Not a Czech speaker which wasn't a problem. Very professional dedicated staff. Care given was fantastic during my stay. Would have no problem recommending

Sir, MUDr. Halík is a great expert, human approach, no prejudices. The staff of sisters and brothers is friendly, smiling, they try to pay attention to you. Of course, the patient must cooperate, and not act on purpose. There are certain "house rules" that must be followed. The staff has holy patience as I had the opportunity to see in the case of some naughty patients. I won't comment on the food. Just hospital "goodies" like everywhere :) Super clean, sanitary facilities not much, but that's not the staff's problem. I was only here for one night, and I can recommend it to everyone.

Naprostá ohleduplnost k pacientům, personal vstřícný a nápomocny. Poklona a požehnání ❤️

(Translated by Google) The area is very beautiful in every season. It is great that it is also open to the public. It is unfortunate that many of the buildings are in poor condition.

(Translated by Google) Hello, I'm not happy with the approach. They stuff drugs into you by force and against your will. One patient had lice there, and I went to the house reversal and I was terribly seduced by the head, of course I caught them too. It's disgust! (Original) Dobrý den, nejsem spokojená s přístupem. Cpou do vás léky násilím i proti vaší vůli.

(Translated by Google) Dr. Mares saved my life, I am sporadic and ambulatory but I always talked to him all the time, he didn't tell me that he told me all the possibilities of treatment not only in the form of medicine but for example rtms. I go regularly to acupuncture to which she is skeptical, but at the same time she does not impose the impression that it is for nothing and says that if it helps me and I go there. After fifteen years of various medications, a seven-year-old mudr reduced daily dosing to just two of them, one of which is a melatonin, essentially a dietary supplement.

The staff at Ward 1 were golden. Mainly a doctor. On the slap was a doctor who was receiving me somewhere on the ground floor of the clinic. I have never met such an evil and heartless psychiatrist. The premises are appalling. It looks like a classic hospital from the 19th century. I prefer not to comment on the fact that 15 of you sleep in one room. All my belongings were confiscated, I only had my mobile phone and glasses. Toilet cubicles cannot be locked or closed. Therefore you must enthrone to the admiration of all. No program, practically the entire hospitalization I just slept. I ran to reverse at the first opportunity.

(Translated by Google) haloooo you are in psychiatry ... and once again for less understanding .. you find yourself in psychiatry .. so please do not evaluate what i do not understand..and i don't get it .. because once you really end up all if you solve such nonsense as i read .. Choose your vacation, cottage, housing .. but if you need help do not talk to those who understand it. (Original) haloooo jste na psychiatrii... a ještě jednou pro méně chápavé.. nachazite se na psychiatrii.. takže prosím nehodnotit to čemu nerozumím..a nechápu to.. protože jednou tu opravdu skončíte všichni pokud budete řešit takové nesmysly jako tu čtu... vybírejte si dovolenou, chatu, bydlení.. ale jestli potřebujete pomoct tak do toho nemluvte těm kteří tomu rozumí..

I was hospitalized here for a month, I went through the ward. 1, 5 and 3 and the medical staff is in the millions. From doctors to nurses, brothers, nurses and paramedics - everyone I came into contact with during that time was incredibly empathetic, kind and helpful. Thank you so much.

I was on vacation in Prague but I left my medicine at home (Hungary). After several phone calls and pharmacy visit I ended up here (it was a - turned out not so - dumb idea). The young doctor at the emergency room was very helpful and kind. He saved my vacation. If he reads this, reach me, I will happily send some Hungarian stuff for him :)

Great psychiatrists and staff at Ward 1. 😊 many thanks.!! In the 5th Ward, which I was told was psychotherapeutic, nothing is happening! It's just that a person eats there, gets medicine 4 times a day and that's all. Nothing at all over the weekend, only extended visits. And during the week, they will play a documentary every morning 🤣 and relax in the afternoon. Well, I don't know, but it's pretty ill-conceived. Definitely go elsewhere for further stabilization. !

Very unpleasant and inhuman attitude. I stayed at this place for 5 days twenty days ago and these few days were quite enough for me to get a picture of the attitude towards other human beings here. For example, I was promised that my employer would be contacted and that they would receive information about what was happening to me and so would my loved ones, and nothing of the sort happened. A few days later, my beloved's father found himself in this ward with memory and coordination problems, whose injury manifests itself similarly to dementia. Even as a non-aggressive person, he was considered aggressive, shackled in such a way that the consequences of this act can still be seen today on his strangled hands, and his difficulties only worsened in the ward. It was only at home that he got a little better and was able to calm down, although his condition is still serious. I consider this restriction of the personal freedom of a person with a medical handicap to be scandalous and unprofessional. I definitely do not recommend this clinic.

I was there 1 month 3 years ago. A total of 5 weeks. on the 1st department for 4 weeks, then a week on the fifth. The staff and doctors worked very professionally. Otherwise, I had no idea that they would keep me there, they absolutely refused to let me go. Which was good! After the medication was adjusted, the mental status of all the patients there improved. I'm not saying it was always voluntary, but it helped everyone. Yes, the room for aggressive patients was used there, but only for really very aggressive patients. Everyone got out of it fairly quickly and safely. The only thing that didn't suit me were the compulsory activities, but a small price for the fact that they saved my life and that I can raise my one-year-old son at the time, with emotions and love. Which I didn't believe was going at all... Maybe someone here complains about lice, but when someone is brought in from the street in a serious condition. e.g. schizophrenia... So they don't force him into the shower, but they offer him everything for hygiene, then they wait patiently for the medicine to take effect. The staff was kind to us. Well, what if the staff were sometimes not as perfectly pleasant as a flight attendant in first class. So those who judge should realize how difficult and financially undervalued it is. They are also people and not robots programmed for perfection. Otherwise, I experienced the health system in London, before entering the operating room I had to jump to the toilet completely wet and I brought bacteria on my lungs. Zlaté lice (: Otherwise, the operation went well and the medical staff there are doing their best and I appreciate their work. Otherwise, thanks once again to everyone who helped me out of the worst. Silent B.

In Ward 1, almost all of the staff (there are about 15-20 sisters and brothers in total) are very nice and easy to talk to. :) the food used to be terrible but they've improved. I've always had a good time there.
