I had a salmon poke bowl- the worst I have ever eaten. Non-tasty warm rice with tasteless ingredients slapped on top of it. The red lentil soup was not good or bad but very salty. The ice tea (I asked for sugarless) was weird tasting. Never again.

Great fast food joint with vegetarian food. We've ordered blue cheeze wrap with ice tea, extremely tasty. The salads also looked super nice. Also, the order was served by a robot.

today I ordered a bean soup in the shopping center Novy Smichov - it was the worst soup I’ve ever tasted - almost cold brownish water with few beans inside. When I told them that this soup is terrible, they said they know but cannot do anything about it. the girl from the kitchen told me that it’s order from the boss that one of the 3 soups in the day offer will be from a can and last 2 cooked. so nobody warns you, when you order, that you choosed the soup from the can and they just take your money and don’t care. I left the place hungry and angry ... so for me it’s clear - i never go again to Ugo...:(

Everything in here is overpriced but for the love of god don't get the beetroot goats cheese salad. It is horrible how can something so simple be so bad. Beetroots with the hards edges on some salads and apples preserved in lemon juice. Don't recommend.

Very average salad. Got the Farm salad.Nothing interesting..lots of iceberg, canned corn and a bit of chicken. Some potatoes and slice of bread.

I like the poke bowl here. The carrots are strange, but the vegetables are fresh, and the mango is tasty. The only disappointment was the bread. It was old, as always. Nothing is ever perfect, right? 😉

Had the bean soup, Caesar salad and iced tea. All three were delicious. The salad was enormous. It’s true the staff aren’t super friendly but you’ll speak to them for 20 seconds. English wasn’t a problem.

I've been eating at Ugo constantly for 2-3 years, and I frequently visited Ugo at Smíchov, Václavské náměstí, and near Křižíkova metro station. I can confidently say that the food at Ugo in Nový Smíchov is consistently the most delicious and fresh. The taste and quality of the food here ať Nový Smíchov are always superior to any other Ugo.

I loved being here. The food is healthy and tasty, I had the curry bowl in a menu (soup and drink), it was great! The staff was nice, helpful and spoke good English. The RoboCat, who delivered my food (unexpectedly) put me in such good mood 🦾😸 I will definitely be back. Spot on! 💯

Worst Smoothie ever, Its more juice than smoothie

It was usually our lovely place no complains about food but newly hired stuff are not polite at all as if customers coming to disturbe their well-being. They shoul learn how to behave professionally with people I understand that everyone has problems may but i lf person working in the customer servise she should corespond to it.

I was hungry and soup was nice and warm in comparison with ladies who work here.I do not think I would come back there and food is actually nice for a quick snack.Its unprofessional behaviour from the staff that makes this place to loose it's value.

Ingredients are fresh and the caesar salad has roasted tomatoes, tasty overall. Smoothie was one of the best I've ever had, I had the mango and passionfruit, full of fruit so was thick, tasty too. Salads are priced reasonably, smoothies can be a bit expensive, around 5 or 6 euros for a large. Service is quick, for me the salad could be bigger but no other negatives.

This kind of broken plates are NOT ok to have. Stuff could be more friendly

For vegetarians good choice. Fred made and good soup and lemonade. In the whole center the best looking food for me.

Always Overcrowded and busy with huge amount of people. When it was Mangaloo, it used to be much better.

At 20:15 coffee machine was turn off and I had no way to order coffee.

this salmon poke bowl with basmati rice and carrots is so weird. but the soup was good and smoothie too please do smth about this poke, it's ridiculous
