Can I give it 0 stars? This hotel is a joke. First of all, the reception is at the other hotel, 50m down, which wouldn't be a big deal, unless it's raining, snowing, or if you need extra supplies for your room. Oh, there's no way to contact reception via telephone from your room, cause again it is a different building, so you better not require anything or have an emergency. Okay, now let's go to the room. Sit down, it's a wild ride. - the hairdryer was broken - the shower box was broken - the mirror above the sink was broken (and when I asked staff about it I was told "oh no, it's not meant to work". No no, it's just a light with a light switch, but it isn't meant to work. Sure, Jan.) - the AC is off, and the heater is probably at 30 degrees. Which is whatever, but let customers have control of their room temperature. - I arrived back at the hotel after spending the day out and the room was pretty dirty. That was AFTER requesting for a the clean up! (Pictures) - the doors have NO stopper/slower, so you hear all the doors slamming at all crazy hours (4/5am) - because there's no reception, there's no one to control if guests are loud or not. Another guest had to open his door and ask for silence. - walls are paper thin. - Staff acts like they don't wanna work there, and to be honest, it would be better if some of them weren't there. - 20€ for breakfast is ridiculous! Do yourself a favour and walk to the old town, you will find loads of amazing brunch places for way less. - I ended up complaining and changing rooms, and guess what? The light that the staff told me it didn't work, WORKED. Again, some staff just shouldn't be there. Pro: the wifi was okay 🤷🏻‍♀ Moral of the story: for the price, get yourself a better hotel. I would like my money and my time back, but such is life.

Nice Location, small rooms, we did the Reservation for Queen size bed, but got two separate bed. Air condition was working really bad, after 4 hours still 28 degrees Celsius.

Nice and cosy rooms. Good accessibility to the city center. Overall excellent value for money if you're not looking for superior service.

More like a hostel than a hotel. Very disappointing experience. Paper thin walls, with partying guest, phone is not connected to anything just for show, so can’t call anyone. All is very superficial renovation with strong Led light everywhere. Industrial looking trying to hide as a “design hotel”. Sheets are cheap plastic quality. Had to wait 20min to checkin. Hotel is 5min next to the lobby. So no staff knowing what’s going on in the hotel. It’s full of noisy people.

Great location, really nice standard (love the shower), but theres no reception in the building, so you need to walk around 200 metres, 500 metres to parking lot. The receptionists were a bit chaotic- not the standard I would expect.

It was all fine, but there are common doors that close extremely loud. We were woken up about four times during the night because of people just going through such a door, it's a really loud bang. If they fix this, I can recommend going here.

Great location near city center. You can walk everywhere. Room is clean and warm. Hospitality was kind as well.

It was an OK location to stay. You can walk anywhere, any center in Prague. You can choose how often to clean your room, we chose everyday and cleaning was good. In general, it was so OK. I can recommend.

The hotel is a very good standard and the room was very nice, bright natural light and good bathroom/bed. I would only ask for either larger towels or spare ones in the room and also the shower door needs a new seal but everything else was great

location is nice and the room rates are fair but as other reviewers mentioned, room doors are closing extremely loud and it really annoys and disturbs the guests. Omg, so loud!!!! The main entrance door of the build as well. When you get a room on the ground floor (101-108), ask to the reception to exchange the room.

Couldn't visit the hotel due the Corona pandemic in April 2020. Still don't get my money back. I absolutely can't recommend this hotel.

Nice, clean, close to the city center. Breakfast was tasty and there's definitely something to choose from. Really recommend to stay. The only thing is you have to check in and have a breakfast in a different building.

Clean and nice hotel with good breakfast but… I was waiting one hour to check in because so long took check in 8 persons group before me. Breakfast is in different hotel 30 m from this.

Clean and luxurious rooms. Beds are really comfortable. Shower door needs some work, water gets underneath it, and we missed something like a desk or chair. Staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast is in the Red and Blue Design Hotel next door. Chevron needs its own breakfast room because the one at R&B is too small. Breakfast was really good though, lots of variety. Hotel is very close to public transport.
