We rented a room with two children. When checking in, the girl at the reception said that you can get juice and coffee from the kitchen at any time. But then the hotel owner told me that my children drank too much juice And that he, as the owner, has to pay for it. But I paid for my stay and it was unpleasant to hear this. During breakfast, since the children did not have a full breakfast, I packed them two sandwiches with cheese and ham. The owner of the hotel, instead of reprimanding me that this was contrary to the hotel rules, became rude to me and began to insult me. I apologized for the sandwiches and returned them, but the owner called me a thief. .In addition, the smoking area is located directly under the room windows. And even with the windows closed, cigarette smoke entered the room. And there was no way to ventilate.

Great place to stay, super close to all major attractions and on the quiet street. Super helpful and friendly staff. Good breakfast. We have to leave early morning so they served breakfast 30 min before the normal time for us.

We are a family of 6, 2 adults and 4 kids under the age of 5. We arrived at the evening and the directions on how to get the key was very clear. The staff are very nice and ready to help. The room was clean and ready for us. The breakfast is great and everyone had something to eat. The only complaint we had was we saw some ants at the kitchen but nothing to serious We highly recommend this hotel.

The hostel is one of the nicest I have ever stayed in. You really have your own space and I can’t believe how cheap it is for such a clean & central stay! I slept in the women’s 5 bed room and it was so pleasant. Unfortunately I left before breakfast, so can’t comment on it, but would highly recommend staying and would definitely visit again for a longer visit :)

I stayed here for 2 nights in a shared room with 4 beds. I am impressed with the cleanliness of the room and bathrooms. Everything cleaned every day. The front desk service was very nice, she answered all my questions by e-mail before coming to Prague, and they explained everything carefully during the check-in. Breakfast included in the price in the room tasty. The room has a comfortable bed, a large lockable wardrobe. Close to the most important attractions of Prague, shops, metro. I highly recommend staying at the Old Prague House

Best small hotel in old town. Good service, good atmosphere, good price. Few distance from Charles bridge and pivnice U zlatého Tygra.

Excellent location and decent breakfast are the key strengths of this hotel. Be aware. This hotel has rooms with shared bathrooms. You have to walk across a hall between several other rooms to use the bathroom. Also there is a lot of noise throughout the night from a neighboring bar.

The rooms were really comfortable and cozy, with plenty of space to rest and sleep after a long day. The breakfast also was really delicious and they offer a variety of options as fruits, fresh bread, eggs and hot drinks that makes the staying really amazing. The place is really well located, you will find shops and restaurants close to the hostel, which is really easy to have options to have dinner or to drink some coffee. I definitely recommend this place :)

Pretty helpful staff. The breakfast is really good. Price is low. The rooms small but really nice and soooooo clean. My only complain is the soundproofing, could be a bit better, my neighborours were having fun locking and unlocking moving in and out, for some reason that's a thing you can do in Prague instead of anything else(it was just a couple and they were just exiting and entering the room). The noise was annoying from them, a bit more soundproofing would help.

The place is nice, clean and the staff is lovely! The only downside is that the reception closes at 7pm which is pretty early.

Charming stay in Praha and great location! I felt completely safe and welcome as a solo female traveler. Staff was very helpful and kind. They made it possible to store my belongings in their back room both before and after check-in/out. Yummy breakfast options. Honestly did not want to leave!!

I rested with my family in this hotel. What I didn’t like was that the room was already very old. There is practically no ventilation. Opening the windows is a problem because... There was a smoking room outside the windows. The staff behaved very strangely, often aggressively. Breakfast is very modest. There is also a nuance with the hood in the bathroom. If you turn it on, there will be a lot of noise throughout the entire room and there is no way to turn it off.But if you don’t turn it on, you can also hear this noise from your neighbors. It really made it difficult to sleep. Insects are also periodically visible on the walls.

I rested for several days in this hotel. There is a peculiarity of this hotel - there are no kettles in the rooms, which imposes certain inconveniences. The hotel has breakfast included in the price. But the breakfasts are very meager, plus the assortment runs out quickly. There are also juices, but they are very diluted, sometimes it is not clear whether you are drinking water or highly diluted juice. The distribution counter is located right next to the check-in counter. The employees of this hotel constantly stand near the counter and control who charges how much. And when you want to take something for breakfast, you meet the disapproving glance of the hotel staff. I observed a situation where a hotel owner insulted and argued with a woman because of an extra sandwich that the woman took for her child. He brought the woman to tears. He behaved very rudely, insulted this woman, even though she apologized and explained that he pays for breakfast from his food. This sounds very strange, because the hotel guests have already paid for breakfast. The hotel owner also discussed this with other visitors. There was also a moment when the hotel owner said that he didn’t care about the children. This situation really spoiled the impression of the hotel. I do not recommend this hotel as a hotel for families with children, because... There are smoking points everywhere, under the windows of the rooms. I would recommend looking for another hotel and perhaps without breakfast, because... you may well spoil your mood with the unprofessional behavior of the hotel staff.
