I had a racist incident in TeamPrevent Sante , Nove Mesto .While calling me and my son , the nurse/assistance called us "Černy" So far doctors are very nice..But this incident make me feel discriminated , very disappointing

Absolutely useless. I arrive to see the neck doctor, as I have a pain in the the base of my skull to my shoulder blades. Like a knife in my back. After 30 seconds, she tells me to go to reception and arrange an appointment with the physiotherapist. I go to reception, who inform me all appointments must be made through the central help desk. I call central help desk, and they say that I cannot make an appointment without a recommendation from the doctor. I go back to the doctor, demanding a recommendation, who gives it to me, and tells me to make an appointment via reception. As you guessed, reception say I must call the central help desk to make an appointment. All though reception tried to help, to say the Organisation and help is pathetic, is an understatement. I have to wait 10 days to have help.

I can comment only on dental clinics, yet one of the best I have ever been at. It is a private one, so you have to pay for almost everything, still prices are more than OK for the services they are offering. What’s best about them is a fact, they are very punctual when it come to timing on their side. I have never had to wait for any scheduled appointment. Only downside I can see is car parking. Blue zones everywhere and fully occupied all the day. My recommendation would be to park at the underground of National Theatre nearby.

call center team is very kind and with great approach towards the client. In terms of doctors, MD. Zikova was amazing - careful, understanding and very professional, I could see that she knows exactly what she’s doing.

If you will decide to leave their care, be ready that they will not communicate with you anymore. Especially if you will need to have medical report extract for the whole period that you were under their care, they will ask you for a fee of 400,- CZK. And no one will inform you that this report will contain only records of your visits to general practitioner. For every another extract for each doctor you have to pay additional 400,- CZK! When you are asking to have someone from management to discuss the situation, they stop responding. I am glad that our company finally changed the medical provider. During the last few years it was terrible even on the reception where there weren’t anyone who will meet you and inform doctor about your visit. Or some of the regular medical checks wasn’t completed. And I was their client for 11 years! First 7-8 years all was great, and later on they became a cost saving medical provider. However I should admit that dental care was one of the best in Prague!

I was visiting Santé for about 13 years as it was paid by my employer. I have to say I was always satisfied, the appointments were always met on time, all the doctors I met were very professional and friendly. It's centrally located, very convenient for commuters by metro - B line.

I do not think that they are professional health center. I called to get more information weather the doctor that I am visiting today had been traveling to some of the cities due to corona , where the CZ has recommended not to travel and they didn't provided that information just very childish they placed the phone down. After that my contract was terminated by excuse that I am asking for an above standard care ??? When I asked what I am asking about they told me that they dont like me and they have some personal problem withe me I ask to many questions and they will use the rule to terminate the contract : )))) I guess this is their level of taking care of a patient.

From my experience, it’s a great medical center! The medical staff is very professional and friendly. It’s also pretty convenient to go here as all doctors are in the same building you can get all necessary check ups in 2 hours. Most of the stuff speaks English, however, it’s better to know some Czech or use a translator.

I have only good feedback so far. Doctors are competent and attentive, and nurses/call centres are helpful and quick. I’ve used alot of their services without paying anything (insurance covers some) and I really only have to pay the membership (corporate discount).

Unprofessional conduct, the call center lady would give false information and take no responsibility. Unfortunately, some companies still use their services.

I was here for an job entrance check up and despite the call centre booking on a day in the past I was able to get a new appointment on site very quickly. Doctor Petrik and the nurses were incredibly kind and professional.
