The hotel is located very central and can reach many things within a few minutes walking. The apartments are very spacious and clean, a lot of love was put into the details and decorations. The personnel is above friendly and the service is great, you get everything from recommendations, daily weather forecasts, umbrellas, a lounge... I could go on for hours. Last but not least you really see that the staff puts a lot of effort into making the stay something special, a lot of things are personalized, like little gifts in the room, handwritten notes and a tourist guide. Even the confirmation mail was twice as long as any answer I got from other locations. You really get everything you would expect and a lot more and all the things you need to fall in love with this beautiful city. Everywhere the people of Prague made our stay an unforgettable experience and it started right with the arrival at the hotel!

Really enjoyed my stay here. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The accommodation itself is clean, light and modern. Apartment is well equipped with complimentary Nespresso coffee. Beds are very comfortable. Being slightly out of the centre, it's nice and quiet. But that distance means it is a bit of a walk in to town - not far, only 10/15 minutes but be aware!

By far the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. Amazing apartment with all amenities. The staff are friendly and helpful and the whole place is immaculate. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff. They arranged balloons, wine and chocolates for our arrival and stayed late to meet us to make sure we were ok The location is really central and about a 10-15 minute stroll into old town. There's a cat cafe next door too which was an added bonus for me.... If you're feeling less energetic you can catch the tram at top of street. Thank you so much x

Loved our stay at Remember Residence. Located in Prague 5 with easy access to trains and trams. We walked across the Charles Bridge to get to city center. The rooms were tastefully decorated. The service was great. They do all the little details that make the experience so nice. I highly recommend and will stay here again when I return to Prague.

Great location, close enough to see the main sights but secluded enough to give oasis of calm. Clean and well provisioned rooms, very thoughtful and helpful staff. Just what we needed to explore Prague, thank you Remeber residence I definitely won't forget you!

I spent three great nights here and I couldn't be more pleased with my stay. The hotel is in a great location which is near a mall and the subway, and there are both cafés and restaurants on the same street. I was received with a warm welcome, and the hotel's small lobby/reception area offered warm drinks while I waited. Both the entrance to the hotel and the room itself feel very safe, which is one less worry for any guest. The room/apartment itself is incredibly cozy, and perfectly sized. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom and shower is great. There's a small kitchen that has all you need to make coffee and tea, and there minibar has a nice selection that isn't too pricey. The couch in the apartment is alright, same goes for the TV. There weren't many interesting channels, but it has both YouTube and Netflix. The staff does a great job cleaning, and you don't have to be an early bird for your room to be cleaned. It's also easy to not have your room cleaned if you so wish. All in all I've had a great stay here, I spent a lot of time in the room/apartment simply because it was so comfortable to stay there. I'm definitely coming back here, and I recommend it to anyone looking for a nice hotel. Great value for the money and super-friendly staff!

5/5 stars! We would choose this hotel again! The staff is very nice. The room we stayed in was really beautiful and we got a very nice selection of drinks and snacks for free :) The location is very close to the city. There is a tram station near by but you can walk everywhere! Fun fact: there is a cute cat café next door!

Just wow! This is a fantastic hotel. Really five stars! The mini appart is great. Ours had a small swing. Kids really enjoyed. The hostess had so many little attention to us it is the best hotel we have been so far. The chocolate in our room, the best limonade in the lobby my daughter ever had. The bottle of water and cookies in our luggage room before departing. The stay was perfect.

What an awesome place! We arrived to a warm welcome from the genuine accomadating staff. The room was awesome, so good, really nice and clean, the bed was really comfy. We stayed in the attic room which had amazing view of the castle. It was a great place to retreat after discovering Prague. The price is very reasonable for the quality of accomadation, and we would not hesitate to stay here again next time we are in Prague.

Beautiful rooms (we especially enjoyed the Hammock). We had he option to have any meal we wanted IN our hotel room due to the kitchenette. Location is close enough to the Centre (Charles Bridge and Old Town Square) to be convenient, especially if you enjoy a short walk. Marketa, the manager, was extremely helpful and tended to all our needs whilst we were there and even allowed us to check in early since we arrived before we expected. All in all a phenomenal experience, Would rate 6/5 stars if I was allowed and we will certainly be staying there again if/when we visit Prague again.

Remember Residence has a professional team who made us feel like home. The rooms are very clean, safe and modern. The staff made our stay in Prague very pleasant. We will definitely return again!

Everything was fantastic. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The room was lovely. It’s just a short walk to the Charles bridge and all the other famous landmarks. They even leave a note welcoming you to the hotel. I can’t say enough good things about this place. If you book you will not regret it. I highly recommend it
