Please do not go to this clinic. Dealing with Fertility matters is hard however it is even more harder when you are dealing with a clinic in another country. We are from Canada. We were just wowed by marketing and how good the Doctors are at Gynem especially because their website states that they are one of the most modern clinics at Prague. What drew me towards this clinic is the fact that it is a smaller clinic and the coordinator Slavomira was amazing from the start. Slavomira answered all my questions right away and she was very professional. Me and my husband had believed that the doctors and the rest of the staff would be the same because she was the one representing the clinic. We decided to seek treatment at this clinic. When we arrived at the clinic nothing was like we imagined. First day we had a consultation with Michaela Bartosova( Doctor) and she was beyond rude and disrespectful. She thinks way too much of her self because she is a Doctor. She did not smile even once. She was getting upset because I had a question about the Protocol that she designed for us. I am the kind of person that likes to understand everything and I walked out of this appointment feeling mistreated, unhappy and very confused. I cannot believe this Doctor even has a job. I asked her to explain the protocol for us ? Her answer was " same as in Canada" and " what don't you understand?". She basically gave us the paper, told us to leave and not question anything. Protocol designed for us was not good - they used us to get their money. After we left the appointment I knew the protocol given to us had very little chance of working. We had undergone 1 IVF here in Canada and I had some knowledge on the medication prescribed. I should of backed out of this agreement right away however since we flew all the way across the world a part of me had some hope that things would work out. I booked all my vacation time for this. In the meantime our Coordinator went on Vacation ( not blaming her for taking a vacation) however we were given a replacement Coordinator- Linda who was horrible. She too thought too much of her self as well. She didn't answer Emails on time, she didn't respond to phone calls, she doesn't shake hands because of Covid which is fine however she elbow bumps you couple of times - what are we in grade 2 ??? She did not have any customer service skills at all. She also gets angry when you ask questions. She forgot to arrange a taxi for us to bring us back to the airport and all she kept saying is she didn't receive my email with flight information. Luckily I called and spoke to another person at Gynem - Richard who was great and he had arranged a taxi pick up for us right away. I spent almost the whole day trying to get a hold of Linda to arrange a taxi cab for us. My egg retrieval was on Thursday and we were flying back to Canada on Friday. Imagine trying to sort all this out while being sedated couple of hours before. Instead of me taking it easy after the egg retrieval I spend at least 4-5 hours trying to get a hold of Linda. To make a long story short our treatment did not work. Doctors are not knowledgeable and they walk around the clinic as if they are gods and you are suppose to bow down to them. We flew back to Canada and No follow up call or Email from anyone to even say we are sorry things didn't work out for you. I do not have money to throw away like they thought we did. There is a lot more bad experience that we have witnessed at this clinic however I feel like this is enough for others to get the point. I am not writing this because our treatment did not work. Our treatment didn't work the first time in Canada either however doctors were more caring, more knowledgeable, more informative of the situation and we had way better results here in Canada the first time than we did in Czech Republic. Only reason we choose to go here is like I said too much false information on the internet and in the end the cost was the same as in Canada when you include all the other expenses.

Although my IVF failed, we were treated amazingly! Friendly staff and our co-ordinator (Antonia) was always available to speak to us and was constantly there for the whole journey! Would highly recommend

I have been in contact with GYNEM for a few months and had the pleasure to visit Prague twice, once for the consultation and the second time for the actual treatment. Even though right now I am in the two week wait and I have no clue if I am pregnant or not, I cannot praise enough the staff, the doctors and my coordinator Antonia who made me feel so welcomed and supported throughout the whole process. Prague is a wonderful city and even though I mainly visited for the purposes of a fertility treatment, it also felt like a mini holiday and I managed to enjoy my time walking and visiting around. Thank you GYNEM for making this such a pleasant experience for us.

Amazing place!!! Expertise far superior to UK - NHS tests and private clinics consulted with. SUCH positive energy, which we believe is that magical ingredient needed to create life. I'm 42 and my Husband is 44. He had a failed vasectomy reversal and NHS discovered I had endometriosis...and through my own research telltale sign of Adenomyosis, however NHS Gynos didn't know what it meant! Adenomyosis confirmed at in person consultation at Gynem via pain-free internal ultrasound. The Dr saw everything in 5 minutes that NHS put me through months of waiting, HyCoSy and painful Hysteroscopy for...and NHS still failed to identify obvious signs of Adenomyosis! Our coordinator with Gynem, Oxana, was like a Ray of sunshine everytime we communicated with her and she was always there waiting for us at the clinic. She made us feel so looked after and explained everything at every step of the way. I was given the 3 month GnRH injection to stop progression of endo/adeno, then put on aspirin, synthetic estrogen and progesterone, had a donated/adopted embryo 5 day transfer when I started Clexane (to prevent problems from Adenomyosis) and we found out this morning via blood test that we're very much pregnant.....FIRST TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!! Can't thank the team enough. Amazed at the more normal shape of my uterus. I had ideal thickness and pattern at 10day scan and Gynem also gave us a top quality embryo. Saved so much money and the fact it was less stressful getting planes to the perfect clinic rather than going to a clinic in the UK says more than I could ever put in words. Took my teenage autistic son with us on our last trip and he loved the trams!!! So efficient and cheap. Lovely Old Town. Will return to visit some of the many museums! Stayed in 3 different places and found the people to be very nice and hospitable. Gynem's expertise and warmness is something we've rarely if ever experienced in the UK, especially not in a medical setting. Thank you, thank you, děkuji!!!!!

From the moment we got in touch we have had exemplary care given to us. We attempted a few cycles using our own eggs and got a lot of support when we decided to go down the donor embryo route. The whole process with Gynem was outstanding. It was especially helpful being allocated a case manager (Klara) who offered great advice throughout. We travelled for our first attempt with Gynem (after unsuccessful attempts in UK) in 2017, it was made very simple by them and we had a successful process. We returned in 2021 during the travel restrictions of the COVID pandemic, where international travel was far from easy. Roll Brexit onto this in the case of the UK and the routes to Prague become more difficult again, never mind the process when you arrive. Klara managed all this for us so effectively, from the regulatory paperwork, to advice on what to do and how to stay safe in Prague during the pandemic. She organised prescriptions internationally with outlets to have these fulfilled (first time simply picked them up on a visit which wasn’t possible in COVID time). The clinic is slightly out of the city, transport was arranged, and what basically could have been a stressful and difficult process was made so much easier by Klara at Gynem. All communications were responded to in timely manner, and because of travel restrictions and medical reasons, we needed to change plans, which was never an issue for Klara to facilitate. Once at the clinic there is no hard sell or pressure to take on costly ‘add ons’, we have witnessed this in other places. There are frank and honest discussions, backed up by robust facts and statistics, to allow you to make an informed decision on the way you wish to progress. Overall, I would highly recommend Gynem, and we would like to thank Klara and the wider team. You have proven to be very easy to deal with, make very difficult and complex situations just run smoothly and stress free. We have a balanced view as we had low odds on success, and we had both a successful and unsuccessful outcome. I travelled to Gynem for a operative hystersoscopy and had a really good experience. I travelled alone, and Linda was fantastic in helping to organise everything and ensuring I was at the right place at the right time. My surgery was done by a lovely team of women and I felt in very safe hands. I would definitely use them again and recommend to anyone thinking about travelling for medical treatment. Everyone spoke English really well, and it was a really clean and safe environment.

My husband and I experienced the whole procedure at Gynem clinic as a wonderfull, naturall, proffessional and pleasant process. You are taken care of from the first moment when you contact Gynem and even after the procedure. Our assistent Hana was always there for us, explaining every detail and always ready to help. I have been coming to Gynem since the past 7 years. Albeit yet to be sucessful in our endeavour, my husband and I have continued to have faith in Gynem up until last year. What transpiered last year and since? The coordination and communication with Jana and the meetings with the embryologist for the two transfers in 2022 remained excellent. However, the experience with the doctor who carried out the trasfer was less so comfortable and I would say rather questionable. There were mistakes in the report (medicines) to continue with post-embryo transfer on both occassions. Within an hour of the first transfer, I was spotting. It was fresh blood, which raised concerns and questions on whether the transfer had been carried out properly. The second time around there was utter chaos at the clinic. There was a ridicolously long wait in the waiting room for the transfer even though I was the only one awaiting a transfer. I waited for almost an hour. Desipite requesting an update, I was simply left waiting without any feedback. Needless to say, waiting on a full bladder is not comfortable. And then to spot mistakes in the report was far from amusing. Based on these two experiences, we did not feel confident or mentally prepared to come back to Gynem until this year. I was very happy for Jana and to hear that she has been promoted to work in the lab. However, this has been yet another blow as Hana the coordinator assigned to us was far from efficient. Emails were responded to in part - her replies were limited to what she felt for and through inital communication, her one go to line for anything where I requested clarification or highlighted an inconsistency was, "your file is new to me". How many times can a file be new? Requests seeking Dr Mrazek's contact details, information or a call were initially left unanswered. Eventually, Hana mentionaed that Dr Mrazek had retired. And when I mentioend that his name still appeared on the website, she suggested I reach out to the webteam and ask them for a clarification. At this stage, if we did not have embryos with Gynem, we would not returned to Gynem. On the day of the transfer the experience remained surreal. Before the transfer Hana asked why I was taking both Asprin and Clexane as it should be one or the other and not both. I was absolutely flabargasted as both were part of my protocol which needless to say is not defined by me. When I pointed this out, Hana's response was simply - "its OK, not like it is life threatening". It is absolutely beyond absurd. Does Gynem prescribe medication that is not required? Once in for the transfer, the doctor came up with an explaination which honestly sound like a lame excuse but by this stage I really could not be bothered. I simply wanted the transfer done and get out of there.

Hana made sure she was taken care of from the minute she arrived in the clinic. Hana answered all the questions we had for her regarding the process and also the aftercare. I highly recommend this clinic! They are accommodating and knowledgeable and I have a very smooth journey from the day I inquired to the main extraction day! I cannot think of a complaint (to think I always does ;)). Specially to the very sweet, lovely and accommodating dearest Antonia! She was my support the whole time since beginning of my egg freezing journey and she never disappoints. I cannot thank them enough. :) I love Prague because I visit the city quite often so I searched for the best clinic that performs this procedure and I came across Gynem. I saw they have lots of good and positive reviews specially for tourists like me. I can list down some of the good things about this clinic: 1) They are very responsive and accommodating on all your questions from the moment I inquired to the whole journey and the main day! 2) They have really nice and knowledgeable doctors who will explain everything and will answer all questions (simple or not, :-D). Always a good talk with them. 3) The clinic is small but very tidy. And the staff are all very friendly. You will not feel annoyed or intimidated as they welcome you with nice smiles. You will feel at home immediately. 4) The price is lot cheaper and worth it compared to other clinics I have checked out. Plus you are in a very beautiful city! 5) The procedure is smooth, and quick. We came across this clinic on the HFEA website, all of our contact with them prior to us visiting was amazing. We were allocated Nada as our coordinator and she has been nothing but amazing. For our first visit we went for bloods, to see the clinic and also to sign papers we were very very well looked after. At this appointment we met with the Dr, went through our history and together decided on the best protocal for me. I am a very nervous person when having medical things done, Nada came into the room with me and my husband to have my bloods and supported me with my bloods giving words of reassurance. Nada has been quick with coming back on emails and where needed supported my panicking over the phone. We decided we wanted to be supported in the UK with our IVF Dr here who had recommended we go abroad. Gynem have been fine with me doing this, and have taken on board any feedback/recommendations he has given (knowing my history) For our 2nd visit we had our transfer, the team were amazing and kept me at ease. As my husband was not permitted into the transfer room, Nada was kind enough to come with me which i really appreciated. We are in our TWW so fingers crossed for some good news. I would and have recommended this clinic to everyone, they are all very good. What we liked the most was that it was a family run clinic. We have feel looked after and supported on our journey which means a lot.

Gynem is a top-rate IVF clinic that we 100% recommend! Our IVF journey started with doing tons of research, talking to three clinics in the US, and we weren't feeling great about any clinics we spoke with. A friend mentioned why not look abroad? After reading up on IVF abroad we zeroed in on Czech Republic, and spoke with three clinics there. Our case was complex between my needing to work with an Andrologist, and our age presenting its set of challenges. Gynem offered everything we were looking for, so we decided to fly from California to Prague and give it a shot. Best decision we could have made in our IVF journey!!! Upon arriving at Gynem we saw first-hand that they run a top-notch, well-regulated IVF clinic. Our coordinator Oxana was the best! She was supporting us every step of the way and made sure we understood everything that was happening, and what our options were. The doctors were fantastic, as well! They were just as good if not better than any doctors we would have used in the US. Start to finish we were working with Gynem in person in Prague for about 10 days. During that time every step of the way was communicated to us from egg and sperm selection, to fertilization to embryo development, to transfer! Due to Gynem's expertise our experience with them was the best-case scenario that we couldn't quite imagine happening due to the complexities of our case. Our advice to IVF abroad: do your research and be ready, getting meds and pre-visits done in the US is tricky but doable, and most important don't be afraid to take a leap, leave your comfort zone, and head to Prague and use Gynem for IVF. You will be sooooo happy and grateful that you did!!

Wevused the clinic for 1 year, several embryo transfers, but it finally worked. Baby is due in December and super healthy.

After researching online for IVF with an egg donor we came across Gynem and are very happy that we did. We cannot fault anyone on our journey, the whole team are amazing. A special thank you to our co-ordinator Linda who has been there for us throughout. She has made the whole process easy and stress free and really is a credit to the clinic. We could not have wished for a better co-ordinator and we cannot recommend the clinic highly enough. We are now very positive/hopeful that in the near future we will have the family we have always dreamt of.

It’s been very smooth process and well co ordinated by Neda and Barbora. I can’t thank enough what we have achieved with Gynem medication and humble co operation throughout. Thanks Nada again and the whole team with chief doctor who answered all my emergency calls out of hours. As we were really concerned on weekend when my wife and me got nervous about medication but doctor and co ordinator had assured us and advised as what needed. We have baby girl healthy and 100 percent fine pregnancy throughout.

They are diligent and sensitive in one of the most sensitive areas of life, where diligence is required, as is a knowledge that direct and loving language is essential. They prepare you and are with you every step of the way, knowing that it's a fine line between joy and disappointment. You can go to Ms. Cerna knowing you are her and the staff's No. 1 priority, no matter how many other patients they have. Such ability is a gift. One we felt privileged to receive.

My experience at Gynem was awesome. The crew were very nice and helpful at all time. I can say I'm lucky to have ADRIANA as my coordinator, because she is always available, eager to help. Reliable hospital, good communication, easy to get your prescriptions, beautiful and clean hospital even if you leave abroad your healthy is safe with them. I tried other IVF hospital and Gynem was the best for me. Bad aftercare service. Two unsuccessful rounds which was down to bad luck however aftercare service was non existence. Klara was good throughout the process however instructions were never clear and was not contacted after service or further testing. Thanks but will not be using again. Baz

I just have to thank Gynem especially the coordinator Nada who was always very attentive. Because of them in the first IVF attempt I have today my beautiful and healthy baby boy. I highly recommend this fertility clinic!

My coordinator Nad’a has been amazing, I was doing the procedure alone and she was with me all throughout the process and making sure that everything goes smoothly. Happy to have done my social egg freezing at Gynem. Will definitely be back at the same clinic should I decide to do more cycles.

After carefully researching online, my partner and I found the clinic GYNEM in Prague, and we have been impressed by all the positive reviews. For this reason, we decided to contact them and we have been very satisfied with the careful and professional assistance we have received from the beginning until the successful pregnancy.
