamburger had pepper and salt! The bun had no marks, it was hot and crispy as expected! Send my regards to the cook! Golden! It was flawless.

It is better to avoid McDonald's at I.P. Pavlova I ordered a big mac menu with apple juice, nothing tastes good. Apple juice seems to have been mixed with water, otherwise I don't understand why there is no taste

great breakfast! order prepared in a few minutes, delicious egg mcmuffin! large room on the first floor with plenty of seating. Quick and easy ordering with the self-service kiosks.

Tried breakfast here, wish I didn't. Expensive, lukewarm, flavourless food. Paid for extra sauce to try and add some flavour and got a very small sachet which was almost useless. Also no plugs in the dining area to charge your stuff, you need to pay to use the toilet, all the seats face away from the windows despite having a nice view. Not necessarily a negative thin but, the whole building vibrates when a train passes, I hope the buildings structure is inspected regularly for structural integrity. I've never known a building to shake so much. The ENTIRE inside of the building is covered with plastic cladding, it looks cheap and nasty. I worry they might be covering up cracks in the building?

They forgot to put one of our burgers. When ai came back for it they gave me, but complaining. They even did not want to change old french fries. Foods were delicious.

Consistently once or twice a month, when you order a menu or a couple of burgers to go, they will give you something different from what you ordered. Not exactly a tragedy, but I guess it's unpleasant. Especially when, instead of what you ordered, the package turns out to be what you dislike most about this establishment. Thank You and always check your orders.

Staff not using gloves. Hands touching everything, also inside the nose, including your food. Plus Czech speciality - paid toilet. At least one can here still breathe for free.

The maccies are so different than in the uk ! Everything seemed bigger , hotter and fresher !

Toilets cost 0.80€ (if you trashed your receipt) and they have standard of train-station toilets. And there are no towels 🤣

This place has self ordering kiosks. Some staff barely speak English. When my order was delayed, they have said sorry and given me a free apple pie. Nice manners without needing a language right. Kindness matters.

The worst Mcdonald's ever. Long wait for order. Toilet 20 CZK - first Mcdonald's where you have to pay for the toilet. Never be back.

Just like any other McDonald's. They have gluten free options, but they forgot to remove the onion from my burger as requested.

Very bad service from management. Hiring foreign workers who don’t speak English or Czech is a desperate attempt to keep wages low at the expense of happy customers.

Food is what you can expect from the standard McDonald's. Service is pretty good for Czech standards and the place is well located and very comfortable for eating or having a coffee.

They keep leaving out half the order (happened more than once) , then they do not take responsibility for it. Basically I am paying and then not getting what I paid for. Also, they were really unhelpful on the phone when I called them, and they kept insisting that I complain to the delivery company (Bolt), where they say they cannot do anything either (and in this case, they really can’t). The delivery company is not the one that put the food together, and they are also not able to fix issues on the restaurant level. At the very least, they should be interested that things are being messed up in the restaurant, and not just be arrogant, and act like the error was made on some other side, but maybe rectify their own error with a re-delivery (that they solve, as Bolt doesn’t do redeliveries).

Food and friendliness was very good. It took a while for my order to be ready and at one point, my order number just disappeared from the screen without me getting the order. After a short reminder, the order was delivered by a friendly cashier.

Great spot when u want to have a quick meeting or grab something to eat when u dont have time to wait for someone to take your order

Very busy when I was there but I used the self order and and I was satisfied.

The kitchen is very dirty. One of the cook’s has a skin rush all over his hands and arms! That’s horrible! + None of them use gloves!!!!
