Soviet style clinic. Arrogant nurses, nobody really wants to help you when you don't speak fluent Czech. Typical Czech mentality I would say. I needed a consultation with a doctor, but instead of that... they send you to a local clinic somewhere outside of Prague. For some odd reason...

When you call the system is in Czech and they usually dont answer. Eventually I got someone who told me first MRI appt is in 2 months (they also dont speak English). I declined and eventually I visited the clinic in person to make an appointment, when I visited in person I got an appointment in 4 days! So definitely better to visit in person than to call for an appointment

Terrible hospital. Staff is ignorant and very toxic. Doctor refused to help and were being unprofessional. He didn't act like a doctor at all. Typical Czech behaviour. They should close this hospital ASAP.

Extremely rude and unprofessional staff at the reception. My son was hurt and needed to be seen by a doctor and no one helped. We just had to leave without seeing a doctor

Terrible staff and even worse organization I had an appointment scheduled for 10:00 yet I had to wait until 12:00 to see the doctor. And even then she was acting arrogantly and kept making fun of me. Avoid if you can, I won't recommend!

I was disappointed with their reception service; receptionists should be first educated that it's a polyclinic and they're expected to deal with patients. I didn't see any patience in them in dealing with patients. Confusing building (with color code); I'd a tough time by knowing only English, nobody helped, came out vexed w/o taking medication.

Rude staff through the phone. I called there to book an appointment beforehand (one month ago). Now I came and they told me I had no appointment. Such a waste of time. Im still mad about it because now I had to book another appointment and the nearest date available is roughly in another month! So I had to basically wait for two months!

Place seems clean and quite modern/reconstructed. It's quite hard to navigate in though and the elevators are tragedy, you can spend eternity waiting for them.
