Worst place I have ever been to. The waitress was rude and did not listen to our order properly. When asked for an extra glass she just said no very risky and left. We never go to a place without checking the review and this was the first time since we needed to kill some time. Worst decision ever. If I were you I would avoid this place. Horrible drinks and insane price. Thank God we had the drink first and didn't order anything else and then checked the reviews. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!

I want to join the ones before me saying that I would give zero if it is was possible. Horrible service and staff mentality they are unfriendly and uninviting. The coffee is lower quality but still more expensive than other high end caffes. They don’t have lactose free or any other option than milk and they get angry at you if you want lactose free. Money hungry bad people in my opinion. Don’t go there !

If you have any respect for yourself, avoid this place. The service is awful. They couldn't give us any lactosefree option, they didn't let us use the toilet because only 1 of us could drink coffee... We didn't even sit down and they were making us pay. 180czk for an americano. This is approx. double price. The waitress didn't speak any English, when we tried to order anything lactosefree they were rude about it. When we tried to speak to them, they were rude, they raised their voice for no reason. This was the worst experience we had in Prague in 5 days. 0 starts out of 5, this place should not exist at all...

My first terrible experience in Prague at all!!! Rude and unprofessional, discussing service. They don’t have any milk options but normal milk. But we said ok, we will stay anyway, we asked for a normal americano === foooor 180 czech kronor. After this when I wanted use the toilet and they said I am not allowed because my brother already did, I have to buy an another coffee ?!?!? After we asked them nicely like do they think it is normal and ok? They started to shout at us. we left immediately. I don’t understand how a place like this can still work. Please don’t go there if you respect yourself and the other restaurant workers who does their job professionally and with love.

Very very disapointing, they don't have any lactose free or plant based milk options, but they reaction was agressive when we coudn't consume anything because of the poor slection. We had an awful experience here, don't even go near to this place.

Absolutely disrespectful staff, so rude. We would like to order some drinks and use restroom before our boat ride. The waiter (please see face on the photos) was standing just next too cocktails menu. He approached in very rude manner to seat on the table and dont stand there. We told we would like to see list of the drink (located on the wall). The waiter told that we need to seat down, we can't check list and it's his standing station. Also he said that it's not public restroom, we need to seat first and order before we can use restroom. I don't know how his bladder works but for other people it needs to be empty before you will have some drinks. After my husband asked him: Sir, why you are so rude? He answered with "your choice". It's my first disapointed review. If person cannot communicate with people, he should not work in restaurant service. Now I understand why ratings are so low and why this place is empty.

NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL. Awful experience, first bad experience in Prague. The staff overcharged us for items we did not order and on complaint were not listening. The food is rubbish as well.

Make sure you check your order 210 czh (over £7) for 2 small cokes. Eventually agreed to reduce to medium coke price - more expensive than the premium square venues. Avoid avoud avoid

Very expensive and bad quality, I had a small pancake, most probably made hours ago, it was cold and the taste wasn't good at all. Service staff is also unpolite and they charge you directly when bringing the food or drinks.

After reading all the other reviews we decided to give it a go anyway. The staff were friendly, and attentive and they loved our dog too. After months of lockdown it seems they have temporarily scrapped their tourist drink prices so we got a liter and a half of beer and 2 white wines for just over 200czk.

The waiter who served us was incredibly impolite and she didn’t speak english but she insulted us in her own language. But apparently this wasn’t enough. In fact we spent 50 euros for 3 sandwiches, 1 soft drink and a little bottle of water. The quality of the food was awful. The worst bar where i have been in my whole life.

Tourist Trap & rip off. 255 CZK (approx. £9) for 1 coffee, staff who served tried to have me pay contactless without letting me see the screen of the card machine or telling me how much it would cost.

Had some time left until my boat trip so I thought I’d sit down for a quick drink on a hot day. Little did I know how such a simple thing in a 90% empty place could go wrong. The lady serving me was incredibly rude, I asked for a drink with ice. She asked if 0.5L, I replied that a smaller one like available in the menu - because I didn’t have that much time. She got visibly mad at me and walked away. I had also asked for ice with my drink but got no such thing. And then when I was paying, she didn’t show me the amount, luckily it was fine but the whole experience was just astonishingly rude.

Absolutely terrible attitude of the staff. The owner should definitely look into the way the staff treats people. Absolute bullies. No wonder when I tried to find this place it was the lowest rated restaurant in all of Prague. They need a rating for under 1. Especially the tall guy with a french beard eastern europe origin. Man thinks he is a bouncer of a nightclub.

Please don't go in this club if you respect your self and this city. We paid 75 € for 4 aperol spriz. Never go in this place, service awful and very arrogant. Furthermore the spriz were terrible. I would give 0 star.

I don't recommend that place. View is nice, but seriously you can find a cheaper place... Ice coffee which you can see on photo, costed us as much as a really nice dinner... I don't understad this prices... and I didn't realize how expensive it was, I didn't count the currency, what a pitty.

Wanted to go to the toilet here and also chill and drink a bit, but when I entered the space, a server basically pushed me physically out. She was annoyed to explain to me that I couldn‘t visit the bathroom here, I felt extremly unwelcomed and treated with no respect.

We ordered a banana split and a banana pancake. The quality of both was horrible. The waitress demanded to pay in advance. So one could suspect calculation here. We paid a total of 24 Euros for both. Which is incredibly expensive for such poor quality. I can absolutely not recommend this cafe.

Not recommended. Expensive. Rude staff. Food is below average in taste. Only order a beer and sit and enjoy the boats and river. I stopped with my young family to rest and eat because it was a very short way from where we were. If we had more time and the kids did not cry, “ I’m hungry “, we would have googled more places and ate at better restaurants. McDonald’s would be better. June 2023.

Popped in whilst waiting to go on a river cruise, what a mistake! £15 for a barely warm Chocolate Bailey's drink. I don't mind paying tourist prices but this place is out to rob you. It wants closing down as it gives a wrong impression of Prague hospitality.

I really don’t understand the other reviews of this place. My experience here was great. Yes, the prices might be a little bit high but the quality of the food is pretty good. The staff was really nice and also understood and spoke English relatively good. The tables are also very clean. 4 stars for this restaurant because of not being able to pay with card!

Probably the most overpriced and worst quality food/ staff service in Prague I’ve ever tried! 0,5l water for 110 CZK and a doublecheesburger for 445 CZK, seriously? Moreover unsympathetic staff who won't let you sit for even a minute while waiting for the boat. If you can, really avoid this place and come on a boat cruise just on time.

Awful place. Rude staff stood in the doorway, didn’t greet us just mumbled to themselves in Czech. Asked for two bottles of water, gave us one but charged for two. Clearly here to rip off tourists. Wouldn’t bother with this place, plenty of others within a short distance who actually have manners I’m sure. Prague is a fantastic city where tourists seem to be welcomed but not at this particular place.

Very rude Waitress, Got annoyed that we ordered food, doesn't listen and just looks into the distance... Food low quality and more expensive than high end Restaurants nearby. Took away salt and pepper without asking or even looking at us ... At least they accept card payment Never again

Cute little corner by the river. Home made lemonades are pricey but good. Hamburger and fries were good enough. Don't expect fancy food. But we were happy overall. They do overcharge if paying in euros, so be prepared to pay a bit extra for the convienance of a quick bite.

Complete disaster! Prices are crazy high. We paid around 100€ for 2 chesse burgers, 1 sasuage with french fries, 1 french fries,1 beer and 1 water. Food was horrible everything was burned so we left all food.

Everything is just ok here, nothing spectacular, which is a shame since this is the only restaurant available when waiting for the boats. It took a bit long for staff to notice us and take our order. Staff wasn't rude but not necessarily friendly, either. This place just lacks a little atmosphere, and the radio is very loud. Can't say anything about the quality of the food, I didn't have any.

40 Euro for 2 Double burger and some fries- complete rip off- Abzocke We only saw the available dishes without prices on the advertisement board in this pretty simple cafe. Didn't expect to pay a fortune. A big mistake. Avoid this place or be prepared to pay 5-Star-prices in a 2-star-location

Just 2 Cappuccino's with toppings costs 390 krones. ~ 20 euro. It is super expensive.

Extremely expensive for basic food. Ordered chicken goujons for 2 people. Asked if we would like fries with it as it only came with carrot and celery sticks. So said yes. Asked if we would like mayonnaise. Ordered 2 black americano coffees. Charged £1 each for mayonnaise. Coffee £7 each. £45 for the meal for 2. Just goujons and fries. You can get 2 two course quality meals in the old town square for that.
