One of the most rude disrespectful staff I have ever met. The security would not speak one word of english, told us that the boutique was full and then after customers left, they just lowered the garage shaped door without even telling us anything. Furthermore, i called several times and they just ignored the calls. Every customer should receive a high level of service and Hermes Prague has failed in every miserable way by disrespecting itself clientele, not training their staff to a point where they can’t even answer a simple question at the door. Relying on hand gestures in a heavily touristic area is not a way to communicate and even with those hand gestures, the information was incorrect and plain rude. This is just a review but I will be sending an official complaint to the main office because staff that is so poorly trained should not be operating under the umbrella of Hermes and lowering the quality of its brand in Prague. The store was in easy walking distance of our hotel and we stopped by twice during our stay in Prague. We were able to pick up a few items and look forward to our next visit.
