The location of this hotel is perfect. Right next to a shopping place where you can buy food, clothing and some other things. Just next to Kafka Head- creation by David Cerny. Amazing place it is with such a good experience. Mostly everything is nearby and walkable from this hotel. We had a great time and comfortable stay being there in Prague. The room was spacious, clean, beautiful and comfortable . The reception staff was just great! The breakfast was perfect. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Spent 2 days visiting Prague. Great location old downtown shirt walks to museums and historical places and restaurants, big rooms and bathrooms. Very clean. Highly recommended.

The hotel is great!!! I'm traveling often In europe and it is one of the best I had! Great value for money! The rooms are clean and organized very good, the shower is spoiling with a lot of space. The location is AMAZING! Close to everything and in the center area. The service was also great, the Indian guy in the night shifts reception was super helpful and cute👌 I will definitely will recommend my friends to come to this hotel when they visit prague, and will comeback again. Thank you♥️👌

Great location - very central and right next to the spinning head/shopping centre. The rooms were good - nothing special, especially since we paid for an upgrade. A bit picky, but would have liked at least a Tassimo coffee machine, or equivalent and possibly a smart TV to unwind with in the evening or in the mornings! Breakfast was nice, quite a nice variety (all buffet) from meats and cheeses, to scrambled/sunny eggs, yoghurt, smoked salmon and a wide variety of hot drinks and fresh juices (even Prosecco if you fancy starting the morning that way!). Service was perfect and could have no qualms with the main desk

Booked a small room for two. The room was clean, well organised and we had no problem with space, as we spent most of our time outside. The service was excellent and everyone was friendly. The included breakfast was above average, especially in the sweets department. The location was great, close to everything.

Great location however terrible shower with no curtain or a long enough cord to reach your head. Breakfast was good, service was great. Room was small though.

I have business trip in the whole EUROPE from Spain to Iceland,and the whole USA ,then Middle East,South East Asia ,every year I will stay in hotels for about 5-6 months. Yes 160-180days. Normally,I make fair comments since the comments from other guests on other hotels help me A lot .when I travel.,I stayed in Prague for 8days and tried 6 different hotels. Hilton,GRANDIOR,FLEUR,…The frontdesk lady is very kind honestly,but the hotel is not well managed. First ,when I booked ,I was told it is a 25 m2 room(standard room),but it is smaller and not well designed ,but very warm in the room. the bed light on the left is not on,although there are two buttons ,but neither is not linked with the bed light. I asked for help from the housekeeping lady ,then she did nothing but asking me to go to the frontdesk,I went to the frontdesk,but no body come to my room to help me. Finally. All by DIY. Then I move to the right side,but the right bed light is hung just on top of my head ,when I get up and stand it will hit my head anyway ,the breakfast is one of the best considering the room price,the staffs at the frontdesk and especially at the kitchen are very friendly and helpful. Only the housekeeping is not very careful,room is not cleaned up well. This hotel is much better than GRANDIOR Prague hotel nearby,I mean the staff attitude,the friendliness. GRANDIOR is for touring teams ,so May be the staffs are bored.
