Malá
osada
u
Mlýnského
rybníka
bývala
nazývaná
původně
jako
Podtuchorazské
Zahrady
a
od
roku
1869
jako
Českobrodské
Zahrady.
První
domky
tu
začaly
vznikat
na
konci
18.století
kolem
staršího
mlýna.
Od
roku
1880
je
obec
součástí
města
Český
Brod.
Mlýnský
rybnik
(v
minulosti
nazývaný
rybník
pod
Tuchorazí)
byl
zbudován
mezi
15.
a
16.
stoletím
českobrodskými
měšťany.
Dnes
je
pod
správou
Českého
rybářského
svazu,
který
jej
využívá
jako
rybník
chovný.
Po
severní
hrázi
rybníka
prochází
naučná
i
turistická

pošembeřím.
The
small
settlement
near
Mlýnský
rybník
used
to
be
originally
called
Podtuchorazské
Zahrady
and
since
1869
as
Českobrodské
Zahrady.
The
first
houses
here
began
to
be
built
at
the
end
of
the
18th
century
around
an
older
mill.
Since
1880,
the
village
has
been
part
of
the
town
of
Český
Brod.
Mlýnský
rybník
(mill
pond
formerly
called
as
pond
under
Tuchoraz)
was
built
between
the
15th
and
16th
centuries
by
the
burghers
of
Český
Brod.
Today
it
is
under
the
administration
of
the
Czech
Fishermen's
Association,
which
uses
it
as
a
breeding
pond.
An
educational
and
tourist
trail
passes
through
the
northern
dam
of
the
pond
through
the
Šembera
brook
valleys.
It
is
an
excellent
trail
for
a
nice
trip.
