Eine Beratung und Übersetzung in meinem Fall - deutsch hat gut funktioniert Frau Vladana Seidlová hat sich um alles gekümmert und hat alles organisiert, war immer für einen da und konnte einen ruhig und sachlich alles wunderbar erklären einfach nur perfekt gewesen, danke ihnen!!. Meine Ärzte die ich hatte waren alle super drauf und man hat sich sehr wohl bei ihnen gefühlt, Ein herzliches Dank an die persönlich. Ich bin mit dem Ergebnis meiner zähne sehr zufrieden!! besser hätte alles nicht laufen können. Jeder der verzweifelt nach guten Ärzten sucht!!!! Meine wärmste Empfehlung die Klinik!! Ich bin sehr froh, eine Bewertung für die Zahnärzte dieser Klinik zu schreiben. Mein Sohn hatte 2 Implantate unkompliziert dort bekommen und ist sehr zufrieden. Das Verfahren war nicht kompliziert und das Ergebnis großartig. Dank einer Mitarbeiterin, Vladana Seidlova, die Deutsch spricht und alles für uns vorbereitet hat, war es sehr einfach. Mein Sohn hatte einmal 3 Stunden Verspätung wegen des Flix-Busses und trotzdem wurde alles noch am selben Tag erledigt und behandelt. Die Rechnungen waren korrekt und viel billiger als in Deutschland. Man kann auch einen Zuschuss bei der Krankenkasse beantragen. Soweit ich weiß, muss man in Deutschland 5 Jahre lang regelmäßig zum Zahnarzt gegangen sein, um fast 70% erstattet zu bekommen. In unserem Fall ohne 5 Jahre Zahnarzt in Deutschland sollen wir ca. 500€ Erstattung bekommen. Unsere Rechnung für 2 Implantate war 2.700 Euro. Wir können nun Asklepion und die zahnärztliche Abteilung dort also nur empfehlen.

Sie nahmen nur das Geld 4000 euro.Gespräch oder das man mir das Implantat zeigte,fehl am Platz.Heute hatte ich einen per Email bestätigten Termin.Nun hieß es ,nein nicht für Sie sondern meine Kollegin.Diese Seidlova spricht zu wenig Deutsch und ihr Fehler darf der Patient ausbaden.Diese Klinik hat immer mehr solche Pfuschs bei Ausländern. Krankenhauskeime bei meiner Kollegin und solches.Die Klinik verdient keine Sterne mehr.Semtliche E Mails werden meinem Anwalt übergeben, da ich diesen Pfusch nicht akzeptieren kann...Geld regiert nun auch in Prag...Menschlichkeit kennen die nicht mehr nur noch Masse und Kohle zählt.Gibt bessere Kliniken ,die nach den Wünschen der Patienten handeln und nicht wegen des Geldes wegen.Massenabfertigun nichts anderes mehr. On they day, they call me 50min prior to my actual appointment time ( i was allready on the way, as i live slightly outside of Prague) saying the the dentist is refusing to take me because I am pregnant. I have tried to explain that dental hygiene is a routine appointment during pregnancy and it is actually advised that pregnant women see dentist at least twice during the course of the preganancy and that i have done it before as well. I still recieved a no, and the lady on the phone also added that dentist does not even take Czech pregnant women as patinets ( but what does nationality has to do with it?). In any case, calling 50 min prior to the appointment is absoulutely a no go, I have lost my time and my mood. It is unprofessional and unreliable. I have also called couple of other clinics in Prague just to see if it is really the case, however was confirmed by all that it is absoulutely fine during pregnancy, and just the X rays will not be done ( which is understandable and was fine with me). Never again will i go here ( forgot to mention that i am a returning patient) and also do not recommend to anyone, because of how unreliable they can be and if you do not like your time to be wasted.
