    Hledal jsem praktického lékaře a potřeboval vyšetřit na chirurgii. Oproti nejmenované blízké nemocnici byl tohle až úžasný zážitek. Během hodiny jsem vyřešil jak prakt. lékaře, tak žádanku, rentgen a závěrečné vyšetření. Pokud hledáte místo, kde s vámi naloží jako s lidmi, tady jste správně.

    To gastro tam je děsné. Slíbí Vám telefonicky (a i na webu to inzeruji) určité medikamenty před vyšetřením, a když dorazíte na místo, tak Vám těsně před ošetřením řeknou, že to nemajî. Nehledě na způsob podepisování dokumentace, kdy se nemáte šanci podstatné věci dozvědět nebo se na ně ptát, i když Vás k lékaři nepustí bez toho, že podepíšete, že jste se měli tu šanci ptát. Jo a ještě docela vtipný, když Vám jeden zdravotník vynadá, že odpovídáte příliš stroze, že se toho moc nedozví. Tak začnete mluvit souvislejšími větami s dalším, který Vám na to řekne, že to je ten problém, že mluvíte moc dlouze. Asi by mohli vyšetřovat roboty a ty předem naprogramovat dle nálady zdravotníka. Po vyšetření naprostý nezájem o člověka.

    sestry na dermatologii se nevhodně chovají k pacientům,drzé narážky,doktorka na nás koukala a přesto nás nechtěly vzít. Kdyby šlo dat 0 hvězd tak dam,opravdu hnusne chování,sestřičky z nás měly nejspíše dobry den. podotýkám ze chyba byla i na me straně ze jsem přišla o par minut později ale slo to říct normalne.

Co je tohle v roce 2022 za přístup, že se člověk nemůže objednat e-mailem? Nechápu, nerozumím. Zavolala jsem tedy znovu, abych se objednala TELEFONICKY. Mladík byl lehce arogantní a řekl mi, že celé září mají plné a objednávky na říjen otevírají až začátkem září. Slušně jsem se ho zeptala, jestli se jim nestává, že by jim třeba někdo vypadl a místo se rychle uvolnilo. Následoval výsměch do telefonu, který trval asi 6 sekund s tím, že i kdyby otevřeli objednávání na půl roku dopředu, tak to budou mít plné. Neprofesionální chování. Spadám do věkové skupiny 25-30 let a žasnu, jak jsou stále zdravotnické instituce neflexibilní v objednávání se na vyšetření apod. Zároveň také nejsou ochotné se přizpůsobit době, kdy je vše online. Opravdu jak za krále klacka.

    Dobrý den,slečny na recepci v oddělení dermatologie se při dnešní návštěvě chovaly nevhodně,prisla jsem o par minut pozdeji uznávám svou chybu. Slečny říkaly ze pani doktorka už nepracuje/odešla a náhle prisla na recepci zeptala se sester “mám nějaký pacienty” slečny odpověděli ze jsem prisla pozde tudíž mě nevezmnou. Na nás to působilo ze slečny z nás měly dobrý den a náhle nás pohledem vyhostily z ordinace.

Téhle klinice se budu do budoucna vyhýbat obloukem a po 3 měsících se radši vrátím ke sve původní obvodní lekarce.

    Několikrát jsem byla na této klinice a vždy mě potěšila uvedená lékařská péče. Ale dnes jsem na recepci čelila hrozné hrubosti od ženy. Byla agresivní a projevovala nejvyšší stupeň Rossismu. Žiji v Praze více než 10 let a často se s tímto chováním setkávám, ale myslím si, že takové chování je nevhodné pro ženu, která pracuje s lidmi v nemocnici. Tato profese zahrnuje komunikaci s různými lidmi a také s cizinci.

    Bad experience for the second time. After today 13.11. but never again. I needed urgent treatment for a relatively extensive inflammation in my big toe, the lady at the reception sent me to hell with the words that I was annoying with such a thing without an appointment, she refused to treat me and offered me an appointment in a week, after my insistence she finally mysteriously found an appointment the next day, the in the end I did not accept and called the polyclinic of the University Hospital, where they told me to come, that it was not a problem and that they would be happy to treat me. In the end, they removed the problem from my thumb, pushed out the inflamed bed and relieved the pain, and suggested an appointment for plastic surgery. I call this misconduct on the part of the lady at the front desk and I really do not recommend going here at all. The lady was obviously treating her complex and taking her anger out on others. The first experience was similar, but in the end they accepted me and the doctor was obviously in a hurry and tore out half of my nail with the bed, so now I have to deal with it again half a year later and with plastic surgery, thank you very much. Never more.

    I will definitely share a VERY bad experience with Ms. MUDR. Veronika Nováčková who has children's ENT. I went with my 4 year old son because of an earache. When we arrived in the waiting room where there was no one, Mr. Brother came out and invited us to the doctor's office, instead of a professional approach and some contact with the child, the doctor started yelling where we have the rompers, I was in shock, but there is no law that says we have to wear them. After a moment of proof, I took my pass and went elsewhere. I don't know if it's good for these people to take care of children, they don't have any easy access to them! Children are sometimes scared of them anyway and they can't make any good impression on them! On the other hand, I put my son in a positive mood so that he would show his ear and not be stressed and they did everything to cause him that stress!! My brother told me that he was worried about his health, I would also be worried and would rather retire. Elsewhere they received their son with a very professional attitude, but here parents should strongly consider whether to choose this children's ENT for their child!!!

Super zázemí - lékarna, libeřské lahůdky. Chirurgická ambulance - strávila jsem tam i s rentgenem jen cca 20min. Skvělý a profesionální přístup. I když jsem prišla se zraněním až po 14ti dnech, doktor mě profesionalně ošetřil a prohlédl. Nedostala jsem vynadáno, že jsem měla přijit hned nebo že jdu zbytečně, jako to bývá ve vetších nemocnicích.

    Urcite se vyhnete zdejsi chirurgii. Je lepsi byt objednany, ale stejne budete cekat. Kdyz nejste objednany, tak budete cekat minimalne 2h. Sice je tu recepce, kde se nahlasite, ale je vam to k nicemu, protoze stejne vas predbehnou lidi, kteri prisli taky neobjednani a az po vas...

    Gynekologie/Gynecology My friend had an awful experience several times at MUDr. Tomáš Nováček’s office. He is extremely dismissive, unhelpful and rude (particularly if you are not a Czech speaker). She left his office very upset, still in pain and without having her questions answered. I highly suggest using gynecology services in a different office.

    GASTROENTEROLOGY I was here today for a colonoscopy with MUDr. A mosquito and everything went perfectly smoothly. You may have to wait a few months for the appointment, but it's worth it. The examination itself did not hurt here, there is nothing to worry about (I have a very negative previous experience with the polyclinic in Vršovice, where I would compare the examination itself to a short birth - they gave me paradise gas for a few seconds, which wore off even before I got to bed). I recommend coming with a companion and taking advantage of the offer of intravenous painkillers, which you can request during the examination if necessary.     Jezdím sem již spoustu let na alergologii a pokaždé jsem byl maximálně spokojen. Dnes jsem tu byl na kontrole a na testech a opět pohoda. Mimo alergologie jsem tu byl jednou i na chirurgii a taky si nemohu na nic stěžovat. Je tu i lékárna, hned u hlavního vchodu. Parkování před budovou je velké plus.

    Today I was forced to go to surgery without an appointment (big toe injury). Everything was fine at the reception by the window, I was sent for an X-ray. Then the radiology assistant forceful but pleasant. I waited for about 2 hours without an appointment, then MUDr called me to the office. Sukalovsky. I have never met a more arrogant person. Without returning the greeting, he was typing something on the PC, looked at the X-ray and asked "what do you need". After receiving information from my side that I had arrived after an injury, he immediately jumped into my conversation with the words: musculoskeletal injuries are dealt with by orthopedics, it's people like you who are just holding us back".
