The Church of the Most Holy Salvator (Salvator means Savior in Latin) is the temple of the largest former seat of the Jesuits in Prague, Clementine. Previously, it was their largest temple on the territory of Bohemia. The church is a beautiful building that stands on the site of Prague's oldest Jewish prayer house. According to the name, the church is dedicated to the Savior, who is a symbol of hope and grace for all people. In the church, you can see the rich architecture that combines Gothic, Renaissance and Baroque elements. The church also hosts regular services, organ concerts and other cultural events that will offer you an unforgettable experience. PS: Under the dome of the church there is a trampled stone in the floor with the year 1674 and a Czech inscription on a metal plate, it covers the crypt of the Jesuits with several dozen coffins in walled grave niches. Among others, Václav Hájek from Libočany, Jesuits Jan Tanner, Antonín Koniaš or Jiří Plachý-Ferus are buried here.

Wonderful organ concert. The preformers were professionals form the opera and the conservatory. Very affordable, staff are great, friendly, and they speak English very well.

Beautiful church with a large monastery, a nice place to take a walk but would go out of your way to visit. There is a room that’s great for kids where can write with feathers and make old prints with ink and wood.

Either it was closed or the entrance was impossible to find. Would have loved to see it from the inside.

Auch ein schönes Ausflugsziel und sehenswert, auf jeden Fall bisschen Zeit mitbringen. Eine kleine Gaststätte ist auch auf dem Gelände. Sehr Geschichtsträchtig.
