I learned that in this case a request form from the district doctor is not enough for me to contact my charmer. After the answer that I didn't have any, if someone insider could just take a quick look at me, I was sent back to the waiting room. After another hour, I took the liberty of knocking on the door to see if anyone would be so willing to tell me the diagnosis. I will process the subsequent arrogance and inhumane attitude of the doctor for a long time to come! Sic told me that the eyes don't look right, but my charmer would definitely like to look at them. I repeated that I didn't have one, and the doctor didn't hesitate and recommended that I contact my health insurance company and they would assign me one. The addition that I can practically no longer see and sleep was not valid for me. Just another bunch of excuses followed. Avoid this place!

    On June 13, 2022, I was booked for a comprehensive eye examination at 11:00 a.m., after an hour and a half of waiting in the waiting room, I gave up and booked an appointment at a private clinic instead, because when I saw the attitude towards patients, I was afraid to keep it here make your eyes water. I přesto jsem schytala hrubé, arogantní jednání od sester na ambulanci, ale hlavně na kartotéce - zejména odbarvená blondýna je skot domácí - nikdy neodpověděla na pozdrav, štěká pokyny, protáčí oči v sloup, směrem ke kolegyni pronáší zesměšňující poznámky ačkoliv stojí pacient přímo u ní - to jsem hodně zírala.     I've had some kind of problem with my eye all weekend, I'm evaluating this as the closest medical facility that could help me on Monday. The last time I saw an eye doctor was about three years ago because of an allergy, that's the extent of my "annoyance of the system with useless things". There is no information about the opening hours on the official website of the eye clinic, why else, everyone everywhere in the world knows it by heart, so I call the phone and there I learn that the emergency room is open from 5 p.m., but I should NOT go after 5 p.m., I should arrive earlier , I specifically ask again and again I get this information. In other words, I arrive earlier and at the window I am asked why I did not arrive after 17.00. I also get information that "I don't know what we have on the websites", "I don't care what anyone told you", very arrogant behavior that does not reflect the Kocourkov they have there.     Yesterday I visited the emergency room because of a red and sore eye, I had to take my little son with me. I expected that they would send me elsewhere (as is the custom in the Czech Republic), but everything was different! Absolutely great nurse, absolutely great and professional, smiling doctors. I was given several examinations with different devices. I haven't experienced this in a long time. My son could go to the doctor's office and get a toy. Thank you so much again for the great care!!!     Rohovková ambulance - nejhorší péče, co jsme kdy zažili (když by šlo dát 0 hvězdiček, tak je dám). Místní lékaři asi nejsou dost kvalifikovaní na to, aby Vám naspali dioptrie správně a nechápou asi rozdíl mezi +-. Když si poté kvůli jejich chybě musíte na vlastní náklady udělat nové brýle a vzniklou škodu po nemocnici vymáháte, napíše Vám jejich právník, že to nebyla jejich chyba a že je pacient povinen si dioptrie zkontrolovat ještě v optice. Místní lékaři sice možná mají titul, ale základní vzdělání jim zřejmě uteklo. Když v dnešní době nemůžeme věřit tomu, co řekne lékař ... TAK KDE TO JSME????!!!

Celkem jsem na oftalmologii VFN strávila asi 5 hodin, z toho od 10 (byla jsem objednaná) do 12:30 si mě nikdo nevšiml, zbytek jsem strávila na vyšetřeních a čekání mezi nimi. No pan doktor mi vše vysvětlil a konečně byl první asi z 10 doktorů na očních odděleních po celé Praze, kdo mi vyložil několik drobných vrozených očních vad složených dohromady, které samostatně nikdo předtím nebyl schopný určit. Děkuji :) Všichni mi přišli moc milí.
