Ordered one pizza with bacon and mushrooms, got a large pizza Margarita and a large pizza with mushrooms instead. They did not want to take them back nor refund the money of the second pizza. Highly recommended to take a tolk with you when ordering in English. I’m done with Pizza in Prague, ciao

Recently it keeps getting worse and worse, unbelievable today I had the throw out my whole pizza in the garbage it smelled so bad I guess the cheese was wrong. Last time I order from them.

They will try and overcharge you in hopes that you don't notice. My friend and I came here to eat and my friend paid for her order first. Then I ordered the gryro box which was basically meat, salad and fries but no pita. Anyway, it should have been 109 CZK but she charged me 190 CZK. When I asked why, she said it was for a take away box. 81 CZK for a take away box is just a lie... that's almost the cost of my entire meal. I said I am eating here so she adjusted my total. Then I asked her to double check what she charged my friend and she said that was charged correctly because her salad doesn't come in a take away box. So why would my friend be eating in and I be taking away my food when we came in together?

bad pizza and bad service. very bland pizza, tried 2 different types but i could have sworn they were the same as the toppings had no flavour at all. also no customer service, very dry and rude staff also charged me 25 czk extra for a box for my pizza. as if it’s normal to walkout with it in your bare hands. i would suggest anyone who is thinking about eating here to walk to Pizza di Praga 5 minutes away. the customer service is still bad but at least the quality of the food is good and they don’t charge you extra for no reason

Omg, this pizza is delicious! The base is perfect, the topping combos strike the right balance. Very very good. My new favourite pizza in Prague. Thank you.

Not friendly chef, I was only one waiting there for a pizza and still the bottom of my margarita was burnt. I had good pizzas from that place so many times but not lately.

They are hero's - delivering pizza at midnight, fulfilling all our wishes correctly (including personal vegan pizza creations) and soo quick. Fresh ingredients and a delicious crust. Best place ever.

Worst pizza place ever! They cancelled our order TWICE and didn't even inform us. When we went to pick up the order they insulted us in our faces. Do not recommend!
