Staff was rude. The doctor was wasting time on telling the dogs stop barking instead of having them vaccinated. I just recommend a smaller clinic with less big and small dogs waiting on the leashes for hours in the reception.

The best English speaking vet in Prague, imo. Latest tech, knowledge, and kindness. It's not close to us but we don't care. Worth every kilometer we need to drive to get that level of service.

This place, except it's prices, is very professional and well staffed. The doctors seam to be professionals and the place look the same. Recommend, if you have enough money, of you love you pet enough to manage the invoice.

I dont understand how these guys can call themselves doctors !!! Running 45 min late to an appointment , very rude behaviour and lack of knowledge. Wouldn't recommend anyone to go !!!!

Dr Hribnakova and Dr Hnizdo take wonderful care of my 14 year old labrador, Alba and have been a saving grace for her and I. They saved her life with proper diagnosis. Coming to their clinic has been the best decision we have made to improve her quality of life at such an old age. Thank you so much for all you have done and continue to do for us.

Great english-speaking staff, very friendly, my dog got the needed shots in less than 15 minutes and I was out. Also very reasonable prices, not sure in comparison with rest of Prague, but much cheaper than in my home country (Bosnia).

Professional empathetic multi language staff. Saved life of my buddy when other clinics failed to even diagnose the critical condition. Follow up treatment excells as well.The only downside is lack of 24 hour response/support and requirement for appointment unless it's an absolute emergency

Good clinic w all necessary equipment. Doctors and nurses are great and helped us w our dog on multiple occasions. Improvement needed at the reception, ladies are very disorganized and slow, no English as well.

Great staff, very clean and modern , lots of room to avoid dogs also a nice garden you can wait in . I’ve never had a problem and Been going there for years . Prices are good .

I am exceptionally pleased with all doctors and nurses staff. Their approach is very welcoming and professional in the meantime. I have been well informed about all treatment options and explained the next steps. I even asked for second opinion and this was met with great openness and understanding. Thank you very much! The seems professionals and they speak English. Beyond expensive for no absolute reason. They will charge you for every possible service they can do to analyze what's wrong with your pet. Another doctor somewhere else just analyzed everything using a glove and experience. That's all it took.. I saved around 9k to 11k Kč.

Wir arbeiten in Tschechien und benötigten tierärztliche Hilfe für unseren Labrador. Die Beratung, die OP und die Nachsorge war und ist perfekt. Dr. Hnìzdo spricht sehr gutes Deutsch und war auch in dringenden Fällen erreichbar und gab uns Tipps. Wir fühlen uns hier mit unserem Hund sehr gut aufgehoben und auch die Damen am Frontdesk sind stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank!
