I understand that we did not have an appointment, but we called before coming in and were assured that it was okay. Nobody informed us about the waiting time and we wasted 40 minutes waiting outside in the heat putting our dogs health in danger. Horrible service and lack of communication! Took my dog in for an appointment in the week. Was told to come back in for a checkup at 12:30 on Saturday. Arrived for my appointment and was told that there was no booking for me (even though the email I was sent after my initial visit had the appointment for Saturday) and that I would have to wait because other people had bookings, as if it was my fault that they didn't create my appointment. The doctor was kind and attentive but she cut my cat's skin when she was shaving the fur to collect the blood sample. He had dermatitis from previous cannulation, not freshly cut wound. And I asked to send the test result to my email and this is what I got. There are no information or index about minerals and liver nor the SAA test I specifically asked for. It is shame that the service is inattentive overall. It happend of course just at a bad coinsidence, I just need to leave the statement about the inattentive service.

Jen se ozvete, když máte negativní a pravdivou recenzi, která se Vám nehodí. Když Vám bylo včera potvrzeno, že to takto bylo, místo řešení, omluvy atd. tu teď arogantně obviňujete. Naše recenze byla formální, popisující stav, jaký se udál, rozhodně ne urážlivá a arogantní, tak jak vystupujete Vy. God saved us: we left this pseudo clinic and found a real professional who saved life of our cat.

I want to thank the doctor in this clinic for helping out a newborn kitten. he had to be fed by syringe and it wasn’t going well:( now his mum is feeling better and she accepted him and her other babies and looking after them.
