This clinik is the best I have ever seen! I have been there with another person from my family and it was super fast and professional. When we first entered the building we were greeted by 3 person on the reception. My family is originally from Ukraine and I know English better then Czech so knowing that staff speak English was a relief. We made a quick registration and payed 1200czk/person (I was warned over the phone about it). Later we entered cozy and large waiting area and waited to be called. Waiting time was approximately 2-3 minutes, which surprised me at first. After I was called and was asked which language is preferable English or Czech, on which I answered English and I was given instructions on it. We enetered the room filled with machine and it made scans and analys of my eyes. It took around 5-10 minutes, but felt like 2 minutes. When we were done, I was told to enter another waiting room in front of room number and wait there. About 5 minutes later I was called and was greeted by a good doctor. We went over cheking my scans and cheking last years prescribtion. Overall, I loved the place, design and proffesionalism. I will definetly come back!!

I flew into Prague on Sunday and went for eye checks Monday morning, the surgery was booked for Wednesday on the basis that the eye test proved appropriate. Getting both eyes done at the same time was quite worrying, if I'm honest it went much easier than I expected. Surgery took about 20 minutes for both eyes. I was at the clinic for about 3-4 hours due to preliminary eye checks and numbing eye drops. But about an hour after surgery I hopped in a taxi and went back to my hotel and chilled for the afternoon and night. At midnight on the Thursday, I met my son at the airport and we had a long weekend enjoying the sites and pubs of Prague. I wore sunglasses during the day and my eyes were light sensitive for a few months after surgery, but I now live my life as I did before surgery with the added plus of excellent vision again. I would definitely recommend this service as it was efficient, painless and professional. I went via Beauty in Prague and the service was fantastic from the meet at the airport to the collections from hotel for every appointment. The assistant also updated me on time and colour of car prior to all collections, even ordering and seeing me into a taxi back to the hotel upon leaving appointments. My eyes are great apart from halo’s of a night around lights but that’s getting a lot better. The surgery is painless with drops utilised to numb the eyes and no discomfort whatsoever after the surgery. I would definitely recommend refractive lens replacement as it has changed my life. I play a lot of sports and golf to which I can now play glasses free without having to constantly adjust or clean the rain off the glasses. Bylo mi doporučeno z MediPortu Holešovice na operaci horních víček, jelikož už mám víčka zcela zakrytá tkání a omezený rozhled (už zasahuje do čočky). Nejde tedy jen o "estetickou" věc. Jaké rozčarování bylo po telefonu, že takovýto zákrok "na pojišťovnu" nedělají. Jen konzultace 1.500kč, operační zákrok dalších 10.000kč a další, co už jsem se raději ani nedověděl. Údajné půlroční čekání na 90minutový zákrok (a ještě za ty prachy) mě konečně úplně odradilo. Přitom pojišťovny toto hradí, jen je potřeba udělat žádost na revizního lékaře... a pak že jim prý nejde o peníze. Raději zajdu do ÚVN.

Coz je skoda, protoze kdybych to vse vedel predem, tak bych vysetreni vubec nepodstoupil. Pro me osobne totiz rizika a jejich mira prevazuji vyhody, ktere operace prinese. Ocekaval bych vetsi informovanost predem. Takhle lide nabydou dojmu, ze vse je bez problemu a rizik a pak se divi, jaka je realita, coz by se podle me dit nemelo a v lekarstvi obzvlast ne.
