Avoid this clinic. I’ve undergone a transfer with 2 embryos at this clinic. Through the entire time communicating with the coordinator I was told they were at the 72hours stage of development. And then closer to the transfer the information miraculously was changed to 96 hours. They were both described as excellent. I had an independent second opinion since then and only one embryo was acceptable but not great, the second one was of rather pure quality. Still I’ve paid for 2 “excellent” embryos and even though the clinic and doctors must be aware of the poor quality I was still offered an additional treatment which in my case was absolutely pointless because of the quality of the embryos. It simply is a cruel process from the clinic as they just take an advantage of patients desperation even though from medical point of view there is no chance for a success. Now thinking about it I should have walk away sooner. I had to chase emails on several occasions as the coordinator Zuzana would not reply for days. And when eventually she did there was not even an apology for the delay 2 weeks before my transfer I found out through an automated email notification that she won’t be around at the time of the transfer which meant that at the most stressful time I had to rely on someone who hasn’t dealt with my case from the beginning. She also sent prescriptions which were incorrect and my protocol appeared to have errors and missing information. When I arrived at the clinic at 9am as advised I reported at the reception. I had to go back 30 min later as no one even approached me in that time. When taken to the waiting room you are given a bed with a number and it that order you are being taken to the procedure room. There was a woman next to me who was taken in before and again no one even bothered explaining why that was. Seems that once you paid your money you are literally treated as a number and there is no compassion or care shown. The coordinator Mara who I dealt with on that day was friendly enough but started to show impatience when I was asking questions eventhough it was not my fault that she had to replace someone else and didn’t know me or my story at all. At the end of the procedure you are asked to let them know if the treatment was successful. There is not even a follow up from the clinic. Overall a poor and disappointing experience and I would definitely not recommend this clinic.

PFC's non-invasive embryo monitoring was integral in our success. Travelled from Ireland and have had 2 ivf cycles. cycle was successful and we have a beautiful baby boy. The clinic is brilliant and staff are really nice and very attentive. All my questions and queries were answered before I flew over. Definitely made me feel really comfortable. Would recommend this clinic to any one under going treatments. Prague Fertility Center is a fantastic fertility clinic with a friendly, knowledgeable and highly professional staff! We were in search of a great fertility treatment center and did a lot of research of facilities across Europe before deciding on Prague Fertility Center. We chose them, initially for their amazing full services and their already sterling reputation for great patient care and results. We were most concerned about finding a clinic that would be available, friendly, spoke English, and had great success rates! We were very pleased and happy with their promptness and helpfulness in their replies. Their physicians, staff and coordinators are all very quick, friendly and thorough in their responses, which gives a lot of peace of mind during the IVF planning process. We worked with the very friendly Mara and Beatriz for our coordination of care, who were both so diligent in responding to our many questions and always so kind and reassuring; And the amazing Dr. Novotna, who was always kind, and wonderful at explaining things to us comprehensibly so we understood each step of the treatment plan. They were all extremely helpful to us in coordinating our timing, which had to be within a certain date range in order for us to be able to make our traveling to and from the clinic work for us. They assisted us every step of the way in the planning process, providing us with the best possible information so we could come prepared for our trips (we made two trips for our fresh IVF transfer process). It is worth noting that they also assisted us in preparation for any potential COVID-19 travel measures we needed to be aware of, and were always very much current in their information from country to country, making our travel quite easy. Upon our arrival in Prague both times, the staff was friendly and always fully prepared for us to ensure it met our travel needs. They made both procedure days very easy for us and always took their time to address any of our cares or concerns. This is hugely helpful when going through this process. And most importantly, we were given the best possible medical care, all done with such friendly and reassuring staff that it was a very enjoyable experience. *** Our fresh IVF transfer of one beautiful, perfect embryo was doubly successful with a positive pregnancy result of twins! *** :) We were so pleased already with our care, but Prague Fertility Center truly went above and beyond in care administration, and also gave us two amazing miracle babies and finally made us parents! :) For this, we cannot recommend Prague Fertility Center enough for these gifts, and for all their help along the way. This clinic was recommended by a former work-colleague of mine who had a good experience with them. Unfortunately it didn't go well for me. Went there at the beginning of this year to get to know the staff and for some blood tests which could not be performed in my home country. Was told that the results should show up online 3 weeks later. Waited for 3 months and since the coordinator (Mara Corfariu) didn't think of proactively communicating or checking up on me, I reached out instead. Apparently there were some technical issues and all the other tests could be done, just not the ones I went there for. Then I was told they would reimburse me the amount I spent on those tests. So again I waited one more month and I currently am still waiting. No blood tests, no money. No professionalism and no proactive communication, barely any empathy. I am beyond disappointed about the services this so-called clinic has to offer.

I got pregnant with the second trial/transfer. It lasted almost half a year but with additional diagnostic I was convinced that I have more chances to succeed. It is very important that with help of this clinic you can issue immunology tests, era test and embryos analysis. You do not have to look for any other options. Both coordinators Jelena and Marija were very helpful and kind. I really love my doctor Svabikova as she is an amazing woman and professional.

We came to the Prague fertility center after many years of experience with 3 different centers in Germany. The Prague clinic is outstanding. We are still in treatment, but we are already very thankful to all colleagues of the centre for stress-free, friendly and professional process. They do everything to make this uneasy way more efficient. Special great acknowledgment to our coordinator Elena Cajka! The coordinator takes care about everything! You feel to be in good hands, you have instant, personal professional consultation any time. You get appointments without any problem in a way which is best for you. You don't need to call and to wait for response. Your coordinator is doing everything for you and contacts you directly. No endless waiting, no crowds, no overfilled reception and waiting area. The process is very smooth. Great idea, all the centers should follow it. All doctors and assistants are very professional and friendly.

I can't recommend this clinic enough! We have done an extensive research on the best place to help us with our IVF journey (across the world) and have finally settled on Prague. Not knowing anything about this process in the beginning wasn't an issue at all, as our amazing coordinator Marija (who speaks every language imaginable) walked us through every step and ensured we were well taken care of! The clinic is very professional, very efficient, with people who are compassionate, love what they do and are very knowledgeable. Most importantly, they're very responsive, able to explain the most complex terms in a way that is understood and very helpful in making a decision on how to proceed. We even had a chance to go through the process during COVID, and despite all the issues we were all faced with, they managed to offer the same type of service, with the same enthusiasm. They will go out of their way to help you and this is something we haven't found with any other clinic. This was particularly important as we don't live in Czech Republic. However, they're very well set up for both local and international clients, and will work with your local doctors on ensuring all the tests and procedures are done properly! Our son just turned eight months, and every time we look at him, we are reminded of how grateful we are to Prague Fertility Center for helping us conceive him. From the time we contacted PFC to the time that we arrived in Prague in July 2021, we have only dealt with helpful staff and had a very positive experience at the clinic. Our Coordinator, Mara, was compassionate, professional, organized, and very responsive throughout the whole process. She made everything so much easier. We live in the United States, and we are beyond happy that this clinic was recommended to us by a close relative. Clearly our trip was worth it, and we look forward to visiting again this summer in the hopes of adding one more member to our family. We had an excellent experience at the PFC. We traveled from Canada for treatment in September 2020 after many unsuccessful IVF trials. Even during the stressful COVID times, the clinic was operating efficiently. Our coordinator Zuzana was excellent. She is a very kind person that puts people at ease. It was very easy to communicate with her and she would respond to our emails and inquiries promptly. The same is to be said about Dr. Krutinova. She might be very busy and it could feel that she doesn't have enough time to dedicate to patients, but she makes that up with her kind personality, immense knowledge and being straightforward. We felt very lucky to be in the care of these professionals. Our treatment was successful but I wanna stress out that the review would be the same even if we were not successful in getting pregnant. We are actually looking forward to going back in a few years to fulfill our dream of another child. Thank you again Zuzana and Dr. Krutinova for being kind and treating us with respect throughout a difficult fertility treatment.

They are the best. I had a pregnancy but lost it in 6 weeks .It is not to the clinic. Everyone was nice and polite. Yes they are full of job and we can not get enough time how much we wish but they listen and act fast to make us mothers .I belive i them and recommend with all my hart.

I had an amazing experience with Prague Fertility Center. My husband and I decided to travel to Prague for our IVF Treatment and it was the best decision we made. After months of failed fertility treatment and horrible experience at my previous fertility treatment facility, I found out about Prague Fertility Center through a TTC Facebook Page. Immediately, I submitted a request through their website and received an email back within hours. They accepted my previous blood work and test results and were very honest and supportive throughout the entire process. Zuzana, my coordinator, was always prompt in her responses and made sure I had everything I needed during my IVF journey. She was not only professional but also pleasant and kind. Zuzana made sure I understood all the details and answered all of my questions. She also was my English translator for whenever I needed it. Dr. Michaela was incredible and made me feel at ease throughout the entire process. She explained everything thoroughly and took great care of me. It was evident that she is passionate about her patients and goes above and beyond to help them achieve their dream of having a baby. She is so thorough and so kind and funny but also extremely knowledgeable and won’t give you false hope. I couldn’t have asked for a better doctor. I am hopeful that my IVF will be successful, but if it fails I will definitely be returning for another transfer. The entire team at Prague Fertility Center was exceptional, and I was truly impressed with their dedication and support.

The process is still ongoing, but I really feel the need to thank the entire PFC team for their professional approach. PFC will always be our recommendation. I must single out the commitment of Dr. Budka, who not only helps us as an exceptional expert, but with whom we finally understood what an individual approach to the patient means (by the way, we have extensive experience in IVF processes). Outstanding care so far! I just started my journey into IVF treatments. I explored options here in the US and not only would I have gone into an incredible amount of debt, but I wasn't really comfortable with the process and explanation of how everything worked and what would be expected of me (us). My boyfriend and I decided to look at treatments with Prague Fertility Center since the reviews were really great. I have only just started working with them and they are amazing! Our first consult set us at ease and we felt like we understood what would be happening and how. The Dr. had a scientific-minded approach and really wanted to try to figure out what could be the issue. She also explained she wanted to be careful if I had PCOS to not overstimulate since that could be really hard on my body and make it harder for the implantation to be successful. I feel that we are in excellent care here. Even though we are so far away communication and bedside manner is better than what I saw here with another clinic that is right up the road. Not being able to start a family is stressful and I have suffered heartbreak from it. I am starting to feel a weight lift off my shoulders as I work with them. Since everything is so new to me I had a few questions about the medications and they were very patient and kind towards me! I am sure they are very busy and taking the time to call me and respond to emails is wonderful. I can't wait to meet the team next month! Even if the treatment fails we know we will be going into it with less stress than we would if we stayed here for it. We are so grateful to be working with them!

We were patient a year ago. The staffs are kind and professional. The doctors are busy, but that is usual.

A very professional team of experts who provide the best human and technical assist. After 5 unsuccessful cycles in Belgium, we decided to do a cycle with PFC during past summer after reading so many positive opinions. Dr Kutrinova was very professional, and she inspired us confidence with her positive attitude. She was committed to succeed and made everything possible to make us achieve our dream. The aspiration and implantation were both smooth, we will always be grateful for her work and kind attention. PFC has top notch technology, and that was one of the reasons to choose them. My wife (38 years old) was low respondent to the medical treatment, we ended up with only one embryo, but thanks to Dr Hlinka, who is an eminence in embryology, we were successful. He gave us a masterclass after the aspiration and before the implantation, explaining his decisions to use a specific set of technologies and procedures based on his expertise. We will always remember his passionate dedication for his job, as well as his professionalism. We don't have enough words to express our gratitude. Apart than being in very good hands in PFC, we were also feeling very well during our stay in Prague, one of the nicest cities in Europe, friendly people, nice food, great walks in the parks or the old town.
