Irish patient who travelled during lockdown. Our coordinator was fantastic & everything was so much more efficient in comparison to Ireland. Really glad we looked into Prague as an option and made the journey. Gennet helped with everything , including organising pcr tests for travel home. I didn’t have to think about anything, our coordinator did everything for me. I used the scan centres in Swords/Rathgar prior to travelling and they sent the reports directly to Gennet with little fuss during stimulation. Also, medipharm Dundrum helped out with the prescriptions. I’d still be on a waiting list if we didn’t travel & Prague is such a beautiful city!

Gennet were fantastic from start to finish! We had our first zoom appointment in Sept 2022, and were doing the IVF transfer in Nov. It was so quick, smooth and the staff were all so helpful. Incredible value for money compared to London clinics. I would highly recommend Gennet to anyone considering IVF treatment. We were lucky enough to get pregnant first time and now have a 4 month baby girl! Sona our coordinator was wonderful and such a lovely person to guide us through the journey!

Overall amazing experience. I had a bad fall on my skateboard and needed xrays. I am American and I do not have any kind of health insurance. I walked in at 1am, without appointment, and was seen immediately. I recieved 4 xrays for 1100CZK (less than $50 USD). I was in and out in less than 1 hour. The doctors spoke English fluently but the receptionist and lab technician did not. The receptionist was sleeping under blankets when I arrived. She was very annoyed that I made her wake up to do her job. She definetly is rude, as stated on other reviews. Despite this, I still left 5 stars since I am used to American "health care".

When at clinic very clean and professional. Good explanations for reasoning behind plan. I have researched and the embryologists success rate match the highest success rates in the world. Very happy with service and care, including aftercare. If I was really pushed to find somewhere Gennet could improve - the prescription instructions could be written in a more user friendly way but that’s one tiny element in a very complex piece of care delivery. After many failed ICSI treatments in Ireland myself and my husband decided from researching we would look into heading out foreign for treatments as they seemed to have alot more services to offer. From getting in contact with Gennet thru a chat portal we were told about an Irish package and assistance that was available to us with Kate and irene. From our first email right thru to today this was the best decision, it felt like all the way thru this daunting adventure of heading out foreign for treatments during Covid we had this secure safety net all the time, no matter what time i would email with questions or queries we heard back from the girls within a few hours and they had the answer or solution for us ready to go. Even while in Prague the contact remained there to make sure everything was running smoothly which was lovely to have. The packages the girls can offer including accommodation, airport transfers & extra services is second to none along with their fountains of knowledge. We couldn't of done it without them. Here we are today expecting our little miracle and i truly believe it wouldn't of been possible without the girls help & assistance to get us there along with the unbelievable team and coordinator's in Gennet clinic with Dr Danek. We are forever grateful for our fabulous experience in such unprecedented times.

It turned out Kate and Irene are just good sale people but they only care about money. Going through IVF is emotionally hard and for me personally, there is no comparison and empathy from Gennet. It was a very disappointing experience and we feel we just wasted our time and money. After waiting all day for feedback from our final IVF scan in Ireland (which is quite important information when you have to book last-minute flights and accommodation...) we were told late in the evening, in a very cold email that there is only 1 good size follicle and that we can come for collection OR our only option in donor egg...Everything in a cold email, no care, no compassion. Our protocol with Gennet wasn't different from what we did in Ireland, they didn't try anything different even though they knew I'm a poor responder to stimulation.

Thanks to Gennet, we have two amazing daughters! I also have experience with IVF clinics from the UK and have to say that the level of care received at Gennet in Prague was better and for much less than we would have paid in the UK. November didn’t work because I had business trip. So I contacted them on 1st day of December cycle, expecting the simulation can be done in January, so I was booked an appointment for ultrasound on 29/12. On 29/12 I came just to learn that I was supposed to have blood test from 2nd-4th day of the cycle, and for that I’d have to wait again for my January cycle. Wasting my whole December when they could have ordered me blood test for December cycle. I understand there’s christmas holiday, but considering the dates for the test I don’t see how it can interfere with the holidays. Now I’d have to wait till almost next summer for the simulation because I already have other plans in prior months. Not to mention I’ve sent them some results from my other doctors, and came to see that they had none of those results in their files. So disappointed with the communication and coordination.

This was like an old convent or prison style facility the way that it was built,looked like those 1960s style prison hospital in Shutter Island , if you ever watched the movies. The staff service is a bit of a mixed bag , some are friendly and some are down right just rude in your face. Despite this , they were very competent. Was a very busy day with full crowded hallway.... I came in ER with pancreatitis pain, and in 2 hours ,they had me x rayed, ultrasound , ekg and admitted in ICU very quickly. Stayed overnight for 3 days and the bill came up to 17,000 CZK, which works out to be $1000 CAD or 750 USD...pretty darn good service for at least ten times less the cost then back home .

I can't recommend Gennet highly enough, anyone who is struggling with fertility, look no further. Dr. Danek is the best there is and an absolute gentleman. My partner and I are eternally grateful to him and all the brilliant staff at Gennet in Prague. Superb. Highly recommended. .

I had a really good experience with the clinic, the Irish Co-ordinators were lovely & very supportive all the way through. The clinic is of a high standard, all the staff were very friendly & supportive throughout my time there.

I can’t recommend Gennet enough. I used the Irish Package and an Irene and Kate were fantastic. You could tell how much they cared. They answered every email I sent promptly even on weekends and nothing was ever too much trouble for them. We have a beautiful baby boy now and Currently expecting twins all because of Gennet. We were successful on the first transfer and first FET. Dr Danek is very professional and warm for a consultant.

If you are wanting to process through treatment quickly please avoid this clinic. My partner and i both found them hard work to communicate with with lots of attitude we wasted months trying to get through to them to get booked in. In the end we just decided that the way they communicated with us was enough for us to walk away. We messaged another Prague clinic who were amazing they called us we booked in two days later and they helped with accommodation recommendations and airport pick ups. The new clinic was super helpful not like this clinic. Who use made us stresses with their attitude. AVOID!

My husband and I had a really positive experience when we went through IVF with Gennet Clinic, staff were so helpful and supportive and were so quick to respond to any questions we had and made everything so clear and understandable, a special mention to Tereza our co-ordinator who was super throughout the experience. We are delighted now with our little boy who is perfect and happy. It can be a scary experience going to another country for treatment but the staff in Gennet were just fantastic and made everything so straight forward which made it so much easier for us. Ok the headline is Gennet were pretty good and we're glad we used them as we ended up with a lovely baby girl using a donated egg, even though we were aged 58 and the wife 48 at time of birth! One important thing which is annoying is that their ''IVF cycle with donated eggs – 2 blastocysts guarantee + 3rd cycle for free'' is a bit of a con. You have to use all the embryos of the first paid for cycle, then all the eggs of a second cycle, before getting a free cycle. So for example if like us you had 6 good embryos in the cycle, you have to pay for all those IVF attempts, plus all you may get in the 2nd attempt, before the freebee. Despite that moan Gennet were good. Our coordinator Tereza was lovely and responded quickly and was very patient and helpful. Our time with Dr Vokroj was more hurried and formal and he seemed always busy, that said he was professional at all times. Our first two attempts didn't result even in a positive pregnancy tests, so despite being cautioned strongly against it because of my wifes age, we decided with our last attempt to put two embryo's in together. This worked, and 9 months of worry later, we had a healthy 7lb 6oz girl. Gennet's facilities are good and very clean as expected. They could do with a separate consultation room as we often were having private discussions in the waiting room. Anyone going through this process need to factor in some expensive pre and post drugs costs, plus the fact Gennet ask for addition scans and blood tests back home which all add to the costs. Overall though, for us the result was very worth it. Even if it had failed we'd have felt we gave it a good shot. We recommend Gennet. From England

Předem jsem však do nemocnice volala a radila se i se serverem ulekare.cz, kde mi vícero lékařů jasně doporučilo jít rovnou na chirurgickou ambulanci, jelikož praktik by mě stejně musel poslat na sono a při bolestech břicha je lepší neztrácet čas. Arogantní jednání, koukali tam na mě stylem, že si snad vymýšlím...Asi jsem i přes bolesti nevypadala úplně na umření. Mezitím si pan doktor vyřešil telefonát o akutním případu, co veze sanitka a směrem ke mně pak dodal: Naštěstí jede rovnou na ARO a ne k nám (asi že jim tam zbytečně blokuji sál). Po odběrech a žádance na sono mi bylo řečeno, ať se vrátím za dvě hodiny (sestra si přitom povzdychla: To je zas den). Nicméně po návratu byli milejší, jak by ne...způsobily to žlučníkové kameny a navíc jsem měla velmi špatné jaterní testy. Následně jsem byla poslána na internu a musela být hospitalizována. Interna (jak ambulance, tak oddělení) byla však skvělá. Ty lidi tam by měli pozlatit a dvě hvězdy jsou spíše za jejich chování, jinak bych nedala žádnou, kdyby to šlo. Po jednání na chirurgické ambulanci se ani nedivím, že lidé svá onemocnění nechtějí řešit a do nemocnice jdou až když jim je úplně nejhůř. Až do této chvíle jsem (díkybohu) nemusela nemocnici jako pacient navštívit, ale příště si tedy sakra rozmyslím, kam se vydat.

Received an absolutely horrible and incredibly insensitive reply by email about my blood tests. I am older but was still hopeful. This company says it provides assistance for up to 48 years old. Im 42 but was told because of my ‘high age’ along with another factors I’d have very little chance basically. Ok I suppose the facts are the facts but it was the way it was written. The person who wrote it didn’t even bother to put their name as a sign off. No humanity or kindness. Would highly un recommend anyone deal with this place.

We started our journey with Gennet in 2021 after 2 failed IUI's in Ireland and unsure of what to do next. We initially considered IVF in Ireland but after researching IVF in Czech Republic and how progressive they are we settled on Gennet and the Irish package with Irene and Kate. We cannot praise these ladies enough. The constant communication and their kind words and support when things didn't go our way really mean so much to us. We travelled during Covid and they arranged our pcr tests for returning home and also recommended a contact who organised our accommodation and airport transfers. Everything ran smoothly and it took away that stress from us during an already daunting journey. We were successful on our third journey to Gennet and our little girl arrived just before Christmas. We were under the care of Dr Danek who is a gentle and kind man and we cannot thank him and all of the team at Gennet enough for giving us our precious daughter. From the moment we arrived in the clinic in Prague for our first cycle in August 2021 we felt looked after and at ease and confident in our decision to proceed with them and we intend to work with them again in the future. An absolutely fantastic clinic, we used this clinic as patients from the UK and could not have been made to feel more welcome. Our concierge Teresa Menclova was so supportive and lovely and explained everything in great detail. Teresa is an asset to the clinic and answered every question in a quick and professional manner. All medication was ordered online and couriered to my home address and could not be simpler, consultations carried out online. The clinic is in the centre of Prague with some lovely hotels within a 2 minute walk. Fantastic service and value for money and I am currently 7 weeks pregnant so a great result from the team.
