Very nice gym with a very friendly environment to train BJJ, highly recommended.

Most likely the best option if you are thinking about starting your BJJ journey in Prague. The whole concept is based on idea of creating a group of rookies, who train limited selection of basic techniques to get used to ground game and decide, if you wanna continue with the big boys and girls in open training. Sort of BJJ kindergarten. Great experience, very friendly trainer, very nice place!
