This hotel is clean, friendly staff, good restaurant. No Air conditioning, it can get really hot in the room. rooms are super simple and depressing. The internet is weak and does not even reach to every room. I give it 2starts just because of the facilities and possibilities that it has. It is a simple hotel, but clean and friendly. The food in their restaurant is good and good value for money. The rooms not so much - not 4 stars! 2-3*

Dont understand where all this stars came from? No internet from 2nd floor and above, in my room showe was broken and some strange writings on the wall. Couldnt turn off the light, broken sink. Maintaince very bad so its a 3 star hotel.and the breakfast is bad.

This is a very good restaurant considering its location so far from the city center and the offer elsewhere in Suchdol! I often had 'svíčková' here and it's delicious.

Not even close to 4 stars hotel. Breakfast is looking horrible, air conditioner is portable in the rooms so you need to stay with the window open. Rooms are looking so and so. Staff it is very friendly.

Average hotel, in a quiet location. However, even after apparent successful communication with the Hotel 2 weeks in advance, they were unable to provide a decent vegan breakfast (nothingto put on bread, no (plant-based) yougurt or cereal, almost no fruits). On the first morning after complaining got to speak with the manager who promised to do better the following day, but unfortunately there was absolutely no change... Don't plan to go back...

Best choice and will definitely book again. The hotel interior is modern, staff are super friendly and you are a block away from everything you could possibly need. You step out of the hotel to the lake...behind you are top designer stores, coffee shops boat rides and so much more.

The hotel has a construction site next to it. Every day from 7am, there is too much noise from the construction when you open the window. When you close the window, you can't sleep because the hallway is full of some stink (it stinks like sulfur, it could be leftover chemicals from an anti bed bug fumigator). The beds are the hardest I've ever slept on. As uncomfortable as possible. There is a large group of guys on my floor and they constantly bang each others door, run in the corridor, laugh and talk in the corridor, and you get disturbed by these noise emissions as if they did that in your room. Bolt food markets are too far from the place and unreachable. You have to buy something in person. McDonalds and other food chains are also unreachable using the bold food app from the location. Noise and air pollution from the construction don't stop until the evening. There is no discount and no mentioning of these circumstances. That makes it one of the worst hotels I've ever been to, and given the circumstances you'd have a better sleep, better location, better air, and less disturbance during the day in any hostel. That's right, hostels that cost 1/3 of the cost of this hotel are actually better. My impression is Hotel Galaxie in Prague 6 is ran by rude psychopaths who hate people and they will only rip you off and scam you since they won't meet the minimum requirements for a good sleep, undisturbed stay during the day, unpolluted air, location reachable by bolt food, ...nothing. This place should be closed permanently. It damages health when it's next to a construction site, it ruins sleep, and it is a total rip off. I have booked a week and I've been hating it after the first few hours.

Recommend not stay there at all. Air conditioning is portable and noisy, not much around it to shop or eat, it's own restaurant is not good either. Airline put transit passengers over night .

Nichts . Hotel liegt etwas 20min von Altstadt entfernt.

i don't know who gave this hotel 4*s. This is definitely not a four star hotel. It is clean, the rooms are small and very very simple. the Internet does not reach all rooms and all parts of the hotel. I had to spend hours in the lobby because I can't reach the network in my room. the people in my group in other rooms had the same problem. they have a good restaurant and the food is average good. But definitely not a four star hotel.

Stayed there for 3 days with my boyfriend and to be honest, I didn’t felt comfortable at all. We arrived (2 hours earlier before check in) we wanted cancel our reservation, but you have to pay 90€ fee for canceling free reservation. On the hallway were bed sheets and whole bed for one day, which made it complicated and uncomfortable to walk around it. ~ Cold room, but the heater is not working. ~ Warm room? You can’t open window. ~ Center of Prague is so far, takes like 40 minutes to get there, but that’s not problem. ~ Hairdryer is more like burn your hair, because it’s not blowing any air. ~ You can hear definitely every noise which is happening around you. ~ towels looks like somebody ripped them off. ~ Beds are so hard ~ Place made me feel depressed and empty. ~ Not comfortable communication with workers. I don’t have experience with food, but on the corner of this area is mini market. For somebody who don’t need much and want just being stuck in room out of everything it’s good, but not definitely for tourist to explore Prague. I’m not recommending this place and I’m definitely not planning to go there anymore.
