Cafe Coffee store

😠 I used to go to Delicado to buy coffee, unfortunately I have now been refused with my request. I wanted, as usual, to grind coffee "for jazz". That they say it's destroying their mill and they were just paying for the replacement of the grinding stones and that they won't pay six thousand because of... People often mention coffee,

Where to start. I ordered the goods on the Internet with the understanding that I would pick them up at the store. It was a gift, I wrote it in a note and if by any chance something is wrong, let them call me and we will solve it differently. After about an hour, the lady called me saying that they have everything and I can stand for it. She warned me that I must have ticked the card payment online by mistake. Which I really didn't want. If she had waited until I paid for it, I probably wouldn't have bought it. As I needed it that day. So point for you. Unfortunately, I arrived at the store just before closing time. But the lady behind the counter was smiling and I didn't notice that it bothered her at all. So another point for you. So I definitely recommend visiting because they know almost everything about coffee. They are accommodating and willing. Great for me. Perhaps the only thing I would criticize is the sterile environment. Two large winged armchairs with a table would do the trick. But just my opinion. I will only recommend.

Great place to buy freshly roasted coffee beans. Plenty of types to choose from from places all around the world. You can even get loads of accessories there.

I recommend it to all lovers of good coffee. The pleasant staff really understand coffee. I just told my taste preferences and the lady recommended two types of coffee. One better than the other. Thanks!

I rate it positively, it was my first time and I think I will be coming back. Pleasant demeanor and they know about coffee, it's not just a seller who just serves/sells

I visited the store in July. They advised me which kettle to buy, which coffee, and I had one brewed for me as well. Total satisfaction with everything. Nice professional service, very good coffee, nice sitting at an outdoor table. The kettle was a gift and to this day I am completely satisfied. Thanks for all.

(Translated by Google) Coffee and prices ok, but several times I have noticed that the staff is somewhat irritable and unpleasant... they probably have a lot of work and look very important even through their masks (Original) Kafe a ceny ok ale jíž poněkolikáté jsem si všiml že personal je nejaký podrážděný a nepříjemný.. asi mají hodně práce a tváří se moc důležítě i přes roušky

I used to go to Delicado to buy coffee, unfortunately I have now been refused with my request. I wanted, as usual, to grind coffee "for jazz". That they say it's destroying their mill and they were just paying for the replacement of the grinding stones and that they won't pay six thousand because of twenty crowns. This was told to me directly by the head of the establishment. I preferred not to find out which twenty crowns would cause so much damage, and I told them that they would not see me there again. I used to buy there 2x250gr for the coffee machine and 1x250gr for the juicer, but it's probably not enough, so I'll go elsewhere. Reaction to Mr. Michal Jirk's answer: I am glad Mr. Jirk that you took the time to respond and it is commendable that you intend to improve your services by purchasing another machine/grinder. It's a shame that your reaction didn't just stop there and you went into more detail about the dialogue you weren't at. I don't know why the mentioned amounts are not real, I just wrote what I was told. And how could this happen? It could have been something like this: After my request was rejected with the words "We now have a new policy", I asked the sales lady for the opportunity to ask the branch manager about this news, and he, probably not prepared for someone to ask him about this, he just slapped something, I just described the fact, I didn't make it up. And as for your claim that you have never ground coffee on a dzezva, I have to contradict you. It happened as follows: I asked to prepare for the jezva, I was told that it would take longer, I paid and went for a walk in the adjacent park. After that, I came to get bags of coffee that had "Jezva" written on them and brewed coffee at home, and wonder of the world, it was ground into "dust", i.e. Jezva. It is sad for me that this disagreement occurred, I was satisfied with your offer, especially with the level of the sales staff, but after the mentioned fact and your reaction, I really will not visit you again.

Absolute satisfaction! As soon as you enter, a wonderful atmosphere hits you, and the nice lady behind the cash register gave me advice and explained everything, simply as it should be. It's far away, but I'll definitely be back! I recommend it to ALL coffee lovers!
