I do not recommend this place, not helpful at all when you are sick. I’ve got covid but they couldn’t even make a request form for PCR (žádanku na PCR test) for me, even though according to the law I had a right to do it for free and it’s a doctor’s obligation to do a request form! The doctor started to argue with me about it, but I have sent him all links with the government rules, but still it didn’t help…….. On the line with Ministry of Health I was recommended to change a doctor, what I did now.

This practice is only suitable for formalities, but do not rely on a professional service nor support in case of any real concerns. The phone goes unanswered for days and emails are answered superficially without trying to resolve any issue. Some doctors have better communication and better English skills than others, even though they do advertise to be an English speaking practice and catering to foreigners. My advice is to look further because this is not a place that has values professionalism or care for patients.

Hardly open on week days at logical time (close at noon). They REFUSE to answer the phone, only communication is email. You will get email responses late at night. If you ask for an appointment they will send it to you very late at night and only ONE time option. During winter was given a prescription and walked to two pharmacies in the snow with a fever and both said the medication isn’t even produced anymore, doctor wrote a different one. Then, had to see a specialist and the doctor referred me to a hospital which was closed long-term for repairs!

Dr. Jebavy was super responsive and helpful via email when I requested a new patient appointment and an exam for a minor issue. He got me in the very next day- thank you for that Dr. Jebavy!! Also, the nurse and doctor were kind, personable, professional, thorough and helpful. I usually get nervous in medical situations but they were awesome and I felt relieved. I forget the doctor’s name, but she had blonde hair and was young. Thank you to her and the nurse as well!!

I was very impressed with the treatment I received. Being relatively new to Prague and knowing little of the Czech language, I was a tad wary. The staff, however, quickly put me at my ease. Theirs is a thorough and professional service. I heartily recommend this practice.

AVOID being a patient at this clinic. They will also do their best to avoid any contact with you. They do not answer the phone EVER, it is close to impossible to get an answer for any question. They literally suggested me to "google" where I should go when I had symptoms of a serious illness. When you confront them that you can not reach them nor via email, or phone they will lie that they never received any message from you. An absolute disgrace that this clinic can even exist.

Great service! I can see why they had a low review because it was like that before COVID. I just went minutes ago and it was spectacular. Not the same staff from before COVID and it's infinitely improved I was having breathing problems at the end of a cold/flu and emailed an appointment request at 2 in the morning. They responded at 09:20 and for me there was availability at 11:30. I arrived ten minutes early and was asked to see the doctor. Quick questions, verification/observation of symptoms, and determined it was bronchitis. Out with a prescription, sick note sent electronically to my employer, and a good experience. They are on 5th floor, to the right exiting the elevator

Needed the medical check-up for the health card that is necessary for my work contract with a restaurant. The doctor and the nurse both spoke very good English, were very friendly, and very professional. The appointment time was exact - no waiting at all. I also needed a blood test which was done 3 floors down and the same experience there. I have now taken this doctor as my GP in Prague.

I never share bad opinions but I think this can help someone in future. Very bad clinic the doctors dont care what you are having. Dr. Jebavy refuses to give a recommendation and i feel he is playing through emails very bad approach really disappointing for medical services he is giving

I've been registered there for about a year and went for consultation 3/4 times. The communication via email was always fast and easy to get information and appointment. The doctors I met were all professional and nice, even if consultations were 'short' they always healed me and answered to my questions, so 'fast and efficient'. I recommend

I have been going bere for about a year. Communicating with them via email is easy, the team speaks English, I always get reasonably timed appointments and they have so far been very helpful with any referrals or vaccinations I've needed. No complaints so far.
