The hotel was great. The staff were very friendly (Paulina and Fatkhi in reception especially were so welcoming and helpful) and the facilities were as advertised. Our room had a hob, toaster, microwave and fridge, the bed was comfortable, and the room itself was very spacious. The area was very easy to access for public transport (I P Pavlova tram stop was a 2-minute walk, which stopped at most tourist destinations, and the Metro A Muzeum stop was about 5 minutes' walk). The neighbourhood was full of places to eat, drink and shop. We will absolutely use this hotel again if we come back to Prague.

Great apartments with good amenities in a perfect central location. What impressed me the most was the attitude of the staff, always positive and happy to help.

Loved it here! Service was good and all the front desk people we met where all very helpful The room was spacious and clean! It was also decorated in such a cute way. The elevator is small but I would take that anyday for the stay we had :) The coffee shot right next to here was so nice as well, having it that close was excellent!

You really feel very welcome here. Pauline and Ruslan helped us very well. They even knew it was my birthday and got a bottle of wine in the apartment on my birthday. There was a small problem with the heating, but it was resolved very quickly. Prague is a pleasure to visit and stay in this nice apartment.

Hello everyone, I'm writing in Google Translate and I apologize for the translation. I want to share with you the shocking experience I had at this hotel, even though it's been 4 weeks I'm still angry like it was yesterday! I arrived with my family on a flight to Prague at night, and we arrived at this hotel with a reservation that we made through Booking 2 months in advance, we arrived at the hotel, the secretary took a photo of my passports and took my credit card, and suddenly I receive from Booking that the hotel canceled my stay (photographed), and the clerk says she doesn't have a room for us , I found myself sitting in the car and crying in front of my family because we had nowhere to go, I'm diabetic and I was stressed about the medicines that need a refrigerator, by the way the hotel charged me the next day for stealing another 120€ not through booking! Except for the credit card he took from me the night before before canceling the order that no one knows why! And had to return it through the credit card company. Never! I have not come across such an attitude, I asked Booking that the hotel at least return his charge, then at first he said we were not, then we were and everything was fine, and other different versions that are all written in emails. There were witnesses to the case from a group of people who stood there shocked by this humiliating treatment. I returned to my country and I invest my time in education and loving people, but I will remember the treatment I received for a long, long time.

I would love to give this place 5 stars the location is a little further out but very close to the core so it's not loud. The rooms is great and the staff are amazing. However, the room we stayed in on the fourth floor had no hot water throughout our trip and the radiators were never on so it was relatively cold in our room which wouldn't be a problem in the summer but in the winter it wasn't so pleasant. The staff tried their best to fix the issue by adjusting the boiler but to no avail, the water and heating just never got warm enough to enjoy the room. Still would recommend but would really advise that you confirm ahead that your room has got water.

Thank you very much to the hotel staff! Very attentive and polite, always ready to help and suggest what to see in the city and when it is better to do it. The room is clean, beautiful, with a beautiful view.

It’s not easy to find on the street, you must look for tourist information with red The front desk is 100% nice and helpful!! The room is very big and clean and bed is very comfortable, the shower room is very nice, too You can cook in the little kitchen. There are pots and plates Close to tram station, not far from the tourist area. I got great deal for one night here. highly recommend this hotel!!

The apartment was perfect for our first trip to the city! It’s a short walk from supermarket, restaurants and bars. It’s also right next to the metro and tram stop, so you are minutes away from the heart of Prague! The hosts provided everything we needed and were available at all times to answer our questions very quickly. It’s definitely been one of our favourite holidays so far, and would definitely recommend it to others!

Never stayed in apartment before always choose hotel but what a surprise ! Firstly entrance is through tourist office and we were apprehensive but turned out impressive. Huge apartment with high ceilings and spotless clean. Could not find fault anywhere. Lounge with 2 sofas big dining table cooker fridge microwave kettle toaster. Onto bedroom again huge with big wardrobe and extra bedding. Despite it being december the apartment was warm and cozy. The young man in the tourist office was very helpful and polite and reception 24hrs. Apartments are in New Town short walk to trams and metro. A must is breakfast lunch coffee next door in coffee factory. Best around. would deft recommend Royal Court

It was our second stay at the hotel and we got upgraded to a bigger room than we ordered for free. The staff are young and very helpful. Rooms are very large and organized with a fully equipped kitchen if you want to cook. It has a nice Cafe at the ground floor and is 10 steps away from an elevator down to the metro which was PERFECT. The stay isn't expensive at all and it's a great value for your money. Very central and convenient. If I go back to Prague I'll probably be going back to this hotel.

For the price, this place offers a very decent stay almost but not quite at the heart of Prague. It lets you comfortably explore the city on foot and provides an excellent retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the more crowded areas. Would also recomment their breakfast, which is served in a lovely cafe next door and offers a good range of quality options. Last but not least, the staff are very cheerful, approachable and beyond helpful. A particular shout out to Anastasia and Roman for helping us sort out some trip-threatening issues. You rock, guys 😊

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Royal Court Legerova Hotel and I must say, it was an excellent experience from start to finish. Everything about the hotel was top-notch. From the moment I walked in, the reception staff welcomed me with genuine warmth. A special shout-out to Aruna, who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Her clear and concise explanations made me feel right at home. The hotel's attention to detail is truly commendable. The rooms were not only beautifully designed but also immaculately clean. The housekeeping staff deserves kudos for their diligent work. The hotel's location was also a big plus – conveniently situated and easily accessible to major attractions. I appreciated being able to explore the city with such ease. My overall impression of the Royal Court Legerova Hotel is overwhelmingly positive. The combination of excellent service, polite staff, and a comfortable environment made for a truly memorable stay. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a top-notch experience.

Wonderful place to stay in Prague! The apartment was clean and has a good location to the old town, which can be reached on foot in 15 minutes. Although the windows overlook a busy and noisy street, this did not bother us. The apartment also has air conditioning, which really helped on summer hot days. The WiFi was good. Our small dog also felt comfortable in this place. We enjoyed our stay in this apartment and absolutely recommend it. And many thanks to guys at the reception Tiffanie and Fatkhi, who were friendly and explained everything!

My friends and I came here as part of our interrail trip organized by an agency called Voiash. Staff was very polite and understanding. Rooms were very nice, clean and spacious. No complaints about noise levels. Good location. It was honestly the best place we stayed at in our entire interrail trip in 5 cities. Made our time in Prague much fonder to remember!

our receptionist Fatkhi was really nice and helpful. From the moment we arrived we knew we were gonna like it here. Fatkhi not only explained us what we needed to know about the hotel, but also about the city. Room 15 is really pretty, with so much natural light and spacious. If I had to change something, it would be the bathtub. But other than that, we had a fantastic time here

Loved our stay. Travelling with 2 children (12 and 15) we booked a superior family apartment and was really happy with it. So spacious, 2 double sofa beds in the living area, another in the bedroom. All the facilities you need and literally about 30 seconds from the nearest metro. All the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Well worth the cost. Would definitely return. Only downside is it is a very busy road so there is a little traffic noise (we were first floor) and close to police station so occasional siren noise in night.

Location - just above the I.V Pavlova exit 5. (1 stop away from the main station) Very nice & large apartment for 4. Everything is perfect from location, room to service. Thank you to Bota for your service, help and suggestions. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed our stay at the apartment. Our studio has been upgraded to 1 bed. What’s important, the hotel is pets friendly (10€ per night) and has a couple parking spaces for medium size cars (20€ per night - good price) in next block garage. Our receptionist Bota was very friendly and always helpful. She was available both after 11pm and early in the morning. Thank you!

Such an enjoyable stay in a well appointed, clean and quiet room (1st floor). Staff were very friendly (thanks Aruna 😊) with excellent English as a bonus. Breakfast and coffee at the attached Coffee Factory was excellent too. If/when we visit Prague again we’ll definitely try to stay there again

Good hotel if you are in a budget! Had few days in Prague and this was accessible and convenient hotel! Location: the hotel is located 10-15 mins walk from Prague HB. The hotel is located in a good spot with a lot of restaurants and grocery. There is a lift that can fit 2 people. Checkin Process: checkin process is quick and easy. Cleanliness: the rooms are pretty clean, you can tell that this a new hotel cause everything is new. The rooms are huge, not sure if all the rooms are big like that but ours is way to big. Lol Beds: the bed are soft and well maintained. The sofa bed is huge too. Bathroom: it is clean and bigger than the usual. It was taped as “sanitized” so they really clean well. Kitchen: there is a kitchen!! Yes haha you can cook and eat in the dining area. You will feel at home! Service: they were kind. They offer tours too if you want to inquire. I felt safe Restaurants: there is a restaurant beside and has 10% off! Will probably stay here again when I visit Prague! The rooms are big and clean! Great location with a lot of restaurants!

First time here at Royal Court Legerova Apartments in Prague. At our arrival it was pretty hard to find the place as it's not clearly enough visualized - only a small name difficult to notice on the building, that has got a few very big neon marks of Tourist Information, that's located at the same address and door. So it's very confusing to find it. Should be much better described. Rooms are clean and ok, especially for a stay that's been focused on sightseeing the city.

A very pleasant stay!! Everything was perfect. The room has air conditioning and we had delicious breakfast next to the hotel. Aruna at the reception was very kind. She helped us with transfer to the airport and she was smiling every time and asked me about my stay. I really appreciate that. Thank you to her!

Absolutely outstanding apartments. Complimentary upgrade for my birthday which was a lovely surprise, the room was stunning with all the facilities you could need. Staff are amazing, very friendly and helpful. Location was perfect for us as only 2 min walk to tram/subway stop, and 15 mins walk to the main part of the city. Couldn't recommend these apartments enough.

Very nice hotel. Nice staff and helpful people! The room was gorgeous, we had studio apartments, but the hotel gave us a free upgrade, we were just delighted. There is a cafe nearby where you can have a delicious breakfast. In general, it was a great stay and thanks to Aruna at the reception, a very nice girl!!!

We arrived very late at midnight and was very welcomed and helped by Denis, he is very kind and friendly to show us where to park as it was our first time in Prague. The room is spacious and clean, also located near the city centre. In the morning we were helped by Irina for directions to the city. She also helped us store our luggage for few hours as we roam the city. Overall we had a perfect stay, thank you Denis and Irina 😊😊😊

I had a great experience staying at the hotel - my room was spacious and comfortable and had everything needed for a stay. Excellent location (convenient and quiet). There was also a possibility to store luggage after check out. Very nice staff taking care of all the details, thank you, Botagoz! I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Hotel is situated on the great spot in the middle of the city. Public transportation is very convenient and you have a lift to the metro just few paces away from the entrance. Rooms are very spacious, clean and warm. People at the hotel reception are welcoming and friendly. Especially young lady Botagoz - I am a partially disabled person and she helped me greatly several times. Definitely recommended, excellent value for your money!

The hotel is very well located to the metro and walking distance to the main places to see. Our room was big and spacious had a small kitchen and was clean. The room was cold when we arrived and no hot water which in -8 degree temperatures outside at 10pm it would of been nice for it to of been warm upon arrival. This was resolved whilst we went out for a beer. The shower is ridiculous, unable to stand up and have to hold the shower head to get washed. It is fixed to a sloping wall which makes it impossible to stand and shower. The head is attached at the waist height. The water is either warm or to hot not a good in between temperature. The curtains don't fit the window so very bright at night We had an issues with the hotel which was resolved after 2 days and a lot of exchange of messages but it was resolved . We had a top floor room which was fairly quiet on a night and close to bars, restaurants.

  • 5/5 Sophie M. 1 year ago on Google
The room was excellent, very clean and put together. The staff were all really nice and helpful with sites to see around the city and with general information. We stayed for 5 nights and it felt like home, although here is some info that is not stated on the website so you won't be surprised like we were: once you arrive you need to pay a "city tax" of 2 euro per person per night you're staying. So for us it was 20 euros for 5 nights. Also since the hotel is kind of like apartments there are no toilet trees so you need to bring your own shampoo and toothpaste, but there is a convenience store right next to the hotel. Also if you're going to stay as a big group in one room, they are going to charge you a 50 euro per person fee that will be paid back to you at the end of your stay if everything is OK in the room. Overall, we really enjoyed the stay and would gladly recommend and stay again 😊

The hotel is very close to transportation and within walking distance from the National museum. The room was great, very clean, spacious and warm. The staff is very friendly and helpful, especially Ruslan who answered all our questions and had some great suggestions on what to do and where to eat in the city. Definitely recommended and a great value for money!!
