Just recently - before cancelling my subscription - I was told that pains I have in my knee are just fine, I should get Ibuprofen, wait, and come back in 6 months. It seemed to me that the doctor did not have any idea what they were doing, so I went to double check with another doctor and they sent me for an immediate operation, which literally might have saved my full mobility. I wrote this to Canadian Medical but they did not acknowledge any issue whatsover and even tried to blame it on me because “I should have come earlier” (?!?). The public healthcare system in Czech Rep is at a good level and the quality of doctor in the big hospitals is good, thus it seems Canadian Medical sort of gets those doctors who were not wanted elsewhere. Plus the management, including the owner Mr Blasko, simply does not care, it just a money making machine for them and they could not care less that they are playing with peoples lives. I want to warn others to be cautious if they are considering using their services. I suggest doing your research and finding another provider that you can trust and that if you ever need a real specialist, then they give you the care you need.
