You want to clarify the situation? You cancelled my pre-paid reservation and told me you would refund my money. That proved to be a lie. I was already in Prague so I couldn't change my trip to take you up on your pathetic offer to use the credit at a later date. So, you lied to me and then decided to keep my money. You're stealing my money. Now that you're probably doing year-end financial reports, into what bucket are you putting the money you stole from me - into a category for "Money stolen from customers"? I can't believe anyone would ever pre-pay for a reservation at your hotel. So, if you cancel someone's reservation for a fire or mold or disease - clearly not their fault - you'll still keep their money because the rate is non-cancellable though you cancelled it. So many better places to stay in Prague. When will you return my money?

This is a great hotel. Most friendly and reliable staff we ever met. The junior suit was great, comfortable, beautiful and clean - highly recommended. And you won't see this on their site or in any pictures but the breakfast is incredible , freshly made omelettes and a wide choice of hot meets, fish, cheeses, fruits, sweets and more.

I stayed three days in this hotel in January 2020. With a friend. The pics on the website looked amazing and show it to be a luxury hotel. The room was very unimpressive and not at all what I expected from the photos. When I arrived the staff didn’t even offer to help me with my luggage up to my room (and there were plenty of stairs). The ceiling in the bathroom was chipping and falling down. The worst part was the breakfast. The staff who was handling the food did not wear gloves or any protection on their hair. A young girl cooked an omelette for me and in my first bite I pulled out one of her long dark hairs from my mouth. I complained to the hotel but they really didn’t say anything. I would not stay here again.

Definitely a 5-star experience! The room and the caring hotel staff contributed to a wonderful stay. The hotel is conveniently located within a 5-min walk from major sights in old Prague and within a 5-min walk from public transports leading to off-centre sights. We had a quiet attic room with a charming look. Breakfast was just perfect.

In the centre of Old Town. A bit tricky to find when you have enjoyed too many drinks. Lovely rooms and staff were very hard working and polite. Rooms are classy and comfortable.

Location is right in Old town about 4 mins to the astronomical clock . Prefect !! Receptionists Adam, Alua & the blond guy who help us in checking in are very helpful & friendly .especially Adam . Breakfast is not fancy but okay. We stayed 5 nights . Easy to get around . Room big & clean . We had to carry our luggage though for few steps from lift to room . We witnessed La Mary preparing for her delicious cakes . Must try .

This is the place to stay if you want to be near Old Town square. The rooms were unbelievably beautiful, the service was amazing and they made accomodations for my elderly father with mobility issues. I wish I had stayed here during my entire trip.

It was a former monastery building converted into a hotel. We love the rustic furniture and the restaurant courtyard. Very good location. Friendly, polite and helpful staff.

This hotel was perfect for our stay In Prague. The location was outstanding, in the heart of the old town with short walking distances to most areas and attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and the rooms spacious. Only minimal negative was occasional night noise because of the closeness to people in the street in a busy area at times at night. Still well worth the stay.

We were trying so hard to resolve the situation in a friendly way, but this hotel is very negligent towards its employees. The promised salaries were not paid, and in response we were only ignored. :) Highly do not recommend staying in such a place, if they show such disrespect even to their employees!

We did the booking by chance, but this was the best value for money. Nice breakfast, authentic rooms, perfect location, and the MAIN - friendly service minded staff. Thank you for making our stay in Prague so comfortable, tasty and warm. P. S. Champagne for breakfast is served :)

This hotel is centrally located with an easy access from the main plaza. Rooms are big, clean, and priced reasonably. I would definitely book it again!

Perfect location, right in the heart of downtown, most comfortable beds, beautiful and romantic internal decoration of the rooms, luxury bathrooms..I enjoyed every detail of the hotel, oh and the chocolate treats they had in the room as well. I stayed I think at a standard double room , but we checked a few other rooms as well , they all looked beautiful. I highly recommend it.

My husband & I visited Prague from Scotland for 5 days in September. The Dominican is fabulously comfortable & the Manager (Rodek), the Receptionist (Aleksandra) and the Breakfast Chef (Masha) could not have done anything to make our stay at the hotel any more comfortable. The hotel is so ideally placed, a minute's walk from the fairytale Old Town Square. They're so much to see & do there & the restaurants & street food sellers close to the hotel are all superb. We'd love to go back to do the Christmas Markets & wouldn't consider staying anywhere else. Thank you & well done to The Dominican.

this hotel is in such a great location, everything is close by including lots of wonderful restaurants. the rooms are so unique and the breakfast buffet with a choice of eggs cooked to order was wonderful. Jana at the front desk is such a happy helpful person. We loved talking to her. We would definitely stay here again and we loved our room 205.

The hotel is in a good location just 2-3 minutes from the Old Town Square. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was hard but that is just my view. The breakfast was good but a bit basic. Staff were all helpful. Lift only covers 3 out of 4 floors. Would go back for the location.

The rooms are fantastic. The staff is cold and stiff, but that could be because we are Jewish and this is Europe.....we got the junior suite which had a bed and a couch. Also to note is there are barely any English language channels on TV here. The breakfast is great and the coffee is served in large cups unlike other places. The staff at the breakfast were nice unlike the front desk.

The absolute PERFECT location in Old Town Prague. Rooms are plenty spacious. The breakfast is super reasonable and food is excellent. Also simple to get Uber from this hotel. Next time we visit Prague we will stay here again.
