Disrespectful, people on the reception should get fired!!

Wrost Clinic in Europe. Waiting time around 4 hours, very rude and unprofessional stuff. Stay away from there.

There are very polite and qualified doctors here. Always paid a lot of attention to me. But be careful with women when registering...they're so rude. Especially if you are a foreigner and do not speak Czech. They don't understand that you are also human and can feel pain. Unfortunately, they don't even realize that you have health insurance and you pay taxes for this medical care.

This place is completely opposite of what a hospital is like, you are welcomed with the most rude receptionist on the entrance, who will question your choice of coming there, followed by never ending waiting in state of the art waiting room by that I mean chairs in the corridor but make yourself comfortable cause boy you have to wait hours.

Waring: This place is a nighmare specially if you are foreigner (May be I am wrong but this is based on my experience). I been to this place on Wednesday (15th March 2023) and I was told by receptionist there is only one doctor come tomorrow. Next day (16th March 2023) I been there again, I reached there around 9.30am. I got my serial/waiting number (waiting number 46) there were around 10-12 people ahead of me. Suddenly I realized they started to blink and call serial number after me (like 52/55/62). I thought that's fine may be they will call me in a while. Like this 2 hours passed. Many people came later than me and they started to announce their serial number like 76/78. Finally around 11.30 I asked receptionist she told me by google translation that those are out of their hands and serial numbers appears based on the urgency. Like this It's been around 12 and serial number was showing 121/125. Still waiting but nothing happened again I asked sister and she said She can't help. Finally waiting till 1.30 I got fed-up and I have to leave the place. I strongly believe they are biased once they see foreigner they want to ignore. They really need to change their mind-set now. We as a foreigner are high Income Tax/Social and Health Insurance payer they are not doing any charity on us but it's our right. I really want to escalate and want to reach to higher authorities as I can see many people faced issues here. Does any one knows where I can complaint about them? I believe receptionist is not bad but she is exhausted and super tired with long shifts. I think they are really short staff. Please do not consider this place and try to avoid to ignore at any cost.

My wife and I came here on a Saturday at random for an issue she was facing. She was seen almost immediately and at first treated dismissively until testing revealed that she actually had a medical issue that required hospitalization. After this, the staff were very friendly, patient, and helpful. None of the nurses spoke English but one doctor did and all were very patient with our Czech. They explained everything to us clearly and allowed our 4.5 month old daughter to stay with my wife overnight. Honestly this is the best experience with the Czech medical system we have had in YEARS. I hope we never have to come back, but if one of us has a urological issue, this will be our first pick of places to go!

Same experience as foreigner. Appointment at 12.30pm. Took my number. Waited 2 hours. All numbers got called except me. Took new numbers. Still never called. I gave up.
