On the southeastern edge of Prague in the middle of the Hostivařské Forest Park, the largest water area in the capital city, with an area of 43.8 hectares, was created in the years 1961 - 64 at Botič. Right in the middle of this natural world is a swimming pool with a capacity of 10,000 visitors. Grassy and sandy beaches can be found only a short distance from the large Prague housing estates.

150czk fee just to enter, is a 100czk too much. Million of people, hard to find a place in the shade. I believe we won't return to this place again.
