People come with their dogs. Even its cold there were many people. At morning if is different at night it is different. Both times are nice. I prefer sun set. We stayed just around the corner from the park and took an entire afternoon strolling up the hilly path to top, then down to Prague Castle via the Novy Svêt neighborhood. Weather was beautiful and it was a simply perfect day. People were picnicking on the lawns, the place was buzzing with activity, the view at the top is amazing (great little cafe and gardens at the top too) and there's so much to see and do. Lovely spot. Stunning amount of nature and parkland right in the city! Highly recommend!

We were able to connect with nature there every evening for three days since we liked it so much. I advise everybody to go. You won't find a place like this.
