The service is so-so. They don't speak English, but they try. The beer isn't good, but the cider is. The meat is not very good either, so I wouldn't recommend it in general.

10th-12th May 2023: The last time I came to Prague was with dad in November 2003. This time I'm older, wiser, more bald and married. Really enjoyed it here and had great service. Our tasting flight of ale was really good. Filtered lager, unfiltered, a dark ale and a smoked ale. Served in tiny steins on a wooden board. We sat outside in glorious sunshine, was served quickly and the food was delicious. We had the duck leg, assorted dumplings, red & white sweet cabbage. We also had the Speck sausage, farmhouse/hunters sauce and fries with a side of cheese sauce.

Pivovar Narodni in Prague is an absolute gem of a restaurant and bar. From the moment we walked in, we were immediately struck by the authentic Czech atmosphere and the warm, welcoming vibe of the place. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, and they made us feel right at home from the very start. As for the food, it was absolutely delicious. We started off with some fried cheese, which was crispy on the outside and gooey on the inside - a perfect combination. The goulash was also superb - rich, hearty, and full of flavor. The chicken wings were perfectly cooked and had a lovely crispy coating, and the roasted duck was tender and juicy. But perhaps the best part of Pivovar Narodni was the beer. They have a great selection of local brews on tap, and we had a chance to try a few different ones. They were all really tasty, and it was clear that a lot of care and attention had gone into brewing them. Overall, we had a fantastic time at Pivovar Narodni and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Prague. The food, beer, and atmosphere are all top-notch, and we'll definitely be back the next time we're in town.

We stopped here because of the positive reviews I read. I'm glad we did! The beer was good and the venue was really nice, you can do a brewery tour. There are 4 different beers you can try and they do a flight of beers. We didn't try the food, but it was quite busy for 11am, so I'm assuming it's good Price-wise the beer was 52Kc, or about 2 euro

We visit this pub with a group. Which was jot a bad choice considering they have a lot of space and accept reservations. The staff was prompt and nice, the interior was good, beer was good. There are 2 things I didn't like 1. Food. Was just an average. I ordered duck and it was quite dry 2. They don't server tap water! Otherwise it was good.

It is a great restaurant. Food's tasty and have variety of beers. However, you have to be careful because they may charge extra tasks, which are not real, just to gain money...

The roast pork knuckle is one of the best i tried in Prague. The crispy skin with juicy and tasty, marinated meat was delectable. Highly recommended. 🤗

Nice spot for a lunch. I had svickova and it wasn't great. The sauce split and was gritty. Meat was quite tough. Burger was great. Goulash was also nice. Great for large groups. Prices are a bit higher than your usual Czech dinner

The pork knuckle! Was amazing, tender meat with crackling, far to much meat for one person. The beef goulash was tender and tasty and saving the best til last there own brewed pilsner. Well worth a visit.

Lovely restaurant near narodni divadlo. They have an indoor restaurant and an outdoor terrace at the back. The food is really good, staff is comfortable and aesthetics of the place quite cozy. You can see the large barrels in which they brew beer.

Good food, excellent beer and cozy, modern atmosphere. Staff was very friendly and their service quick. The only nitpick would be that the steak was a bit cold when it arrived.

Been there on several occasions and really enjoyed the food, atmosphere and the Czech Lion beer offered there. However I would urge you to pay extra attention to what you are being charged! Last night I was charged an extra 250czk and not noticing I even tipped on top of that! Outright theft! Never falling for that again...

Been there more than once. Good beer, not bad food, not bad service, relatively good price-quality ratio. If you want to relax a bit and have a drink while sightseeing and avoid any tourist traps, this is a perfect place. All in all we were satisfied.

Amazing food and value for money. The speciality dishes are highly recommended. The home brews are very solid and will only fail to satisfy real beer connaisseurs. Definitely worth a visit during a stay in Prague.

We were brought here by locals (geocacher friends) and it was excellent. Speedy service, well spoken English and… the best goulash. Period. On the goto list when in Prague.

It is overall an Ok place, if you want to drink beer, the food here is not the best. Service - as well, waiters are not the most welcoming people. If you just want to hang out and drink beer - I guess it's an Ok. 👌

Top quality beers brewed in house. We tried them all and a meat platter. Exceptional

Best thing were the fries and beef goulash. Ribs were dry

Second time I have been here, first in 2017 and now in ‘22. The place got a lot bigger but didn’t lose it’s cozy brewery feel of it. The food was once again magnificent. If you like meat, go here

A brew pub serving the local beers and western styled pub food including local dishes. Friendly staff and nice setting to catch up with friends and family. We visited this establishment as part of our Beer tour and was 1 of 3 stops.

A very interesting place with a quiet ambience. Everyone was nice to my friends and me. The waiters were quick and attentive. The food was really good. The menu offers a variety of traditional meals with a lot of vegetarian options.

👍👍 My recent visit to the restaurant was a delight. The one kilo of chicken wings and confit beef rib in wine were superb, and the local specialty, goulash, was a flavorful masterpiece. The deliciousness didn't stop there—the delicate beer selection added to the overall fantastic experience. Highly rec...
