The shop assistant is extremely rude (blond short hair woman). She doesn't help with the sizes at all, looks like she's not interested in doing business there. Moreover she follows you, watching you like you are a thief and corrects everything you touched or looked at with such an anger that I've never experienced before. Please hire some other staff, I loved to shop there

Apparently I was a threat to their shop and I needed to be followed throughout the store. Really strange experience!

Staff will not help you with looking for the right size or taking your clothes after you tried. Wanted to try shoes but I couldn't because there were no socks to try them with.

So schön die Stadt Prag ist, so hässlich ist die Angestellten (blonde kurze Haare) in diesem Laden. Sie hat uns förmlich das Shirt aus den fingern gerissen, weil wir es nicht so zusammen gelegt hatten wie sie es wollte. Sie hat dabei weder auf den Abstand geachtet unter Berücksichtigung der Auflagen im Ladengeschäft die auch für sie gelten, denn sie ist so nahe an uns herangetreten das sie und mit ihrem Arm zur Seite geschoben hat. Dadurch ist uns die Lust vergangen bei Quiksilver Geld auszugeben. Und wie ich hier gelesen habe, haben sich mehrere beschwert auch auf englisch. SO NICHT QUIKSILVER Check mal deine Angestellten.......

Don’t go ! Horrible experience. The blond girl has just been staring at me the whole time I was in the store and gave a shocking customer service. Will come back the day she has been kicked out.

I thought I was the only one with such a bad service experience, but as I can see from the reviews no. Things there made it so uncomfortable. They looked at us like we were thieves. Even when we bought clothes it was so weird.(That was at 2021)

Letztes Jahr waren wir am Halloween im Prag und in dem Laden ein paar Schuh gekauft. Zu Hause in Deutschland gemerkt, das die Ösen durch den Leder rutschen und das Loch viel zu groß ist. Also nach Weihnachten wieder nach Prag und die Schuhen reklamiert, mit dem Bemerkung , dass Sie mir die Schuhe nach Deutschland schicken sollen. DAS MACHEN WIR NICHT. Und bei Nachfrage ob Sie es meinem Bekannten im Prag verschicken können, Antwort: DASS MACHEN WIR AUCH NICHT. Also, so einen schrecklichen Service habe Ich schon lange nicht erlebt. Das hat mit QuickSilver nicht zu tun.Der Laden ist das schrecklichste was Mann als Kunden erleben kann. NIE WIEDER.

Stuff are really rude, especially blonde hair women ( she said she is the manager) 30th years old . Very disappointed about quicksilver.
