    Terrible service... my company pays for EUC Premium membership, the entry level (vstupni) examination was a joke, similar to a visit when I got sick recently.. a follow up appointment was unprofessional, I was admitted 50 minutes after my scheduled appointment.. just to get a stamp and final 'end date' of my sick certificate... disaster, worse than a public clinic.

    One of the worst experiences I´ve ever had in the Czech healthcare system. It took me two days to schedule an appointment (the phone hasn´t been picked up 7 times in two days!). Furthermore, the location is not easy to find, and therefore I´ve arrived several minutes late for my appointment. The staff on the front desk announced me in a very dry tone that it is not possible to start my appointment anymore and thus I should schedule a new one. There was not a single person around the office apart from me. I have to give two stars, because once I got to the doctor, the medical appointment was on par with promised standards. However, everything else, especially dealing with the front desk staff and the doctor´s assistant was an extremely unpleasant experience. In the future, I will try to avoid this place if I can.

    Wonderful examination. All the time I was lucky with the doctors, everyone was very professional. Last time I came to a GP with some mild symptoms, the female doctor listened to my breathing, made an ECG, “knocked” me, checked my vision, my posture, my weight. Literally everything. She gave me an appointment for a blood test to test my calcium too (I mentioned that my nails are soft). She literally listened to me and heard (!) me. I’m super grateful for such kindness and support.

Druhy krat slečna byla nahluchla a nedokazala pochopit, ze ja teprve jdu pracovat tam a tam a ne ze tam pracuju. Aby mne rychle odbila pozadovala po mne kod prohlidky coz samozrejme jsem u sebe nemela. A musela jsem volat znovu. Co priste budou pozadovat? Velikost podprsenky? A pokud mam nulky tak mne neobjednaji?😂😂

    It was my first time visiting Canadian Medical. I came with complaints about very high blood pressure and some cold. The doctor was rolling eyes when I couldn't remember the name of the eye drops I took 9 years ago. Was acting very important and sometimes rude. She listened to my lungs, made ECG. Said everything is fine. I couldn't breathe because of the runny nose and cough. But she told me to get a permanent GP (she couldn't, too many patients). Thank God to that! An hour later I asked from "Moje Ambulance" to have the PCR test and it was Positive. Now, I have many questions, if this doctor is at all a doctor and does she have a license? As you might have already guessed, I wouldn't recommend!

    I would like to make a complaint about firstly my treatment with MUDr McBride one of your gynaecologists....I have never been treated so poorly by a medical practitioner in my life. Secondly about the way on which have sent results about a potential cancer diagnosis and thirdly that 24 hours after your very mysterious messages stating there is a problem, I should, and should not a see a doctor "just pick up a request at a higher specialized workplace in our amulance. Regards, EUC Premium, GYN." No one on the helpful (3 calls in 24 hours promising a cal back that has not happened) can tell me what that means or what I should do, I still have not been able to see those results or speak to a doctor......

    Good doctors but inadequate management. My wife was their customer for many years and one day trying to visit a doctor she found out that her contract is terminated. After a month of calling the clinic and emailing them she was told that her old pricing plan was canceled and if she wants to continue using the clinic she has to pay 4x more money. The cusomers deserve better treatment by management. 1. At least notification in advance of contract termination must be provided. 2. 4x price raise is very unreasonable. Thanks God my wife was able to find doctors she needs very quickly and she does not have dependency any more on the company you cant rely on. Update 1 (September 13th, 2023): as suggested by Canadian Medical response to this feedback, I provided all of the details to mentioned email. Awaiting for the response Update 2 (October 16th, 2023): more than a month has passed since I sent all the details to email provided here. No reply from Canadian Medical.

    Doctor experience was very unpleasant. Rude, noninformed and acting very important. Telling me i can use the care of sono in EVERY LAB, when i asked if thats true as i have o e CM arround my house, but i do have only white card, she said, dont ask me, ask reception.. When i asked her about the steps, cause I wasnt aware we will not do any procedure on first visit, she told me not to talked to her like this. She wasnt even able to pronnounce my name correctly without apology or correction. If this wouldnt be paid by my employee I will stay faraway...non exceptional care at all. Ladies on reception were quiet nice.

    Everyone there is very helpful and kind. They are going out of their way to help you with your problems. Receptionists, nurses, doctors, everyone spoke English and was nice. I would like to highlight the work of Marketa Rotkova who supported me for more than a month with my medical examination.

    Visited twice now, the last visit was for Mole check, one had to be removed. The 1st visit, was due to abdominal pain. which turned out to be a ruptured appendix. Rushed to hospital for emergency surgery, This was actually an extremely serious situation and was very close to not being able to write this review. Thanks to EUC and their staff ( I am English and speak very little Czech ) all is now good.

    After years of being customer a strange thing happened to me. I had to bring my dog with me that waited outside of Canadian Medical area which lead to unpleasant never-ending discussion with Canadian Medical stuff and later lead into intrusion behavior of stuff in relation with the dog being tied waiting outside. I had to leave as I was afraid to leave the poor dog there. Never happened to me anywhere. Edit: I received an email with intimidation my already paid membership might be cancelled. Wonderful, great service.

    The doctors I went to are quite good (some are really very good) and all are helpful. Ladies at the reception are also very nice and helpful. This centre has renovated premises and modern equipment (not related to medical stuff, but they also recycle paper and plastic - there are separate bins in the hall). There’s a lab for blood tests and physiotherapy centre.

    It's pretty good. Unlike the govt doctors, you don't need to wait in a random queue (30 min or 2 hours to enter?), here 0-5min delay in 80%cases, 5-10min delay in 15% cases. Unlike them, tests are not skipped. Unlike them, you'll get some paper result versus literally zero transparency with govt doctors. Skepticism and hate towards "all those simulators" are not breweed here. The lazy and late patients are often being kicked out which is great! Happened to me, and it's well deserved, as how else you can get timely service if all those "cool top service demanding" people are coming late?

    Called to ask more about the occupational checkup email they sent me yesterday. The person to whom I was directed to speak was rude and impatient over the phone, did not like it when I asked more questions.     I really like this clinic. All doctors and nurses are very kind and patient but except one doctor:MUDr. Fara McBride. I never seen such a bad and impatient doctor in my life. He doesnt care much about patients.For 3o mins of appointment he just finishes in 5 minutes. He does scanning and write his notes, thats it.He doesnt answer patients questions. He is alway in rush, anger but he is the only immediately available doctor in that clinic if there is any emergency. I would not recommend this doctor at all.Some of friends also have this kind of bad experience with him.
