😠 They just don't care at all, we didn't get breakfast we paid for, we just recieved "free sweet breakfast gift", so we paid for nothing, sice this breakfast was free apparently. When the water went down in the whole Prague, which really wasn't their fault, they just said "well, go bathe in the Vltav... People often mention reception, hostel, room,

Highly unprofessional and impolite staff. We were unable to arrive at specified time and check in on the first day of our visit and they charged us for full stay and didn't allow us to enter the room or pay the penalty for late check-in. They didn't answer on our phone calls and requests to postpone the check-in. Also, there was nobody at the reception when we arrived after midnight despite the accommodation was marked on a booking site as a place with 24/7 reception. Avoid this place!

We booked weeks in advance but when we arrived the Hostel was closed. There was no notification of cancellation or nothing to say they would be closed. Not even Agoda.com knew they were closed.

Staff was pretty nice to us, but that's about the only good thing. The rooms are terribly claustrophobic, there is no way to lock thr toilets. Random people were sleeping inside the shared areas and outside the building. There are a lot of stairs and food is not cheap. But the whole experience set us back only a few hundred crowns so the stay was VERY cheap, and the WiFi connection was great.

The toilets were not clean, aswell as the showers. After a few days we recognized stitches like from mosquitos. We're pretty sure they have bed bugs... With uber it's no problem to go to, but trains and busses don't go there after midnight.

It was open bathroom, no provisions for drinking water, beds were smelling in common room. There were no locks in lavatorys and the piping of the urinal was broken. Silver lining was only the location.

Staff totally unfriendly and ignorable, expect one man who tried to help but couldnt decide anything. Its not possible to sleep in this Place, way too dirty! Better to sleep outside or in the car. Never seen something like this.

Out of city, no reception, no staff, no cleaning, no wifi. Fridge full with old stuff in fungus never cleaned in years. Dustbin are full of garbage, haven't dumped either. On top of that as soon as you arrive the owner ask you are extra 1 euro/ night per person for garbage dumpoff. Otherwise he won't give you keys of your reserved room. It's sort of blackmailing Hostel is empty, don't except any other customer. The only good thing about that haunted house is that you are incharge of full hostel during stay. No one will distract or distrube you.

The worst hostel ever. The guy there couldn't speak English we tried to communicate with him to inform him that we have a delay with our flight so we couldn't make our check in on time but he closed the phone then after our arrival we went there to check in and he was angry and told us that we have to talk with booking as we did but even booking couldn't find a way with him. Furthermore, the place was dirty and far from the center. Do not choose it!!

Bathroom was nice but no door for a room with 12 people?? Service ok until we found a worm in our Müsli/cereal. Correction 5 worms. Also old underwear underneath bed and balls of hair on “clean” beds. Don’t come here !!

When the water went down in the whole Prague, which really wasn't their fault, they just said "well, go bathe in the Vltava", no apology or solution whatsoever. 1/5 would not go there again.

It’s a pity that Google won’t let me score 0 stars. I do not really know how to start as our stay was terrible, from beginning to end. When we arrived at 8 there was no one in the reception and we had to wait sat on a bench for like an hour. How on earth can a hostel not have someone in reception that our in the morning? When the receptionist arrived, we were told we needed to do an early check-in, cost 20€, if we wanted to check-in before 14:00. What a nice start! That set aside, we entered the room after being given the wrong key. The hostel was really dirty. The cleanliness was horrible, and the rooms showed on Booking had nothing to do with reality. There was not space even to open one suitcase. Moreover, there was no ladder to the bunkbed and had to parkour in order to get to your bed. The good thing arrived at night when we saw a bedbug. The came another and the final one. MAKING A TOTAL OF THREE BEDBUGS. We immediately started packing our things and looking for last minute accommodation in order to leave next day morning, and had to sleep on the floor/reception zone sofas that night. Not to mention dead wasps all over the room, spiders, stains in the sheets, and the fact that the mentioned kitchen is just a microwave and a kettle. Not even a sink. Next morning came the time to speak to the owners, asking for a refund after what had happened. We spoke to Booking and we were told that the hostel had denied everything and were forced to send photographic proof. One of the owners became aggressive telling us to leave his hostel, that what had happened was none of his business and even hit the table in anger. A shame. I do not recommend this hostel to absolutely no one and don’t even know how it’s still running as it has nothing good at all.
