When it was my turn, it was a very awkward procedure. I had to fill out some documents, answer super weird questions but yes, I understand that those girls were only doing their job. It was the feeling they gave me and how I was treated that made the entire process awkward. Needless to say, phones did not stop ringing and NOBODY bothered to answer them! I was seeing Dr. Kulovany and all those reviews about him were so true. I tried being nice, friendly, smiling and jokey but he was cold, rude and super unfriendly.
